Great food, awesome atmosphere and music. Friendly to English speakers. The kitchen and restaurant are impeccable. The portions are on the smaller side but each dish is made to order and tastes delicious. Well worth the money and the trip.

I went for the chicken wings and I happened to order 4 portions for me and my buddiez. From now on I will come here every week. I will even plan a date in Bingaz. The right girl will understand (:
It doesn’t say so on the menu, but for some reason the veggie/halloumi skewers are excluded from the lunch sets that include skewers. I’m vegetarian and those were the only skewers I could eat, so I just decided to order one skewer and garlic rice a la carte instead. We didn’t have high expectations because of that miscommunication. I figured I’d be leaving hungry.
Luckily, the food was quite good. The garlic fried rice was a much bigger portion than expected, and had great flavor. It had toasted garlic on top and carrots, peas, and egg mixed in. The chef was very nice and even surprised me with a special carrot/cucumber slaw.
The skewer was just OK. I felt the shape of the halloumi should be flatter to ensure it gets grilled enough. But at any rate, I definitely didn’t leave feeling hungry.
My companion also enjoyed his soy flavored wings and beef brisket noodles, which had plenty of other ingredients — tofu puffs, half a boiled egg, gai lan.
I guess we should have known better because TM’s restaurants’ food is consistently very good. We’ll be back sometime. Would love to see a second vegetarian skewer option though!
Went during lunch time so only tried food from the weekday lunch menu.
The taste of food was not bad, simple and home-made style (maybe less or 0 mayonnaise on the wings would be better :p ). But there were quite a few flying insect in this small restaurant which was a bit annoying.
(Oh one more fact for short-legs like me……they only have bar chairs which I failed to find a good spot to rest my feet -> in the end stand eating like a Japanese lol
Pretty good food. Love the decorations. It feels like a beach bar.

The coolest local hangout in Sai ying pun! great deals! Cheap beers and a very satisfying meal including chicken skewers and a scrumptious garlic fried rice!!!

I was drawn to Bingaz because of the colourful decor.
At first, I thought it was noodles but they do skewers as well.
Bingaz Street Food is by THE DEN so quality meats is assured as THE DEN does great steaks.
The Den recently won quite a few awards at HOFEX.
Inside, everything is colourful and there is a bar table so you can watch the guy grill the skewers.
Basically all my favourite colours, RED WHITE and BLUE!
The menu is simple, there are skewers, wings, noodles, Mini Teppanyaki and Fried items.
The skewers were affordable and all of them were tempting however I reduced my choice to tandoori chicken, satay chicken, beef with chimmichurri sauce and a Massaman chicken wing!
Vegetarians are not left out as they have the halloumi skewers too.
My favourite was definitely the Tandoori as the chicken had a hint of yoghurt and the texture was so tender like it had been slow cooked.
The chicken satay was juicy and springy.
As well as chicken, the beef they use is always tender and moist topped with my favourite chimmichurri sauce.
The US Baby Back Rib is another must order as the meat literally comes off the bone drenched in delicious sweet and smoky BBQ sauce.
As I was still hungry, I had some noodles in chicken broth which was really comforting.
To summarize, all the skewers were delicious and healthy which beats cloyingly sweet Japanese skewers any day.
Small little shop on Third Street in SYP. Not a lot of seating, but a cool vibe and simple menu. We ordered a few skewers, fried rice and brisket noodle lunch set. Quite tasty.
We ordered from food panda 1 roasted chicken noodles, 1 seafood laksa, and 1 satay chicken burger, but there’s no roasted chicken noodles we received 2 seafood laksa and 1 satay chicken burger, with that we still ok but when we try to eat we found there’s raw seafood on the laksa, can say the prawn and scallops are still alive, then we re heat again, after wards my husband want to eat the chicken burger and the chicken are raw also, really disappointed and never ever order from this place again.

Been here few times and like the laksa and beef brisket noodle. But today we are disappointed with the laksa. Came with uncooked prawns. The wait staff said that is how they serve the laksa, with uncooked prawns??! This is not true as we have had your laksa before. I don’t think I have ever had any laksa with uncooked prawns in my life. Sorry but we are not returning 😞
喇沙麵好食，其他食物是OK的。不過雖然賣的是”street food”，佢哋係會收加一的！？

Wagyu beef brisket noodles were amazing… the broth so tasty. Not a fan of the crab fried rice which was supposed to be a best seller though

First time at Bingaz. You can order off their menu and the place next door for a wide selection of Western and Asian dishes. Some not pictured included the Wagyu beef in noodles and broth which was excellent. In addition to the empanadas, calamari, grilled avocado and corn salad, and grilled octopus – which were all excellent, we had a Malteser cheesecake to share for desert.
The staff were super friendly. TM the hostess with the mostess is great as is Brian and Joe. Def will be back for another round as the Mrs and the daughter LOVED it!
