對自己的出品要求非常高的老闆, 對甜品製作一絲不苟, 有heart有誠意； 綠茶心太軟一定要試, 最近新品綠茶卷值得試試。
其實我不算熟客, 但成年前那綠茶心太軟不流心, 他仍記得及耿耿於懷, 早幾天還表示歉意…
抹茶很濃郁，吃過三次不同的甜點（舒芙蕾、蕨餅、蛋糕卷）都好吃

焙茶芝士蛋糕
期間限定𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲。蛋糕缺了一角，賣相扣了點分，但味道搭夠。蛋糕綿滑紮實，焙茶味濃郁甘香，跟𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆奶香味重的芝士可謂𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵。
The soufflé is light and lovely. The brownie is divine. The chiffon matcha cake is so good!

Matcha oriented desserts are delicious – Full of flavor, yet not too rich or sweet, just right. You can tell they put in a lot of effort to produce good quality food. Love the roll cakes and warabi mochi. We can’t wait till we can eat in again when things are better. Keep up the great work and hang in there!
Desserts are very good with high quality matcha powder used. Attention to detail in the packaging of the take away and kept the ice cream separate to the lava cake. Would definitely come here again.

This place was a bit of a lucky punch. It’s honestly a real gem. The restaurant is a hole in the wall, not super fancy and not very noticeable at first glance. But…. their desserts are amazing! I had the Hokkaido Soufflé with vanilla ice cream and it was superb, at a very OK price. They also have many other options, like mochi and other Japanese desserts. Really recommended.

Just doesn’t worth it……. The quality of the dessert is so so, but they are SO OVERPRICED!!!
The Matcha Lava Cake (HKD 78) is ok. The matcha powder is not complete dissolved tho. The texture is a bit weird because of that.
The Soufflé with Ice cream (HKD 58) is pretty bad. It tastes like overnight boiled egg.
The shop is so hard to reach it you don’t have a car. The smell of the shop is a bit off too.
I’m quite disappointed by the quality and the service. The price absolutely doesn’t reflect on the quality. I do not recommend this dessert place.
