Very tasty food and beautiful manager ❤️
The manager is good at attending to dogs. Lots of cute dogs in the restaurant.
The lava cake is always good, in addition to the signature Typhoon Crab Truffle Pasta.
If you come for lunch, try the crab cake Benedict. Always nice!

西營盤飛豬餐廳 食勻東北歐名菜
今次黎 Flying Pig 係衝住佢最 signature 既 lamb wellington 同歐洲菜而黎，都真係無失望~~ 樣樣都整得好出色🥰🥹
📍Borscht $98
對於羅宋湯既起源，其實都有幾大既爭議，到底係烏克蘭/俄羅斯定波蘭呢？與其分唔到，咁就當佢係東歐既代表湯啦 (打和~) 同肯定唔係我地平時茶記飲嗰啲😂羅宋湯用紅菜頭加少量肉粒吊味，成碗湯都好紅同埋質地係較稀味道偏清新，所以餐廳附上兩件蘑菇餡croquette我地黎送，兩樣夾埋黎食就剛好
📍Pierogies $118
食波蘭菜必食餃子！佢地係餃子大國啲餃子有勁多款揀，嗰時去波蘭佢地係仲有甜味餃子!! 個藍莓餃子依家都仲覺得好震撼因為從未食過甜既餃子~ 而今次佢地呢款就係最 typical 既薯仔+芝士做餡，入口外皮唔會太厚，餡都夠飽滿~
📍Lamb Wellington $328
又係另一個必食招牌菜! 好少地方會見到，整法同威靈頓牛一樣都係用酥皮包裹表面嘅酥皮金黃酥脆，唔同既係中間既餡由蘑菇醬變成茄子，食落會更濕潤，內裡嘅羊肉嫩滑多汁，羊肉嘅騷味唔太濃，反而帶有獨特嘅香氣，搭配上菠菜同特製醬汁，味道好豐富同濃郁～
📍Traditional pickled herring $118
食完幾款東歐菜，今次又轉返試瑞典既名菜醃鯡魚~醃鯡魚本身味道好咸，食嗰時配埋酸忌廉洋蔥青蘋果同麵包成件事就好開胃
📍Polish Crepes $98
平時一般法式 crepe 既餡都係 jam , caramel 同 nutella，令呢個crepes變波蘭，就係佢入面filling 用咗cottage cheese，一咬開入面既cottage cheese超扎實飽滿，芝士控一定超鐘意!!
We came here yesterday during red alert. We both got the signature breakfast. TBH, nothing was good. Sausage was dry, steak was bland, and hashbrown was as not crunchy. The server, however, was really really nice and escorted us to our home few buildings down in the rain and that was the highlight of our meal.

Despite of the name the pork chop is as dry as tree bark and cant even make a latte properly. But the staffs are nice ambient is good.

Been here a few times for weekday lunch sets: the service is consistently good and ambience quite comfortable, good for a slower and tasteful meal.
The selection of lunch sets a couple years back was very dynamic. More recent selections seems a bit more limited but still fairly good, flavourful, and filling.
