Best pizza in Hong Kong, cozy environment and all for a fair price
Nice pizzas and superb tiramisu means that this pizzeria is always a strong option in the crowded High Street scene . In fact, we spent a very pleasant New Year’s Eve here.

Yes, seriously the best pizza in town. Reasonable price with no service charge. The avocado salad is delicious and so as the parmigiana. Been eating there for a year and the food quality is pretty stable. Spaghetti bolognese is a bit too oily with not enough meat sauce sometimes, but the flavor is authentic and really tasty when it’s not too oily.
Pizza was perfect, but staff could be a little friendlier. I ate and recommend the Sicilian Pizza.
Food surpassed expectations. Great lasagna and linguine con Quattro formaggio. Excellent garlic bread. Service was meh.

RUDE! Came at 17:57 on 9 May 2018 and was shouted by the ‘manager’ through the glass doors that they were closed and is not serving. Simply asked what time they were open (6pm) and was told off further when I said so in less than 5mins. She rudely replied ” there is no staff here for you.” despite it was ‘opening’ at 6.
With that, I was on my phone looking for another pizza join on my phone outside the shop. The ‘manager’ decides to come out and shouted at me saying I am not allowed to wait and proceeds to loudly shut the gate behind me ….. really… Was this necessary? I wasn’t standing in the shop and it will be open in less than 5mins.

3rd and last time I order t/a pizza from ‘Pizzeria Italia’. Undercooked and sparse Sicilian Pizza. Had to take it home and reheat.
One of the best pizzas in hong kong, puts pizza hut to shame. Wish they had free delivery and a lower mimum order amount

Very authentic and nice Neapolitan style Margherita pizza (thin and light). One adult can finish a Large pizza. Gnocchi (意式湯圓) with cheese is very nice too.
Bad customer service. Tried to call to order pizza for the past 20 min and no one picked up. When i call their other shop to ask if there’s other number i can reach them. The other shop just went no other number and hung up on me, doesn’t seem to concern them that other shop is unreachable for their customers.

Not sure if their pizza is the best in HK, but it is definitely the best I have had. Calamari fritti and spaghetti alle vongole were nice too.
Out of the 1.5 hours I spent in this pizzeria, 5 send outs by different delivery platforms were witnessed. I guess this observation forms a statement of their popularity and food quality.

Very good pizza for good price.
The caprichosa pizza, with artichoke, salami, peppers and some other bits and pieces is excellent. The seating is a bit cramped but that’s not unusual in Hong Kong. Service is friendly and fast and there are plenty of other good food options in the area if this place is busy.
