I hesitated after reading so many negative comments … but personally my experience @ Casa Cucina was spectacular!

Food wise:
Duck Ragu was bold and delicious
Seafood Pasta was rich and flavorful
Oxtail Ravoli was memorable and al dente
Calamari was splendid
OMG… tofu panacotta was to die for .. must try
Tiramisu was good too

The choices in the menu are simple and not many.
The rapport quality price it’s excellent; Food is not Top quality, but the price is very reasonable , I feel is very good value;
One suggestion, more Italian wine in the wine list, since it’s an Italian restaurant, you need to upgrade a range of more Italian wine. So fare the one I tried yesterday, it was wonderful, hope next time you have more options ;

March is a super long month, that’s why we need a break. I dated my friend to go to SYP for dinner after work. We saw this new restaurant on the main road. It is a restaurant with open settings, people chilling at the window seats!
First we ordered our drinks to begjn with then the staff served us a warm basket of bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Amaretto Sour$98 It tastes great, it’s easy to drink! Sweet and Sour from the lemon juice, the drops of bitter balance the drink and add an extra kick to the drinksmile
Passion Fruit Bellini$58 Very sweet drink for ladies because of the peach purée. This drink is filled with delights of natural flavours.
Clams$128 The white wine and cream sauce is the star! It’s light like soup, you can drink it, perfect taste, useful for dipping the toasts in. The clams are cooked well not rubbery like other restaurants! Really like heavenly like sauce.
Fritto Misto$180 Its a dish of deep fried seafood, which include prawns, calamari, scallop and fish! Their homemade chilli mayo is yum, goes harmoniously with the deep fried foodsmileThe scallops still be able to remain its juices inside the batter!Fish is boneless so very easy to consume…
Steak Taglata$268 This is a medium cooked hanger steak. The Butcher’s steaks is full of flavours as it is located at the lower belly of the cow, so the lacks of exercises make this cut extra tender! Look at the color of the steak, its like an artpiece by the chef. Another star of the dish will be the mash, super smooth and buttery, goes so well with every single element on the plate, the cherry tomatoes,
Stuffed Calamari$188 The calamari is stuffed with puntalette , crab meat and sea urchin, just like a treasure box from the ocean! The puntalette is a rice-shaped pasta, perfect to be used to stuff inside the squid. It absorbs the natural sweetness from the crab meat. The white treasure matches well with the oceany squid ink sauce!
Tiramisu$58 Toufu Panna Cotta$58 To end the meal, we have to order these two traditional desserts from the menu. Tiramisu, the classic Italian dessert is made with sponge and mascarpone cheese. Rich yet light mascarpone just barely sweetened is perfectly complimented by the bitter, coffee-soaked lady fingers. A dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder finished it off beautifully. Swoon! Tofu Panna Cotta, texture is just like a HK street snack, toufu fa, but this italian pudding is extra special! The softly set pudding that, at its most elemental, is made with toufu, very rich in tastesmile Flavourful spoonful melts in the mouth right away.
The staff is very helpful and patient in explaining the menu as there are some traditional italian ingredients which we might not be familiar with! They are very quick in changing the plates and filling the glasses for us. Even the mask envelope looks so pretty! Very happy experience.

Lovely and tasty !
Pretty and bright spot, with nice atmosphere , dim light, nice decor, clean and good sound system.
We had a warm welcoming, good service, the food was very good and consequent portion.
It’s perfect place for a casual date or meet friends, I would return and bring friends there.
Considering the price point the experience was below par. I expected the flavours to be more complex, portions to be much bigger, and having been constantly told when we had to give back the table was freakin’ annoying. 2/5 and not going back.
the worst dine out experience ever! have been waiting for 1.5 hours, only 2 appetizers came! same apply to all others six table in my zone! finally all of us pay the bill and leave! clam is tasteless! need to get the salt by myself ,

– the Black Cod🐟was tender & succulent, bit like sashimi texture the middle. Clams were fresh, springly & umami
– Tomato-based🍅Sauce was refreshing, savoury, slightly sweet & sour. Perfect match with the seafood stew. Just not hot enough and the use of canned olives🫒gave an unpleasant artificial Savouriness with little Olive Flavors
– French Toasts🥖always work well with stew
CHICKEN PARMIGIANA
– The Deep-Fried Chicken🐔Breast was Crispy & not oily. The melting cheese🧀on top adds Savouriness to the crust. The Batter was not too thick & presents a nice crust
– Suprisingly, the Chicken🐔Breast was tender & succulent. There should be some secret technique🧑🍳
MUSHROOM RISOTTO
– Pleasant & Mild Mushroom🍄 Flavors
– Risotto was al dente cooked & Perfectly absorbed the Savouriness from the burnt butter🧈, however the Spinach🥬Flavor was not obvious

香濃椰汁、菠蘿汁加入冧酒同碎冰粒拌勻,冰涼解渴,微酸微甜的,易入口👍🏻
Passion Fruit Bellini
熱情果味頗突出,甜度適中,適合配搭海鮮飲用。
自家製香草餐包
翻熱後嘅餐包外脆內軟,香草味濃,個人喜愛沾上黑醋橄欖油食用。
Scallop Carpaccio
刺身帶子刺身薄片,口感滑溜,鮮甜味美,加上菠蘿柚子汁,捲成花瓣嘅紫蘇花,酸酸甜甜,增添清新感覺,開胃前菜之選。
Clams
新鮮蜆肉加入忌廉、白酒、辣椒粉、香芹等等製成,味道鹹鹹辣辣,頗特別!伴以香脆牛油多士,適合沾上湯汁食用,多士吸收晒蜆肉同湯汁嘅鮮甜精華,正呀!
Cod Acqua Pazza
黑鱈魚有三塊,魚皮微脆,魚肉超鮮嫩,味道甜美,非常高質!湯汁伴以車厘茄、新鮮蜆肉、橄欖、羅勒等等,味道鮮甜又清爽👍🏻伴碟同樣有三大塊香脆牛油法包,建議浸湯汁食😍
Steak Tagliata
Hanging Tender封門柳,即是牛橫膈膜肌肉,每隻牛只有一條,十分罕有。肉紋粗,口感柔嫩柔軟,牛味濃郁!配火箭菜及牛油薯蓉,完美配搭~薯蓉口感軟滑,充滿牛油香,必吃!

好大件,面上撒了可可粉,蛋糕口感creamy,唔會太甜😋
Tofu Panna Cotta
鮮忌廉製成嘅奶凍就食得多,豆腐奶凍真係第一次食~表面加左由紅糖同淡醬油製成嘅醬汁,微微甜。豆腐奶凍則用新鮮豆腐及雲呢拿豆製成,口感超滑溜,豆腐味道好香濃!

去到呢間新餐廳,見到入邊有酒吧,又有開放式廚房,地方整潔舒適,枱面有專屬嘅消毒酒精噴霧,再加上我食呢間餐廳嘅時候咁岩號係傍晚,侍應就幫我哋點起左蠟燭,服務周到,餐牌全部都係英文,唔係好睇得明,但係都唔緊要,因為可以問識得中文嘅侍應,佢哋都好耐心咁樣解釋每道菜嘅細節,例如材料,原產地,同埋自家炮製嘅配方,相當之有心思。
食物方面,前菜嘅選擇有好多,一開頭會比法式麵包,黑醋醬,相當開胃,然後主菜有啲好得意嘅菜式,例如煙燻牛肉蔬菜卷,個味道相當令人難忘,主菜方面,我哋嗌左個鴨肉闊條麵,棉質相當出色,我哋從來未食過呢一種質地嘅面,於是我哋向侍應問咗呢一款係咩面,佢介紹話呢一款面係手打嘅,仲有炸魷魚筒,都幾好食,最令我哋飽肚嘅係一個意大利飯,味道濃郁有鵝肝嘅味道,食完我哋都好飽。
飲品方面,除咗舖頭會提供清新嘅青瓜水之外,仲有專屬嘅酒吧條走,酒吧供應嘅走齊全,我嗌左杯negorni,經典嘅味道,相當好飲,而我朋友就帶咗杯bloody Mary Martini,好特別,係酒吧嘅改良配方,辣辣哋,好過癮。
最後個甜品, Tiramisu同埋豆腐布甸,兩樣嘢都好出色,比起坊間甜品專賣店更勝一籌,豆腐布甸嘅甜度適中,啱晒我呢啲唔係太食甜野嘅人,Tiramisu口感都相當之好,
總括而言,餐廳嘅質素相當高,食物,飲品,服務,環境都好好,係一間有心思經營嘅新餐廳。

餐廳帶位服務員 (懷疑經理?)幾差, 我係第一位客人要求坐梳化位不受理然後比咗我後面嚟嘅客人, 冇道歉仲講大話話人地有booking 時有request, 根本我睇住佢地入嚟先被帶到另一張枱唔滿意先要求梳化位, 其實係小事但講大話同態度問題
入門口嘅時候自己心不在然唔留意又覺得我冇掃安心出行居然要求睇我電話, 都係第一次, 其他客人可能已經投訴
感覺呢位疑似店經理嘅女仔冇成熟餐飲經驗去處理三層嘅意大利餐廳, 好可惜因為感覺印象差所以朋友到咗之後再望望餐牌決定離開因為同區大把其他選擇

I was thrilled to try this newly opened resto and it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. we ordered scallop carpaccio, Frito misto, duck ragu pappardelle, tofu pana cotta, and tiramisu. I love the tofu panna cotta, the pasta was not bad too, but the rest were all just so so. I actually wanted to order stuff calamari, clams and chicken parmigiana, and they told me all these dishes sold out… Our booking is 8:30, and I saw lots guests still coming in.. basically there left nothing much to order from the menu.. Obviously they were not well prepared to accept all these reservations. The staff told me these sold out dishes are limited .. I was like u should have told me earlier when I made the booking which items are limited.. Besides, all the staffs were unfriendly, none of them were attentive… they never came to pour any wine or water for us until we wave at them. I thought I was in “cha Chan teng” 🤦🏻♀️ but the funny thing is they only became attentive when they wanted to collect your dishes (which we were still working on it) it was quite annoying.. Here comes the epic part, we ordered a bottle of wine, and one sleepy staff came and she poured the wine into our glasses, I noticed that’s not the wine I ordered , and I told her, and she was like silent, stoned, stood there and did nothing, the other staff saw it and came over took that wrong bottle of wine away without sounding apologetic… both rude/sleepy servers said nothing at all! I saw they pour the wine back into the bottle at the back of the counter.. my friend and I saw it, and we were both shock and felt disgusted. A manager probably saw our amazed look and asked us what happened, we told him about it, and he was like “oh…” then walked away, he didn’t apologise or did anything to make it up to us… and they came back with the correct bottle of wine without apologies again, predictable 😂. Overall, yes, the interior seems nice, but poor service and inconsistent food quality.. won’t revisit and not recommend..
本身我都幾鍾意西環呢一邊嘅環境,感覺上繁華得來又唔會話太過多人,都幾鍾意有特色嘅舊區,小店林立,唔會太多大集團嘅品牌係呢一度。
咁今次想搵啲西餐食下,一入到去都覺得幾有特色,畢竟香港地好少餐廳有幾層,同埋超級高嘅樓底,啲相係我哋就嚟到10點嘅時候先影,因為限聚令嘅緣故,差唔多10點啲人都走得7788 ,所以先有咁多空間可以影相
首先要介紹吓個頭盤,Cicchetti platter,好明顯係充滿意大利風情嘅頭盤,有啲酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄碎醬配搭麵包,另外再配搭東江牛肉包火箭菜,仲有一個好香濃嘅芝士奶球,都幾開胃醒神,為接下來嘅美食提供序幕。
Clams
將一啲大大隻嘅新鮮蜆,在配搭忌廉同酒等等而製成嘅一碟菜式。10分好食,必須要將多士整個浸喺個汁入邊,然後再配搭蜆肉一齊食,嗰刻嘅感覺就好似現在身處喺歐洲嘅餐廳入邊咁美好,回想起幾年前去歐洲旅行嘅開心日子。
Steak tagliata
外脆內軟,同其他餐廳有少少唔同,一試就知係靚野,我自己少食牛對牛肉嘅研究不多,但係都會令到我愛上食牛!
在配搭起好香牛油味嘅薯蓉,真係食到唔停口。
Seafood tagliatelle
簡單來講就係一碟海鮮變意粉,佢嘅醬汁同啱啱clams有啲相似,主要嘅海鮮就係蝦同埋魷魚,我自己都比較鍾意食海鮮,同樣我都係食到唔停口嘅。
甜品方面,我哋就試咗呢一個豆腐布甸,同埋Tiramisu,其實豆腐布甸喺其他地方都好常見,不過佢哋呢度將個味道嘅比例啱啱好,豆腐嘅味道唔會太濃,但係喺個布甸入邊都十分有質感。tiramisu 入邊嘅cream,咖啡同酒嘅比例啱啱好,互相輝映得來唔會搶去風頭。
Cocktail 方面,green mile個味道好適合初嘗酒精飲品嘅朋友嘗試。

而我所揀既 Fritto Misto就更有驚喜:)
脆炸既海鮮除左有西餐常見既大蝦、帶子同魷魚外,竟然仲有白飯魚!!!!
點上帶有輕輕辣勁既蛋黃醬更能刺激味蕾~
主菜方便,我地揀左一羊一牛,兩款都各有特色!!
兩款肉類既生熟度都拿捏得好好,所以食落均為嫩腍:)
主菜中所配上既醬料亦跟肉類相當配合,特別既配羊既醬,唔係平日常見既薄荷醬/黃芥末,而係加入左青胡椒既醬汁,完全能夠帶出羊肉香嫩呢!!!
菜單中只有兩款甜品,分別係 Tiramisu$58 同 Tofu Panna cotta $58,正好一款一份與友人分吃xpp
相對之下 Tofu Panna cotta 比Tiramisu來得驚艷!!!
根本就是西式滑溜version的豆花嘛,既有創意味道又好:)
在此舒適的氛圍中,最後再來一杯 Margarita ,chill到呢!!!!

Sent an email more than 10 days ago for a reservation but no reply from the restaurant team. Also tried to call more than 5 times yesterday, but no one picked up the phone, and the answering machine is full. What’s going on? This is not the level of service that I expected from a restaurant that claims to be of such high calibre.
環境優美舒適,在裡面會有種放鬆的感覺,食物也不錯,很適合friday night or weekends 跟朋友在這兒吃飯聊天喝喝小酒!

今期介紹大家去西營盤呢間意大利菜係勁好味😚
好多時大家都知道中環好多西式餐廳,但係原來西營盤都有㗎,今次經朋友介紹決定預約試吓,想吃什麼也有。
踏入餐廳,發現地方闊落,重點係有三層架,又有酒吧區,地方大服務又好,服務員只要一見到我哋就好熱情招呼我哋,問我哋想食啲乜嘢和推介最招牌菜。
前菜點左Cold cut selcction和Clcchetti Platter ,Parma hum 勁大盤,仲有3隻煙肉,好好味又抵食,只是$148。
另外介紹返Clcchetti Platter ,好特別有蕃茄粒麵包+hum + 水牛芝士,好清新。
愛吃的我點少得主菜,分別有Duck Ragu Pappardelle ,鴨肉寬麵😍,好小何意大利餐廳🍴有鴨食架,一入口即化,肉汁豐富。
另外仲有cod acqua Pazza ,係好新鮮既魚😌,伴汁唔會太濃,亦不會太油膩,突出原本魚既鮮味。
吃到差不多一半,一定唔小得飲品,由於本人係Rose 粉絲,就同咗調酒師溝通,整左一杯好靚既Rose cordial,好岩女仔飲,又甜美又易入口。
下次聚會再帶朋友一齊吃,非常推薦值得一試。
Case Cucina was a very average experience in terms of both food and service. Portions were small, un-exciting and over priced for what it was. For $600/head I would choose many other restaurants to dine at. I think the appeal is just the decor. It’s a shame because I was hoping this would be my new fave SYP local but I don’t think I will return.
I celebrate my friend’s birthday in this restaurant. Everything were so grand.
we ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main courses and disserts.
We ordered Cicchetti platter, it included Bruschetta, Burrata and Bresadla Roll. The sour sauce was perfect match.
Then, the main course -Seafood Tagliatelle Pasta, it included squid, prawn, etc.. The pasta was hand-rolled by the restaurant . Also, the sauce in pasta was rich.
The other main course was Steak Tagliata, we ordered medium well . The sauce of the steak was rich and the steak was juicy! The side dish was making the whole dish perfect too. The mashed potato was creamy and matched with the steak was really fantastic.
Lastly were the two disserts. Tofu Panna Cotta was wonderful, maybe I like eating tofu at the beginning, therefore I like this dissert so much. Full of the taste of Tofu. The other one was Tiramisu, strong taste of Ameretto and it raised the Tiramisu into another style, it was tasty too.
餐廳嘅門面好靚,粉紅色門牌,白色為主,有少量露天嘅位,打卡一流。
入到去入面嘅裝修都好靚,原來係三層嘅設計。第一層有個好grand嘅bar位,有唔少酒,應該都幾岩Happy Hour過嚟。而且排列得好整齊好乾淨。
一入到去店員招呼都好周到,帶咗我哋去第二層,座位好舒服,而且仲睇住啲廚師整嘢食,好有透明度,feel到個廚房好乾淨。
一坐低店員除咗比Menu我哋睇之外仲同我哋介紹,好nice👍🏼
叫咗嘢食之後,好快就上咗個餐包,係好香羅勒味嘅餐包,仲提供埋黑醋同埋橄欖油俾我哋點,麵包都幾好食。
前菜方面,我哋叫咗Cicchetti platter同Fritto Misto。前者包括左Bruschetta,佢底層係塊烘過嘅多士,上面落左蕃茄、蒜茸、香草、橄欖油,多士烘得好脆,上面嘅茄茸都好新鮮,好refreshing。然後仲有個水牛芝士,店員教我哋點個汁食,加埋個汁真係好好食好夾,鍾意個汁好酸味味咁。Bresaola roll係風乾牛肉包住新鮮嘅火箭菜,加埋食好夾,個牛肉好好香,面頭仲有啲黑醋。
Fritto Misto係一個海鮮嘅炸物拼盤,有一啲好細隻嘅魚仔,帶子,蝦同埋魷魚圈,炸粉唔算太厚,香脆得來每一樣海鮮都有佢嘅鮮味,仲係好新鮮。
主菜方面我哋叫咗店員推介嘅Duck Ragu Pappardelle。呢個係一個好傳統嘅意大利菜,個醬好甘香,有好多鴨肉,我最鍾意嘅係舖頭自家製嘅闊條麵,同平時一般食開嗰啲好唔同,有少少爽口得來好掛汁。
另外仲嗌咗個Stuffed calamari,係一個釀魷魚,個魷魚係慢煮,好鮮甜好新鮮,裏面釀咗米形嘅pasta、蟹肉、海膽,食得出成個都係好新鮮,如果個pasta可以再咬口啲就更好,不過整體主食都好好食。
甜品我哋就兩款都試晒,tiramisu係好傳統嘅味道,幾好食!最有驚喜嘅係豆腐奶凍,既有豆腐嘅香味,又有吉士布甸同埋奶凍嗰種棉棉嘅口感,仲有焦糖醬吊味,好值得試!
見到呢度嘅bar枱,我哋都忍唔住叫咗兩杯嘢飲,我嗰杯係bloody Mary martini,有好香嘅胡椒味,店員話佢哋唔係用普通嘅vodka做底。男朋友就嗌咗杯Negroni,我自己唔太飲酒就覺得有啲苦,佢就話幾好飲。
值得一提嘅係店員嘅招呼真係好周到,最後仲帶咗我哋上第三層參觀,遲啲有機會用來做私人Booking。
整體而言,依間餐廳都幾適合情侶或者屋企人嚟慶祝生日或者節日。
Main courses arrived after 1 hr. One of the starters never arrived. Staff did not seem to be trained at all for restaurant operations.
When we complained about the delay, two different waiters offered to give us free drinks. However, as we had had enough drinks, we turned down the offers. Seeing that it was almost 10pm already, we explained that we would like to also get some desserts. Both waiters, separately on two different occasions, seemed to have misunderstood that we were asking for complimentary desserts instead for the delay and rushed towards the manager (presumably) for approval without saying a word or excusing themselves. They did not take any dessert order nor asked for our preferences. They never returned after talking to the manager, until all of a sudden desserts arrived. In fact, as there are two different dessert options on the menu, if would be reasonable if the restaurant asked us which one we want first, rather than treating us as beggars and hoping that we will settle on any random dessert. After all, we only wanted one dessert in the first place and there was simply no need to give all four of us each a dessert which we did not ask for.
Lastly, they charged us for the starter that did not arrive and we only found that out ourselves.
I seriously think that they oversold their seats and did not hire enough and appropriate staff to run the restaurant. This caused the extremely chaotic serving arrangement as well as the over crowded space, in turn losing its fundamental relaxing vibe.
Food was quite nice but couldn’t make up for the horrible experience.
Pretty happy to be invited there, it’s first a nice place to be, service can be a bit better, more attention to delivering the food in a timely manner. For the food, it was ok for an Italian restaurant, with some little glitches. Mostly a little bit more love in the plates, taste ok but Italian can be a bit more of that, where is fresh lemon to spread around, Italy is all about grounded taste, it’s a bit mellow but good. Just a bit of more love… I recommend this restaurant but it’s not on the cheap side of it, then a bit of efforts and we are in a very good one! Lets try it again at the end of this year! Bon appétit!
趁假日特意挑選了此間擁有浪漫氛圍的意大利菜餐廳與男朋友拍拖約會。此處是由行政總廚並兼任老闆的 Anthony 主理的,他曾任職過米芝蓮的二星餐廳,而店內的設計風格亦是參考來源自他以往於威尼斯旅行中所見的小酒吧。
餐廳環境面積寬敞闊大,合共擁有三層空間,各層皆是各具特色,從地面底層內進便可率先留意到位處右方的小酒吧,而一樓則是設有開放式廚房,位於最頂層的二樓便是可提供開派對的高私隱度空間。於裝潢上整所餐廳用上木系配搭黃燈、植物、掛畫等設計,予人感覺溫馨放鬆,恍如置身旅行之中。

新鮮花甲用上白葡萄酒、奶油、煙熏辣椒粉一同製作,食用時鮮味微辣,彈牙香嫩。而底層的麵包則是香酥爽脆。
Duck Ragu Pappardelle
手打的意大利麵寬厚煙靭,再配搭上紅燒鴨、雞肝食材,並用黃葡萄酒、意大利羅馬佩克里諾羊奶芝士調味,口感黏度甚高,香濃獨特,鮮嫩綿密。
Steak Tagliata
廚師選用牛扒認證機構美國 USDA Choice Grade 的封門柳片製作烹調,也就是屬於高質牛肉的特選第二級,其特色是肉多而脂肪少。7 安士份量三成熟的牛扒是已切成塊狀的,食用時沾上帶有黑椒味的牛扒汁同食,味道是鮮香嫩滑,肉味濃郁。而配搭的薯蓉則是軟綿幼滑,薯香出眾。
Tofu Panna Cotta
此款豆腐意式奶凍是餐廳的主打甜品,入口時質感嫩滑微彈,並擁有濃厚的豆腐香氣。
Passion Fruit Bellini
飲品由熱情果、桃蓉、新鮮檸檬汁、梳打水調製而成,因而飲用時有著氣泡口感,味道酸甜清新,富有果香。
總結而言,餐廳環境氣氛甚有情調,很是適合到此約會、慶祝、拍照打卡。而菜餚方面亦是製作用心,味道高質且賣相精緻,是一所會再次光顧的意大利餐廳。
As an Instagram-worthy restaurant, the food wasn’t surprising but better than I thought.
If you used to drink at cocktail bars, this place wouldn’t be satisfied; you can’t ask for more at this price tho.

位於西環的Casa, 有三層的座位,環境佈置讓人有去了異地渡假放鬆的感覺,加上輕鬆的異國風情音樂,小朋友都跳起舞來
週末的七點前都有happy hour,不過只有alcoholic drink嘅選擇,老公當然是最開心的了,點了白酒、sparkling和asahi,服務業熱情為小朋友安排high chair 和餐具,點餐時也提醒某些可能太辣不適合小朋友,真貼心
香草包配橄欖油,已經是令人好滿足,不過當然仍要點主菜,晚餐點了蜆肉白酒忌廉配麵包,第一次食咁好食嘅煮蜆,配埋湯汁,蜆肉鮮味,湯汁味道複雜得來也很清,真係太好食,麵包浸點湯汁也是絕配,一邊食一邊很有幸福感爆燈嘅感覺!炸魚配火箭菜都不錯,小朋友最喜歡,我們還點了松露醬蘑菇risotto,好正宗的risotto,味道濃,配上松露醬冇得頂!
最後的甜品點了tiramisu,真的是最傳統那種,朱古力粉的裝飾令人食慾大增,酒味和lady fingers好balance,也很creamy不太甜,好好味!
實在是太美妙的一頓晚餐!

For a soup appetiser that cost over a hundred dollars, their seasoning and use of ingredients surely did not disappoint. With tiger pawns, clams and squid conquering every bite, it adds a seafood kick to the tomato basil based soup. Every sip had an element of surprise that made the dish exciting.

Hands down the star dish of the evening! Pappardelle was firm while the sauce was perfectly seasoned with wine and peppers. Portion between pasta and sauce was perfectly balanced, with each finest complimenting the other fittingly. Easily, Casa gets my vote for best Handmade Pasta✅
🌟Tiramisu RSP: $88
Another well known dish from the restaurant, but not as breathtaking as other Italian restaurants. Aesthetic aside, the coffee kick and overall flavor profile could have been stronger for my taste.

Have a long time not been to a cozy dining place so we chose here for a relaxing night
The atmosphere here is nice and draw every girls’ eyeball with the pink and artistic decoration.
Though the food choices are limited here, they are attractive enough for us. We ordered 2 small plates. 2 pasta and 2 dessert
For the small plates, we had Scallop Carpaccio and the Clams. The Scallop was fresh especially it added with pineapple and yuzu sauce while the clams were covered with super creamy and soft cream and wine, and the restro was so nice that they gave us some bread to matched with the creamy sauce. Both tasted good and were undoubtedly perfect starters of the dinner
For the main, we chose Duck Pappardelle and Seafood Tagliatelle. Duck Pappardelle was cooked in a very classic Italian style and it is rare to see from many western restro.
Seafood Tagliatelle surprised me with its stringy and springy texture, and of course the creamy lobster sauce they used too. Not to be overstating, it was really good that I finished them all!
Dessert – I tried both Tiramisu and Tofu Panna Cotta. They were never too sweet and people not enjoying dessert much like me even gave a 10/10 mark for both. The panna cotta was very soft and full of Tofu taste, a pleasant smell indeed. Tiramisu was light and spongy that I could also feel the coffee and Marsala wine.
I had never thought of ordering that much but the portion of each dish was so big, we were extremely full but yet memorable and will come again!
Western district which a old town in Hong Kong island, I found the three floored restaurant, Casa cucina restaurant has great décor and ambiance.
What the great food from small plates to main course and dessert. Unforgettable the Tiramisu for dessert, I think this is the best tiramisu I ate, the delicate flavor of layers of mascarpone and Italian custard, stronger espresso. Must order item!!
Great Vibes but Mediocre Food Quality 🤔
Went to Casa Cusina & Bar on a Saturday night, it was pretty packed even for the earlier dinner session (6pm). Overall the ambiance is great, 3 storey with a bar area on the ground floor, there are plenty of spots for taking IG-able photos 📸
When it comes to food, feel like most dishes are lacking in seasoning, not much flavours in general. And if you are going to book the first dinner session, you can expect the whole meal is gonna be a rush with constant reminder from staff 🥺
Clams (Fresh clams, white wine, cream, smoked paprika) $138
➡️ Those are obviously frozen clams, not much taste/ freshness, would not recommend this dish☹️
Seafood Tagliatelle (Prawn, squid, semi-dried datterino, zucchini) $198
➡️ You could tell those are hand made pasta from the texture, not impressive but given the price point, can’t ask for more 👌🏼
Braised Ox Cheek (Grain-fed ox cheek, orange zest, mashed potato) $258
➡️ Taste ok, basically can’t go wrong with ox cheek, but again, still lacking in some spices/ seasonings in general.
Tiramisu (Mascarpone, espresso, amaretto, kahlua) $88
➡️ Best dish of the night 🫰🏻rich espresso and how it comes out with stronger alcohol flavours (amaretto and kahlua)

We chose this new restaurant for dinner because of the renovation and environment of Casa Cucina.
The restaurant was full house even on weekday. Luckily we made a reservation and no need to wait.
The menu is short with limited choices. We ordered clams, duck ragu pappardelle, lamb and tiramisu.
For drinks, there are many choices of wine and cocktails. We ordered a cup of white wine and a passion fruit bellini.
Starter is a complimentary herb bread.
The clams is a nice choice for starter. It served with slices of baguette. There are plenty of clams and the sauce is very creamy and rich. It is recommended to dip the baguette into the sauce.
The duck ragu pappardelle is a very special pasta which I rarely find in other restaurants. The sauce is full of chicken liver and vin jaine. The pasta is al dente and perfectly match with braised duck.
The lamb rack is delicious as well. We ordered medium and it is just perfectly done. The lamb is tender and I like the green peppercorn sauce as well.
Last but not least, the tiramisu is a must try item. The mascarpone cheese is light and creamy. With layers of sponge cake, the texture is very nice and you can finish the whole dessert because it is not too sweet.
The restaurant is a decent dining place with fair price. It is gd for celebration dinner, chilling with friends, sharing wine in the evening.
Good taste, good mood for happy hour & light dining. But not much food choices
overpriced, small portions, mediocre quality. Cocktails were good.
