Great food and nice setting that I haven’t seen in HK.
Nice concept. I picked a nice piece of wagyu at the butcher’s corner. Too bad the chef destroyed it in the grill. The premium meat turned into charcoal.
Spacious and comfortable setting. Lovely severs. We had ordered bacon and egg bap with some sides. All are high quality produce. We enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely come back again.
Very friendly service and great food. I like the atmosphere as it’s cozy and not overcrowded, with a modern ambiance. They have a small shop right inside the store where you can buy some delicatessen. In addition, you can buy meat directly from the butcher inside the restaurant and have it cooked by the chefs in the open view kitchen. Overall, genuinely pleasant experience.

Tuesday tbone is a great deal if you want a lot of steak. With apps and wine still reasonable.
I’ve tried so many items on their menu .. I’m a huge fan! Their menu changes from time to time but I usually go for their breakfast wraps, steak and eggs, minute steak, and bone marrow.
Delicious food, good wine, good service.
Too pricey for its quality. Too many other choices nearby.

Feather & Bone at Sai Ying Pun is on a corner with a wonderful airy, sunny location. Very comfortable seating with sofas and banquettes and tall ceilings. None of the typical cramped HK restaurant feel.
The service and hospitality led by their Restaurant Manager Anmol is quiet and seamless. They do the needful and let you relax and enjoy without needless interruptions.
Top notch customer service is paired with simply outstanding food. We have never tasted anything at F&B that wasn’t the best quality. Simply outstanding!
It is no wonder that they are standing around and thriving despite all the challenges over the past 5 years while thousands of restaurants in the city have folded.
Please don’t change anything. Will definitely return!
I recently dined at Feather & Bone (Sai Ying Pun) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. While the waitress who served us wasn’t necessarily behaving badly, she did place the dishes on the table in a rude manner, making unnecessary noise. Furthermore, other staff members seemed to be disinterested in their customers’ needs, and were loud when speaking to each other while working, which was very disruptive to my friends and me.
In addition to the poor service, the portion sizes of the food were quite small, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and hungry after the meal. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and food at this restaurant and would not recommend it to others.

I was quite disappointed with the quality and portions of the food. I ordered the Butcher’s Burrito which was small and it seemed like it was just microwaved. I also ordered the Smashed Avo which was fairly decent – you can definitely get something more flavourful at its price point.
Their coffee was ok, nothing too special. NOC is next door so that would be the better option for your coffee fix.
On the other hand, their grocery and deli feature a wide range of products to choose from. That side of the store provides a nice touch to the overall dining experience.

I tried a few dishes over two days. Every dish was very good and the service was excellent. However, the T-bone steak special (50% discount) on Tuesday did not meet my expectation. The meat was tender, but had no flavor at all.
We tried F&B Sai Ying Pun for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding but the highlight was the friendliness of the Manager Anmol and the wonderful lady at the door Miss Moon. They were so welcoming and accommodating. Despite the fact that the restaurant seemed to be severely understaffed, Mr. Anmol, Miss Moon and the team did a fabulous job taking care of all the patrons. We will be back!

This is a gem of a place. I’m here on business for just a couple of days but it already feels like my local. Friendly hosts who remembered my order from my first visit. The food is great – the eggs benedict with oysters might very well be the best thing I’ve ever tasted.
tomahawk was great, sides were great too especially mac n cheese, but price ain’t cheap!!
