The cool thing about Feather and Bone is that you can choose your meet from the Butcher Counter and they will cook it to order for you. Like other reviewers have mentioned the price is very reasonable (at least by Hong King standards). The coffee here too was quite good, which was a pleasant surprise. If you have brunch you also get 10%off at the market which is a nice bonus. Definitely would come back when I’m craving a steak.

Great selection of meats which are cooked well. The house SB was a pleasant surprise. Can be a little hard to get staff to your table, even when quiet, but once they get there they’re friendly and professional.
Disappointing. Portions are tiny for brunch and expensive. You can do better at home

Excellent range of food featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly, helpful and quick staff. One nice feauture is a butcher area where you can pick your meat, beef, pork, lamb, etc and then have them cook that to order with sides and sauce. The is also a little shop area with a range of produce for sale.

Best value and quality for price steaks and meats in Hong Kong. Can’t go wrong. If you are in a budget and are craving a nice steak this is the go to place. The review below mine is not a relevant as they are simply nitpicking details.

The service is pretty good, but the food is ok and the coffee first came cold. It looks and sounds better than it is.
First time here was very disappointing. My friends all raved about this place and still frequent it often, however the service was remarkably poor. Not only did they argue with us about splitting the tables, they forgot to take my girlfriends order and when we got it she was sick with food poisoning the next day.
Do not order the truffle mac and cheese and do not waste your time and money here.
This restaurant offered high grade steak in a reasonable price, a rare find Hong Kong. I tried the AUS dry-aged bone in rib eye steak, and that was one of the best in town. If you can afford, take the butcher’s suggestion, you will love it! Btw the meat ball and apple crumble were very nice too.

Took my girlfriend here the next day for lunch and had the truffle mac n cheese…. i got food poisoning. I would avoid this dish. Still suggest steaks but still never going to order that dish again or go to the this particular branch.

Feather & Bone is quite an upscale offering with a fairly pricey menu. A bit too steep for just brunch, when they charge almost $120 for a small sausage roll. The roll itself was quite salty.
I ordered the ribeye, which was cooked nicely, and the wedges on the side were very crunchy. However, the main downfall of this place was the price tag, as there are many alternatives in this price range.
