Fake pictures and terrible overpriced pizza.
Very good pizza, but slightly on the expensive side. Pastas are average, would definitely recommend the pizzas.

Best pizza in HK West
Order the Greek pizza which has feta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Specifically added the comment “no mozzarella” to the order as my wife doesn’t enjoy it.
30 minutes later I receive a $159 pizza with no cheese at all.
I called the restaurant to complain and was told told my instruction of “no mozzarella” was unclear and they assumed, based on absolutely nothing, that we were allergic to cheese and didn’t want any on the pizza. If i had an allergy and wanted no cheese I would have written “allergy – no cheese”. They had my phone number, since it was an online order from Food Panda, but made no effort to confirm their ridiculous assumption.
Completely rude and unapologetic staff. They made a mindless error and made no offer to refund or replace the pizza.
Won’t be ordering from Jack’s again.

Tastes slightly better than microwaved frozen pizza. Dough had the consistency of store bought salted crackers.
I would compliment the soup if I was at an Indian restaurant. But no, this is a place that states “authentic Italian” on the menu which I should have known was a red flag.

The pasta was good, but the portions were oddly small. Caprese salad was only two small tomato/mozzarrella stacks, and wings contained only 3 pieces. We went here on an eatigo discount and wondered whether it was special “custom” sizing for us…
Pizza was decent but nothing to write home about. Tiramisu was one-note sweet, not what you expect for a tiramisu at all.
Pretty good food. Best to sit inside because it’s small and open so the air-conditioning is pretty useless.

Homemade Pizza is very delicious, I also love the pasta and Morzellia sticks. The boss is nice and we have 20%off booked by Openrice.Enjoy the music and the meal is very happy.
extremely disappointing service, we ordered through food panda, forgot to give us the drinks n doesn’t want to be responsible for that but rather asking us to contact food panda, and food panda response with robot is not helping either. you can not literally call them but texting some robot

Jack knows how to make a pizza
The worst experience from a restaurant I have had in my life (and I have had food poisoning before). The manager is extremely rude, I had ordered from Foodpanda for Pickup and went to show him the number, he kept saying where is the number so I pointed to the number on my mobile and the number on his device. He totally flips out and tells me not to teach him. So obviously when the manager is not providing you your order and screams at you the normal response is to want to cancel and so I tell him should I just cancel and he goes “yeah cancel and get out!”. I had to deal with Foodpanda cancellation and wasted 25 min on walking to and from the restaurant along with getting insulted in public. I suggest steering clear of this restaurant.
What a great food experience for this place, same taste even after 3 years. Visited last time on high street 3 years ago , now they’re on second street. The Pizza is awesome. Yummy ! If you are looking for an authentic Italian Pizza, This is the place. Must try.

Jack’s Pizzeria on the corner of Second Street and Eastern Street, Sai Ying Pun, is a simple, no-frills Italian restaurant with outdoor seating. Interestingly, the menu also features Indian and Mexican selections like naan, paneer and quesadillas. The $169 Spicy Lamb Pizza 香辣羊肉薄餅 was unspectacular like the restaurant – expected the lamb to stand out more. Nonetheless, got good, friendly service from the proprietor Jack, so this is still a decent place to go for a reasonably-priced meal and a spread of cuisines.
I have to say, Jack makes a good pizza. 5 stars awarded for value, size, and crunch of the crust. Would definitely try again. Huge menu to choose from.
Pizza took ages to be delivered, and it was totally cold, very rude of them.

I order from foodpanda, how can a restaurant not provide any fork or spoon when they have take away service? Not making any sense!! And the staff was really rude when I ask them questions! Never order this restaurant again and I’m totally not suggesting anyone order this restaurant’s take away
P.s. I had already requested cutlery at the cutlery column in the menu but the restaurant just refused to provide
