放假的日子很多鋪都關了門🚪，街外顯得有一點冷清🍃，但竟然咖啡店小小的卻坐滿了人👨👩👧👧。一進店內就看到蛋糕櫃有我喜歡的毛花果蛋糕🍰，立刻雙眼閃閃發光👀。老闆看見我們剛行完斜路上來上氣不接下氣🏋的便立刻出來幫我們移好位置，好讓我們先坐下再想想🛋。最後叫了一杯咖啡☕，一件毛花果橙蛋糕和朱古力伯爵茶蛋糕🍰。吃第一口毛花果蛋糕已經超級喜歡了，餅底用了果仁和毛花果乾，上層是無花果跟腰果打成，而中層是橙汁🍊跟腰果🥜。雖然口感不像慕絲順滑，但還是順口，也不會過甜，濃濃的毛花果味和淡淡的橙味竟然很配🤤，對於無蛋無奶無糖無牛油無麵粉的蛋糕來說，我真感到有驚喜😱(因為我一直以為會很難吃😅)。 …
Really friendly service and great food. Good value for money. Very relaxing ambiance. The coffee is nice an strong and not bitter. A good place for a chilled Sunday brunch. The all day breakfast is well worth trying with very well cooked scrabbled egg. Yummy.

Really delicious vegan cakes and muffins with good strong coffee and the single best biscotti I have eaten in a long time! The staff are really lovely and welcoming. If I was staying in Hong Kong longer this place would become my morning coffee spot without a doubt!

A nice small cafe in the hill. The decor is so comfortable. Tested the latte, it tastes so good. I am a regular already. Their all day breakfast is the best in the region.
I’m not a coffee drinker but decided to try it here since I didn’t sleep well last night. The place was packed at 10am on a Sunday morning. The Americano was fragrant. I’m curious to try their food (they have a small kitchen). They even serve alcohol!

純素，無麩質嘅芝士蛋糕，一心就係想食焙茶，但見個櫃將焙茶個兩件放左係抹茶個位，所以初初以為無晒“但闆娘告訴我這就是焙茶呀！”加上隻色一點也不綠，原來放錯位置了🤣👌

沒有芝士的芝士蛋糕比較少吃，無麩質甜點是敏感人士的一大福音👍一般無麩質純素 食材離不開椰子油 燕麥 果仁 豆製品等，食落無 真。芝士蛋糕咁膩～剛剛從雪櫃取出時吃 質地紮實粘稠 真的比較像芝士蛋糕，過一陣再吃，時間越久，會慢慢軟化，質地有點像嫩豆腐，但呈現了一點點沙沙的顆粒感，影響不大，也算滑溜，加上入口茶味也突出！有焙茶香 甘澀味 沒有被掩蓋😋然後，然後最驚喜 最好吃是堅果製的餅底，帶點朱古力榛果香，巨厚~脆脆的 提昇了口感！

Relaxing place to enjoy high quality gluten free cake. With lovely choice of tea and friendly staff to recommend what to have, nice to have my brunch here.

My favorite coffee place in Sai Ying Pun.The space is cozy, the coffee is perfect, the food and cakes are delicious but what really sets this place apart from all the other coffee places in Sai Yin Pun are the people that work here. They exemplify hospitality and for this I will always return!

店子有點小空間不大坐滿人有點擠迫，但店員服務非常好細心有禮，食物不過不失。特別的地方是這間cafe有紅酒白酒賣。
Off the busy area of Sai Ying Pun (First Street/Second Street/Third Street/High Street), The Missing Piece is located on relatively quieter Eastern Street. I have wanted to try out The Missing Piece for quite some time, and got to visit it on a slow Sunday afternoon. The cafe was quite full at that time, but I still got to enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book in a quiet environment without worrying about customers queuing for my table (table turnover rate was quite high).
My cup of Flat White tasted more like latte as it’s quite milky. The milk actually masked the coffee flavour…Nevertheless, the biscotti saved the day. Love this little crunchy biscuit, which went well with the milky coffee.
Would love to visit again for the keto and vegan friendly desserts!

Amazing vegan matcha cheese cake! I ordered it through the baker on whatsapp and I could even get free message on it. It wasn’t cheap but satisfied the pickiest eater. Would order again. I believe they have vegan cake but this one might be order only. Cafe sell a piece of vegan cake for ＄60＋ So vegan does cost more…

雖然地方細，但啲食品有heart，全部自家製，有全素甜品，有生酮人士同eat clean嘅人啱食全日早餐，杯奶啡拉嘅花都靚過人的。

We ordered a Earl Grey cheesecake and also a Hojicha cheesecake, both are HKD$58 and they are really yum.
Personally like Hojicha more:)
