西環舊區的消閒綠洲,門外可停車,但價錢比想像中的高!
真心覺得如果呢間餐廳真係有心做長而唔係比人泥打一次卡就算既話
從食物到服務到整體環境都有好大進步空間
餐廳最重要就係食物,對比價錢同等待時間佢真係十分普通,
似係去左個煮開野食既朋友屋企食咁上下既手勢
或者如餐廳其名,真係有家(casa)的感覺
(食左carppacio, 鴨肉ragu, 蜆, chicken parm)
環境都比較嘈同迫 人多,加上音樂都比較大聲 唔係幾傾到計
staff可能因為太多人客分身不暇 有時都唔係好穩到佢地落order/加水
同埋因為客人,booking多個slot好緊張,食完都係匆匆忙忙咁收碟比張單你
間野係裝修得唔錯,但除左咁真係無咩特色
我大約半年前去食既, 希望呢段期間有進步啦。

We were 40minutes early to our 7pm booking and we are asked twice by the same waitress if we can return the table by 7:30pm.
Again, pici, gia bar, gia, giando are much much better choices. Dont trust IG tags.
Went to Casa on a weekday to try their handmade pasta, read that the head chef used to work for Amber and it surely didn’t disappoint and exceeded my expectation for such a new restaurant. Ordered their duck ragu pappardelle, cooked to perfection, love the gamey flavour. Clams were finger licking good. Seafood tagliatelle was flavourful and al dente. Ordered one of their signature cocktails called Fresh line, didn’t expect a restaurant cocktail to be this good. Ended the meal with tiramisu and tofu panna cotta, now these two desserts are way better than the ones at Pici. Overall, pricing was great, portions just right, friendly and attentive staff, good vibes, highly recommended.
Fun for a date or group dinner. Fancy but chilled vibes, trendy modern music. Food was good but not amazing. Very quick service. If I had to recommend one thing, it would be the duck pappadelle.
聽朋友講西營盤有一間三層高的打卡西餐廳,而且食物都好正,就同朋友一早訂枱夜晚去食飯傾吓計。
裏面三層高,感覺上空間感很大,而且相當舒適,非常開揚。食物餐牌一頁過,雖然只有一頁,但是選擇款式也有很多。

裏面有無骨而且相當香滑的鱈魚,表面有鹹香,相當好食。裏面個湯底相當鮮味,感覺有點似龍蝦汁,點上香脆法包及鮮味十足的花蛤,大滿足!

HANGING TENDER CHOICE 7OZ, BEEF JUS, MASHED POTATI
肉方面亦都非常高質,首先食材質素高,食落沒有根。加上選擇的五成熟真的剛剛好五成熟。相當軟嫩,旁邊的薯蓉味道鹹香柔滑,我認為不點上醬汁也很好吃,當然亦可隨個人口味點汁令味道更豐富。

FRESH TOFU/VANILLA BEAN/RED SUGAR/LIGHT SOY SAUCE
甜品方面很多人也推介這個豆腐,真的很不錯!奶凍+新鮮豆腐,吃得出的鮮味及甜味,配搭紅糖及醬油又是另外一個層次。
飲品方面也有很多選擇,不喝酒的也可以選擇多款Signature Mocktail

前者份量不算太多,味道有荔枝及桑莓的鮮香味,而且有少少檸檬嘅酸味中和一下。

朋友推介西營盤海旁嗰邊有一間三層高嘅打卡餐廳,而且主要係食特色西餐,一於約埋朋友一齊去試吓。
Menu款式選擇多多,飲品方面都有好多唔同嘅品種,有部份就係3-7pm Happy hour有優惠,不過酒精類飲品比較多,今日想飲酒就冇點到。

刺身及帶子可以直接食,口感相當滑及鮮味,表面有洋蔥,海藻等等,酸酸爽爽非常鮮味!
Cod Acqua Pazza $248
裏面嘅鱈魚香滑無骨,而且表面個皮又唔會太淋,充滿鹹香,配搭質感一流!底部係一個海鮮濃湯底,鮮味滿溢,加上有新鮮花甲+香脆法包,味道豐富,新鮮之餘都可以中和一下冇咁膩。

扁寬麵個質感都幾唔錯,食得出係手工製,而且表面有好多唔同款式海鮮,除咗有蝦肉,魷魚外,仲有龍蝦肉,粒粒入味新鮮!

甜品方面好多人推介呢款豆腐,豆腐奶凍甜甜地加上表面再有啲糖漿,成件事特別得來都好match。

飲品我哋冇飲酒,就揀咗一款以菠蘿為主調給另一款由青瓜做主調的飲品,都比較清新有夏日feel,而且大大杯,相當豐富夠飲。
今次坐咗喺中間嗰層,下次可以試吓坐地下果層或者最高嗰層,可能另有一番風味!
Really bad menu, nothing worth having and no flexibility. You will look at the menu and nothing will stand out as worth having. Bring back the Winery, far better.

味蕾欲求不滿,需要更多刺激,於是我和朋友前往Casa Cucina & Bar品味誘人的佳餚。Casa Cucina & Bar主廚用心編織食材風味,將腦袋裡的天馬行空食譜付諸行動,交錯出無限可能,觸動食客內心深處。Casa Cucina & Bar鄰近海旁,很適合餐後散步去,沒有比這個更完美的結束。
餐前麵包均由Casa Cucina & Bar自家製,麵包上抹上黃澄澄的蒜蓉牛油烘烤,味帶蒜香,麵包鬆軟富彈性,佐上意大利黑醋和橄欖油,麵包餘韻透著酸香,好不輕盈。
Amore杯口綻放的洶湧香氣,讓人忍不住靠近,初入口蠻勾人的,荔枝香甜氣息,檸檬汁的酸美,還有覆盆子的點綴,整體喝起來輕柔順口,跟餐點配搭挺加分。
Passion Fruit Bellini以百香果作為基底,再混入蜜桃蓉,新鮮檸檬汁及梳打水,喝出熱帶風情來,酸甜酸甜的,梳打水的氣泡感使Passion Fruit Bellini更為清爽,令人煥然一新。
Clams這道菜式在Casa Cucina & Bar挺熱門的,真的推薦熱愛蜆肉之人,蜆隻每一個都是大顆又飽滿,湯汁鮮美,白酒忌廉汁和紅胡椒融入蜆肉中,滋味無窮。
Duck Ragu Pappardelle絕對是驚艷之作,鴨肉燉煮軟腍,肉醬濃郁的雞肝味與法國黃酒醇香一股腦兒衝上來,意大利羅馬佩克里諾羊奶芝士奶香馥郁,與濃稠的醬汁巴緊嚼勁彈牙的手工闊麵,輕易迷倒我的脾胃,鴨胸肉醬闊麵越吃越想吃。
Cod Acqua Pazza是意式的水煮魚,相當出色,首先把黑鱈魚香煎,揭開序曲,然後加入番荽,李子蕃茄,黑橄欖,鮮蜆,白酒煮湯,海鮮味在黑鱈魚本身和高湯中展現,鱈魚皮微微酥脆,魚肉油脂豐腴,口感細緻滑潤,每一口彷彿美味的寫意畫作。
Tiramisu入口滑順細柔,隱含杏仁甜酒甘美,手指餅乾吸飽甘露咖啡利口酒,沒有過於濕潤,Espresso毫無修飾的侵襲味蕾,讓意大利軟芝士展現十足它的輕柔感,Tiramisu深邃的甘甜美麗,給予舌尖滿滿的幸福療癒。
Tofu Panna Cotta堪稱神奇又厲害的甜品,豆腐奶凍採用新鮮豆腐製成,超級細膩滑順,再以雲呢拿豆提香,令豆腐奶凍香氣四溢。紅糖與淡豉油則為豆腐奶凍添色添味,畫龍點睛,甜度恰如其分,豆腐奶凍口味創新。

朋友得知西環開左間好靚既意式餐廳,二話不說就要拉埋我一齊黎打卡XD 一睇相已經比佢裝修風格吸引左,黎到亦都冇令我地失望,打卡靚位100分!
Casa Cucina&Bar有三層樓高,入到黎會覺得自己身處一間外國既度假屋, 有居家感覺得黎,氣氛充滿異國風情,感覺呢啲餐廳只會係電影/外國先會見到,意想唔到香港都會出現! 以粉色同珊瑚橙做主色,真係令人離不開視線,我諗邊個經過都會被佢吸引到!入夜後以黃光照光,別有一番風格。
Cicchetti platter小食拼盤,賣相好精緻,完全係igable既一款前菜,水牛芝士新解又香口,食落好有口感, 配埋蕃茄麵包Bruschetta好夠fresh,最後仲有Bresaola火腿配火箭菜卷,鹹香感十足,成個菜式都非常開胃!
Steak tagliata,同朋友都偏好五成熟,牛排煙韌得黎帶炭烤香味,香口又濃郁,薯蓉充滿牛油香氣,成個感覺提升左!8
Duck Ragu Pappardelle,第一次食既意大利特色鴨肉醬鳥巢麵,賣相如其名一樣似足鳥巢,第一啖食落去係好濃郁既鴨肉香, 味道游離係咸與甘之間,闊條麵能完美將醬汁掛起,係一道相當香口味濃既意大利菜,但食到中段會覺得醬汁過於濃厚而需要水去作緩衝。
Ginger me ,以威士忌作基酒既特色調酒,口味偏酸,但仍留有威士忌酒香。 易入口得黎又清新,加入蛋白增強了口感同層次,唔習慣烈酒人士亦可以一試。

很久以後我和朋友見面了,並預訂了一家漂亮的餐廳。還好離地鐵站很近。
3樓設有餐廳。我訂的是一樓,因為那是最漂亮的。餐廳工作人員只會說英語。畢竟港島很西化哈哈哈
餐廳是單套餐,因為我們是四個人,所以點了四套餐。

今次去咗西環工作室近地鐵站既餐廳,人均唔算貴。$198有頭盤加主食,都算抵。個人覺得鴨肉意粉最好吃,好香鴨油味。美中不足系個蜆有沙同埋個汁都算唔好夾。
甜品的話提拉米蘇好奶油不過杏仁味都重了點,所以唔吃杏仁就慎點。

Very good food and vibe. Highly recommend.
We tried Burrata, Lamb Racks, Chicken Parmigiana and tiramisu. All were very nice. Very reasonable price as well.
Moreover, the services were indeed very good. The waitresses and waiters were attentive and kept filing up our glasses of water. They also explained the dishes. We enjoyed the food and service a lot.
Nothing special. The restaurant experience has been optimised for Instagram, not taste or quality. As an example, the clams weren’t cleaned properly and were very gritty. Suggest trying Saizeria which is similar quality but less photogenic.
A lovely place for lunch, nice atmosphere decorated in European style. The seafood soup and tiramisu are great.

Casa Cucina has so much missed potential. Great concept, food and decor, but service and management is poor for the price point, and enough to discourage a second visit.
Portions were surprisingly small and overpriced for a random location next to a highway in SYP. For $800/head+ incl drinks, there are so many options in Central/Soho where there is a better surrounding vibe.
Securing a reservation was a nightmare. After several unanswered calls/WhatsApps, I went in-person and spoke with a woman with so much attitude, she is missing her calling as a Dragon-i door girl. Shockingly, the restaurant operates on a paper reservation system in 2021. No online or electronic system. It took so long to find a date for a booking, that there were other customers melting behind us in the hot sun who were waiting to be seated.
Our table was on the top floor of the restaurant which was totally fine for us, if it wasn’t for the fact that we had to wave down completely disinterested staff. Food came out timely, and the standout dishes were the scallop carpaccio and the tofu panna cotta.
A shame because as an SYP local, my friends and I would have loved a local spot that actually felt like a “Casa Cucina”.

一早聽聞餐廳主廚係黎自米芝蓮,之前已經一早想試吓。
餐廳為三層設計,外表好像意式小館,裏面的裝修也別出心裁,有不少地方都很適合打卡。
餐前麵包為Casa Cucina & Bar自家製,麵包質感鬆軟,麵包上抹有蒜蓉牛油,配上經典的意大利黑醋和橄欖油組合,飽體佈滿氣孔,口感輕盈,蒜香和醋的酸香味與麵包很配。
DUCK RAGU PAPPARDELLE HKD178
鴨肉燉煮至軟腍,醬汁裏混和了雞肝,黃酒和pecorino romano(一種羊奶芝士),再灑上巴馬臣芝士,豐富的材料精心燉煮五小時,令醬汁十分濃郁,可以完美掛在闊條麵上,由於這個餐廳的意粉是手工制作,闊條麵質十份彈牙,亦有微微蛋香,加上鮮美的雞肝醬汁,令人想一食再食。

羊架配上烤紅辣椒土豆、鹽漬青椒和MADEIRA(一種葡萄酒醬),切開內裏微微粉紅,肉質鮮嫩多汁,而且好欣賞佢羊架好少脂肪,配上MADEIRA葡萄酒香更好地覆蓋羊腥味,更能品嚐出羊的鮮味。

牛排放在火箭菜上再灑上恰到好處的海鹽,如果再加上牛肉醬汁,牛肉的鮮味毫無保留地在口腔上釋放,配菜有十份creamy的薯蓉,每一口都充滿奶香。

Tiramisu入口細緻幼滑,輕柔的意大利軟芝士包裹着由咖啡利口酒和Espresso充份濕潤的手指餅,細味之間隱隱有着杏仁甜酒的甘美,令整體味道更上一個層次。
TOFU PANNA COTTA HKD58
採用新鮮豆腐混合雲尼拿籽製成,淋上由紅糖和生抽製成的味道類似toffee糖漿,將傳統意大利甜點融合中式文化,味道上亦非常好,質感滑順細柔,特別是微弱的生抽味十分有新鮮感。
Pandan Manhattan
杯口充滿住橙皮的香氣,入口會先感受到Vermouth的香草味和酒精感,慢慢帶出port和rum 的果香,最後dark rum的太妃糖after taste 會留在口腔,整杯都充滿住細節。

I was searching for a cozy restaurant with a friend work nearby.
Then I was attracted by the decoration of this restaurant.
We arrived at 6:00pm and the waiter took us to the 2nd level of the restaurant.
First thing first, Starter
– Handmade Herb bread free: After 5 minute we settle down, the waiter bring us with warm and soft handmake bread serve with vinegar and olive oil.
– Burrata $105 : Burrata is always one of my favorite starter. I have tasted the burrata of many restaurants in Hong Kong and Casa surprise me with a mix of rocket + tomato + burrata+ Italian tomato coulis. Rich and creamy burrata comes together with homemade tomato coulis is like a party in my mouth.
Main
– Seafood Tagliatelle $178 : Al dente handmake paste with rich tomato shrimp source, squid and shrimp.
– Steak Tagliata $268 : We order a medium well steak and it cooked just exactly the way we want it to be. The creamy and buttery potato mash is delightful. It is totally a memorable dish.
Dessert
– Tofu Panna Cotta $58: A mix of Western and Chinese style dessert , silky panna cotta with light taste of soybean in red sugar syrup.
– Tiramisu $58: The cake is moist with sweet rum and coffee .The size is very generous which is lovely for dessert lover like me.
It is a cozy place for special occasion or friend gathering. Definitely will visit again!!

Some of the staff wasn’t really nice to us but didn’t represent everyone, will still recommend this place to my friends. The food was good and the little star candle for my friend’s ‘birthday cake’ was way too cute!

Fair price but small portion of food
Although there are lots of Italian restaurants in Hong Kong, homemade pasta is not so widely popular as making fresh pasta takes patience and attention to the intricate details of the process. However, you can find every dish made in-house from scratch at Casa Cucina & Bar located at Sai Ying Pun.
雖然意大利餐廳在香港隨處可見,但手工意粉卻不常見,始終複雜製作過程需要一定的耐性,不過位於西營盤的Casa Cucina & Bar就可找到從頭開始自家製作的手工菜式。
This restaurant has three floors of intimate dining space which looks like a resort hotel, no wonder it has become an Instagram favorite since its grand opening. The atmosphere is quite romantic under the dim light and it is very suitable for couples to dine out.
餐廳猶如一幢獨立度假屋,擁有三層空間,難怪開張以來已成為IG打卡熱點,昏黃的燈光映照下,瀰漫著浪漫情調,非常適合情侶來撐枱腳。

The waiter served a bread basket mixed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar after taking our order.
點菜後,侍應就會奉上烘得暖暖的餐包拌以橄欖油及黑醋。
Burrata $105
This appetizer resembles the “red, white, and green” colors of the Italian flag. The softness and delightful milky aroma of buffalo cheese are irresistible. The seasonings allow the delicate flavor of the cheese to shine through.
這道前菜仿如意大利國旗的「紅、白、綠」三色,水牛芝士的柔軟與芳香就是它最誘人的魅力,奶香佈滿口腔,簡單調味不喧賓奪主。
When cut open, the creamy interior of Burrata is revealed as it slowly seeps from the centre like rich cream. It tastes cool and refreshing which make it a great choice for appetizer in summer.
切開時水牛芝士像奶油般柔滑的內芯緩緩滲出,冰涼清新,是夏天一流的開胃菜。

All pasta are made fresh in-house, this pasta with double-seared duck breast chicken, liver parfait and French yellow wine topped with Parmesan is one of the Casa signature dishes.
所有意大利麵都是新鮮製作的,這道鴨胸肉醬意粉是Casa的招牌菜之一,加入雞肝及法國Vin Jaune黃葡萄酒,再撒上巴馬臣芝士。
The biggest difference between fresh pasta and dried pasta is the springy texture which offers an al dente bite. Pappardelle goes wonderfully with a hearty, meaty Duck Ragu sauce.
新鮮現造意粉與乾意粉最大的分別就是彈性中帶點煙韌的麵質,挺身富有Al dente咬口嚼勁,寬帶蛋麵極易掛上濃稠肉汁。
Surprisingly, the portion of main dishes is quite large which is ideal for sharing.
主菜份量出乎意料地大盤,適合同枱齊齊分享。
Chicken Parmigiana $168
It is a classic Italian dish of breaded chicken breast covered in melty mozzarella cheese . It is served with bright and tangy tomato sauce to provide a contrast to the fried cutlets and rich cheese.
作為一道經典的意大利菜,裹著麵包糠的雞胸肉以半熔的Mozzarella芝士舖面, 配合酸酸甜甜的番茄醬,與炸雞和濃郁的芝士形成鮮明對比。
The coating is flavorful and crispy. As the cutlet is skinless and boneless chicken breast, the texture may not be very juicy. However it does not taste too greasy for deep-fried food.

Tiramisu $58
提拉米蘇融合了苦香可可和濃縮咖啡粉,可說是歷久彌新的經典美味。
Tiramisu is a rich treat blending the bold flavors of cocoa and espresso, it can be said to be a classic delicacy.
蛋糕質感細緻濕潤,入口即化,不會過於甜膩。
The cake texture is delicate and moist, and it melts in the mouth without being too sweet.
Tofu Panna Cotta $58
This panna cotta does not taste like usual because it is inspired by Hong Kong’s favourite “Tofu Fa”, made with fresh tofu and topped with a toffee-like-sweet syrup made with red sugar and light soy sauce.
奶凍與傳統口味有所不同,由於啟發自香港人氣小食豆腐花,奶凍是以新鮮豆腐製成,融合以黃糖及淡豉油製成、如拖肥糖般的甜糖漿。
Its delicate sweetness and smooth tofu texture make it a perfect treat at the end of a meal.
其細膩有層次的甜味和吹風可破的軟滑豆腐質地為晚餐完美作結。
又到了放工要找好西吃的時候,一想就想到這家之前bookmark了的粉色系餐廳flower 七時多左右到達,已經有不少食客,餐廳蠻受歡迎的呢
首先上桌的是,羅勒餐包,沾上黑醋和橄欖油,蠻香蠻好吃的
Clams ($128) 蜆肉份量蠻多的,而且吃下去挺夠鮮味 不要忽略掉醬汁啊,我和友人可是差點把它喝光呢XD
Chicken Parmigiana ($168) 炸雞扒上鋪了一層芝士,炸漿下是仍然帶點juicy的雞扒smile記得要趁熱吃啊
Seafood Tagliatelle ($178) 用上店家的手做意粉,質地彈牙,明顯和平常出外吃開的很不一樣 一拌起來,就是陣陣蕃茄濃香,沾滿了每一條麵條,加上蝦和魷魚,很是好吃
吃完主菜後我們都感到意猶未盡於是便點了甜品music Tofu Panna Cotta ($58) 一看到有豆腐,小妹毫不猶豫就馬上點了,一來是太喜歡豆腐口味的甜品,二來是因為這個口味panna cotta也太罕見了吧 !!!!吃完後,只能說大推啊!!比起平常吃的panna cotta,由於用上了豆腐,更添一分淡雅清香,配上紅糖和淡醬油調製而成的醬汁,更是把味道加倍昇華,口腐的清甜也更見突出balloon

我地2個人今次為咗試新野叫咗好多野食🤣
首先係Oxtail Ravioli
味道極濃郁,牛尾煮到好林
不過食得多略嫌有點鹹,可能外國人的口味一向比較重。
Scallop carpaccio 使用新鮮的北海道帆立貝 味道鮮甜,配上菠蘿果肉令味道豐富更具層次,作為前菜十分適合。
Ginger me
以威士忌作基酒的特色調酒,口味偏酸,但仍保有威士忌酒香。入口清新而且容易,加入蛋白增強了口感及層次。不習慣烈酒人士亦可品嚐。
最後甜品叫左個tiramisu 同豆腐布丁
2個味道都好濃郁好creamy!
食落甜度啱啱好,唔會好膩

有茶飲和有好多野買
Considering a good place for dinning with friends with good atmosphere and yummy goodness, Casa must be one on the list. The restaurant design is artistic in pink colour, which really draws the attention of every girl including me. The Clams and Tiramisu is definitely my fav pick!

One of the most enjoyable dinner celebration for our birthday boy. Nice vibe and we got the best seats upstairs and an area all to ourselves. Staff is friendly and accomodating even on a full weekend evening. Food is great as reflected in all the awards the restaurant received.

成個氣氛好舒服,加上野食有一定質素,整體好唔錯。
我自己最鐘意就係個餐包(?!)同埋兩個Octopus 菜色,一個炸既,一個係凍盤類,味道好surprise 亦有好唔同既感覺!推薦!
當然唔少得佢地既甜品主打Tiramisu! 份量足,微香酒味,creamy 又唔會太過甜!omg is my dream Tiramisu ever!!!

Excellent vibe, excellent food, especially the octopus carpaccio and the striploin tagliata, tiramisu is the best I’ve had in recent months! We were seated upstairs with limited view tho, so if you want to enjoy a fuller experience, I recommend booking the seats on the ground floor where you can enjoy the view outside with their floor-to-ceiling windows.
weekend晚餐做兩輪,book枱只能book 1830前 or 2000後
見到有個tasting menu但真係太多嘢
我地係睇戲前來食少少野,兩個starter同個main都幾好食,尤其係個八爪魚
叫左兩杯cocktail都好似香精味,唔太好飲..

Fails to live up to the ratings.
The quality of the pasta they are using just doesn’t meet standards so no matter the skill of the cook it would be average at best. Even when cooked to al dante, the pasta still exhibits very stiff flour texture, generally also signifies the pasta is not handmade (and you’re paying already $200~ per pasta dish).
Frankly quite disappointed.
Then glasses of wine are brought to you pre poured. The sparkling water also is not cold…
