This is a small, family-owned (and run) specialty coffee roaster; I think they may also sell tea but I’m not sure. My experiences with them have been nothing but wonderful. They roast and sell a large variety of beans from many different origins, and are all too happy to walk you through as many as you’d like. On one occasion, one of the shop owners even brewed me a cup on the spot so I could try a specific roast. They are extremely friendly and can make recommendations based on all sorts of coffee preferences, as well as exactly what kind of method you use to produce the coffee. They also sell coffee-making equipment, and definitely seem partial to the siphon-pot brewing method (which, in their hands, produces pretty darn good results). All in all, I consider this a wonderful, inviting environment to buy your coffee beans from–if only all shops had such a great atmosphere!
Love this little coffee joint. Great strong coffee just the way it should be. Cool hip atmosphere. Nice people working there. Oh and the “baps”‘ aka small little sandwiches are amazing. When in the area u gotta go here. Is one of those places that could only be in San Fran, Berlin, NYC or for this matter Hong Kong. Love it!
Best coffee in town by far, the espresso is absolute perfection! The service is friendly & food delicious, finally somewhere that has it all. Definitely worth a visit.

True force shaking up the Hong Kong Coffee scene. Laid-back aesthetics, with spot-on coffee, added local elements (Matcha Egg Tart) and right in front of a busy MTR exit makes this an unmissable coffee dig.

Best espresso in town. Quiet small but very nice place to start your day.

Good coffee and friendly service, they have a small range of rolls, cakes, ciabatta and snacks but only about a dozen seats along the wall of the small shop. Usually busy which is a telling sign. A daily pit stop for me.

The best coffee in town. Worth a detour if you are on the island, it’s just outside the MTR exit. Everything here is great: coffee is strong and smooth, baps are yummy, the guys are cool and present, and Elvis in the background adds a sweet retro touch to the whole experience.

More and more, I find the staff are key to a good experience. At Winstons, they are hospitable and relaxed. Seem happy to serve you.
Coffee is great and snacks are good too.
Dogs can sit at the bar stools outside.
The Kim Chi melt was good and a bit unique.. As was the biscotti. Long black was pretty good. Overall vibe was pretty good. Sitting on the bar facing the wall, addicted to love playing in background.

Spectacular Aussie style cafe in town. Good attention to decor details and nice choice of coffee beans. Do give it a try their cold brew coffee too.
Fantastic coffee. Some of the smoothest in hong kong. If there was a sink for the washroom, I didn’t see it (just a toilet in the tiny bathroom) and washing your hands is kind of negotiable. If you’re often peeing on your hands, you’ve been warned.
