Had a very enjoyable evening with friends and various kind of Japanese Sake！
清酒品種裝滿11個酒櫃共200款之多，令人興奮。櫃裡的酒，按著日本地理北至南各地各縣所出產排列，清酒可以一杯杯賣。雖說主力銷酒，但食物質素一點也不馬虎，是一個值得去的地方。
味道不錯
Wide selection of sake. More than 100. Not that kind of common one. You can try different type.
Yakitori is good too. Chicken, 一夜亁，Beef, Pork, many choices. Not very pricy. Worth to try.

If you really wish tasting big variety of Japanese sake lots brewery different districts in Japan,I would suggest try them here but must note one shot price in small traditional pottery is little high.
This is one of my favorite Japanese food restaurant in HK! You should try their tofu, you will fall in love with it.

Great place for sake and izakaya. Huge dazzling selection and sure to find your fav one. The food is not bad. Typical pricing of higher end izakaya, so be prepared to pay for what it’s worth, esp sake tasting.
Fun place to go because the staffs were very nice & playful! Many kinds of sake with introductions! Good Japanese restaurant to chill!
Great sake selection, best anywhere!
If you love sake thats the place to be. Very wide range of sake to choose from. That they don’t have a menu, you will have to choose from the fridge with experts to assist your choice of course. I ended up trying out 4 different types of sake recommended suited to my preference. Food was a little let down, standard quality. Defo going back for the sake and just stick with the snacks.
Uniquely authentic izakaya decor, the lively atmosphere really puts you in a Japanese pub.
The unique selling point of able to try the wide selection of sake by purchasing different amounts of any of their wide selection of sake means you can easily go thought 20 different sake at an affordable rate. No longer must you be forced to purchase an entire bottle and live with the choice. A brilliant izakaya that is highly recommended.
First place that I have seen in HK that carry so many different brands of Japanese Sake. Price is quite expensive, average is around 180 to 200 per 180 ml for ordinary type. Food wise the quality is just so so. Good place to try out sakes and if the food quality can be improved then this is a good place to hang out.

Great Japanese food with great veriaties of Japanese wine for you to choose, even though I don’t drink at all. Typical Japanese Izakaya food can be found here, I would rate 7.5 out of 10 for the quality. Pricing wise, the price can be a little high, considering the location and the food quality, about 250 HKD per person during dinner. You might even bump into some local celebraties here, I saw a local film director at my last visit.

This casual Japanese restaurant on Knutsford Terrace offers a huge range of sake, plus a limited food menu. Be aware however that prices are quite high, the bill for 2 of us came to $1800 which is steep for this class of restaurant.

The largest Sake library in Hong Kong. Most of the sake selling by cup or carafe. Nice staff, busy drinking and authentic Japanese food. This place will make you feels like in Izakaya in Tokyo.
Very tasty food and sake, too bad they dun have Umeshu. And closed rather early.

Absolutely amazing sake selection.
The real star of the show here is the sake. They have a great selection and are happy to recommend good stuff to you.
The staff are extremely friendly and overall I was blown away by the quality of service. They even let me choose from a large variety of cups to drink from. Very cool.
I only had a few light vegetable bites and they were fine, though not to the standard that the price demands.
My only real gripe is the music: upbeat Japanese pop. It didn’t really fit the mood of the place to me.
Still, I had a great time and would love to pop by for a quick drink again. Highly recommended.

Great for sake lover, so many choices. However, not many food choice for drinking and dinning. Sashimi is not recommended, we order whole fish, and it came out very thick slice, and we expect the fish bone soup would be make it with fresh taste of fish, but it came with strong miso soup with fish bone, totally wasted, and it charged $30 per head.

撈勻再點黎食，啖啖滋味，雞肉滑嫩無比，
咬落仲好鬆軟，色香美俱全！

食得出大廚功架有返咁上下，將翡翠螺用雞湯煮起，
當中香味非常濃郁，肉質相當鮮嫩！

?聽Staff講呢個係餐廳招牌菜，
基本上每個客人一定會點，牛舌厚切唔在講，
用自家製三款調味料：柚子胡椒、芥末籽醬、
山葵蘿蔔配搭一齊食有唔同既新鮮感，
仲可以帶出肉既香味！

?燒雞泡魚乾一定係我最愛既佐酒小食，
魚乾燒得仕味，質感比一般市面更加綿密，
唔乾身而且甜度岩岩好，一啖魚乾一啖Sake，
簡直係人生一大享受呀！

▫ 燒飯團做到好似燒餅咁外焦內脆，但唔會過硬，
可以連埋附帶既紫菜一齊食，兩種口味各有特色，
我偏向醬油味多少少，味道會岩好。
▪ 海膽天婦羅 – $188
▫ 海膽份量十足，天婦羅脆漿唔會過厚，
唔需要過份調味就已經食到原始海膽既鮮甜味，
紫蘇葉做夾層增加左清爽解膩感。

▪ 活魚骨味噌湯 – $30/Head
▫ 最後一個重頭戲就係活魚刺身啦！
其實青羽太係我地平時食開既石班同一品種，
屬於高級魚生，肉質非常細嫩鮮甜，略帶桃紅色，
爽滑又夠彈性，除左可以生食之外，
Staff仲會係你地食完哂成個刺身後會幫你拎d
魚骨去整味噌湯，不過呢個服務就需要收費，
個湯滿滿都係鮮魚味，呢個價錢絕對抵比！

▪ 七賢。純米大吟釀 - $140/一合
▫ 試左分別兩合既Sake，我比較鍾意七賢，
果香味相對濃少少，加上清爽口感，對我黎講，
會比較適合用黎夾濃味既小食！
