BEST pizza in SYP! We always grab delivery from FoodPanda from here so haven’t tried dining in, but pizza is always fresh and incredibly tasty. Recommend the Caprese!

Food quality is excellent, but the real reason we keep returning is the service and ambiance. Angel is so welcoming that it is seriously similar to eating in a friend’s home. The entire evening is exceptional and relaxed. It is the perfect neighborhood kitchen.

One of the best pizza places in town. Genuine and good service
Great pizza, however very poor customer service. You had 3 to 4 staffs idling, while I was trying to get their attention in order to get a missing drink for 1 person in the table.
Hands down, best pizza I have had in Hong Kong. Most friendly staff I’ve met. Huge pizza selection, great cocktails, amazing vibe, great location.

My friend and I ordered this Pizza in Quarantine, it was so bad that we are regretting coming to Hong Kong for our university despite getting full scholarships. That bad. Such dry pizza.

Nice Pizza. I bother them with a request for a well cooked pizza and after some initial misunderstandings (they were busy on Sunday night) we got our pizza delivered to our quarantine hotel perfectly cooked and enjoyed it. Will buy again
Absolutely absurd level of service. Horrid manners. Extremely rude. One of the waitresses left me at the counter during payment with no explanation and when I raised my voice to get her attention, asking “Excuse me can I pay?” she blew up at me for screaming! If that was screaming, I should file for noise pollution because of the way she and her colleague shout at each other across the restaurant. She needs anger management and her colleagues know it.
Their electronic payment system is faulty. Expect to wait at least 5 minutes for them to sort it out. If you voice your dissatisfaction prepare to be screamed at.
Still the absolute best pizza in Hong Kong with zero doubt. Perfect crisp thin crust, best quality and fresh homemade ingredients. Nothing remotely compares. Superior pizza to all others…full stop, period!

餐廳的裝潢有歐陸風味，令人有置身歐洲的感覺，員工服務態度親切，食物質素中上，pizza 香脆，而且價錢不貴，下午飲品更有Happy hour 。
這兒有香脆美味的薄批，環境舒適悠閒，侍應體貼友善。
Good food, terrible service. Unfortunately. Staff was more than once super rude. The Sai Ying Pun and Kennedy Town branches are much better.

Weekday lunch set provided in this restaurant is such a bargain. By paying $98, you can have a starter with either soup or salad, daily pasta/ 10″ pizza for main, a dessert cake and a drink. Waitresses are nice and friendly. It’s a good place for a quick lunch at High Street of Sai Ying Pun.

So overpriced for not good pizza, go to Pizza Hut instead.
Absolutely delicious authentic Italian cuisine coupled with a spacious and vibrant atmosphere. Seating was very comfortable and the staff was both friendly and eager to accommodate. The wide variety of dishes were all reasonably priced and the generous portions left us satisfied. Anchovies pizza was the BEST!! The steak pot appetizer was delicious.
Overall well worth the experience. Needless to say i will be going back again to try other menu items. 😋

the pizza was great! during lunch time was slightly packed but still good service. linguine i had was great too. dessert can be skipped by non-sweet tooth.

DON’T order from here for pick up or delivery, their process is horrible and will let both the riders and direct customers wait for unreasonably long times. They will not adjust the pick up time in the app if they’re late, in our case 30mins.

pizza is thin, way too hot. atmosphere is quite boring and made me very tired.
restaurant seems to be owned by italians, and the employees are also able to speak italian. this is my second time coming here and we were welcomed back by the staff.
