Reasonably priced steak with good taste! Go for the peppercorn sauce and save your adventurous self from trying other sauces. The wine options also good to accompany your steak! For starter you can try smoked mozzarella croquettes. For desserts I recommend the crème brûlée. Yum!
A bit pricey but good vibe and Western food. Nice if you are craving good meat since you can choose the piece your self from the counter?

沒訂位的，已告知服務員會在這晚飯。遂安排了坐位。剛點菜，另一服務員就通知要於8點離座。爭論後說沒限定，經理會安排。但到8點時又拿帳過來！
Okay-ish food, terrible service. We got served a medium well steak as we ordered medium. Taste is fine but the waitress is very rude.
The ceiling is very high and the restaurant is quite large, giving it a very spacious feeling. Great place for people watching and brunch.

Many location throughout Hong Kong Island. Famous brunch restaurant gets pretty crowed with local residents. I tried maple pancake and brunch menu that is serving for two people.
It was fantastic. Best dry aged steak I’ve ever had!
The steak is amazing and the broccoli with sriracha mayo and garlic mushroom sides are a must try
Great meal and service. Lovely space too. But given the current health scare, shouldn’t the gentleman behind the butcher counter be using gloves rather than his bare hands to pick at and handle the raw meat? While he does not handle money, I notice that he touches packages that have been handled by delivery people and others.
Waiting forever for my dish, and realized it never order, terrible service.
I would say there are a lot better places nearby, their food is just getting worse comparing before.
Four of us went there for dinner a couple of months ago and experienced the worst service ever. The manager literally ate our food at the table.
After a drawn out conversation about no mash potatoes left and that would take a couple hours to prep, the kitchen magically served up the mash with our wagyu steak. Pleased with the food arriving with the right complements, the manager without asking, takes a spoon from another table and tasted our mash at the table. It’s never appropriate for any staff to try the food once it’s served to the customers.

This place was great when it first opened. Now the service is really poor, the fresh produce is super expensive and not always fresh!
Just paid $848 HKD for a turkey which had the supplies price tag of $55 AUD. That is an insane mark up. A rather meager looking turkey which was just handed to me in plastic wrap.
Last year I bought a much bigger and much better Kelly’s turkey for $1000 which came in a wicker basket.
Boycotting feather and bone. City Super is cheaper and has a better selection.
Great service, received a dish on the house because they say we were waiting too long. Food is also really decent and price is relatively ok as a steak house.

The food here is always quality! you must have the steak (can choose ur own meat!). My fav dish is steak & eggs and lamb burger.

I do love the Sai Ying Pun branch the most, it’s spacious with the high ceiling decor.
店面位置非常好，价格也还ok，午餐大约180/人，建议选择烤肉类食物，牛排羊臀烤的都不错，沙拉不太好吃

Not only the quality of the products but the way you do the delivery service, from the quality bags to keep the products cool, the option of less plastic, you always include a gift, you are always in the requested time frame… your customer service is extraordinary, the attention to detail, and you aren’t as expensive as other places in HK where you don’t get -by far- this customer experience. Thanks so much, I never write reviews, but I was already super happy with you and today, I moved into a new apartment, and I asked you to move my delivery to the same day, and you said yes (yay) and what you did was like “mission impossible” but you did it! and I was able to host the most amazing housewarming thanks to you. So: THANK YOU!
One of best burger in town. Friendly service and good vibe. Dessert is the sweet and savory kind which I like.

Macaroni n cheese was so bad, even worse than frozen microwave ones. Generally overpriced.
Decent looking place but pretty slack service. Walked in at 9:20 tonight, they close at 10:00, was told that the kitchen was closed and asked to leave. I’ve worked in restaurants before so I know it’s not cool to walk in 5 mins before closing but I would’ve easily been gone in 40 mins. Guess they’re one of the very lucky restaurants that don’t need the business in these crazy times. Good luck!

Kinda disappointed by the chicken schnitzel, small pieces and not what I expected. Not an Aussie sized portion for sure.
Spicy crab crumpet was a revelation. Definitely different, quite generous with the crab and unique
Coffee is solid. Probably on par if not better than NOC down the road. At least its hot as per request.
It’s on the pricey side for lunch. It does have a good atmosphere and vibe. However, there are more places with competitive pricing around.
Worth a try if you don’t mind the prices.

Not sure what’s going on with their bakery/produce. Really wanted to love F&B since it’s one of the few shops in the area with sourdough bread. Unfortunately their sourdough loaf consistently has an extremely large hole through the centre. While sourdough can occasionally have some small holes as part of the process, having half the bread missing is just poor bread making and very disappointing for HKD56. Avocado ‘ready to eat’ is also very disappointing – overripe and brown on the inside, every time I have purchased. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Overall service is good. Steak is a bit overdone even I ordered medium rare. However, the key is …. Pricing is definitely ambitious if you look at the receipt. Why a $398 set is broken down to irreverent categories? I am not an accountant or calculator doing the reconciliation. It is tricky.

Love the vibe of this particular Feather & Bone outlet. The high ceilings and industrial style reminds me of New York for some reason.
Came here for breakfast on a weekend. It wasn’t too busy at 11am and I managed to get a the high table behind the reception desk that looks out onto the street. Tip: This table gets hit by direct sunlight around noon onwards and can get a bit hot.
A nice selection of brunch dishes And I was recommended the chorizo brekky bake as well The spicy crab crumpet by my friend. Both dishes looked fantastic, were really tasty and the portions was just right. Would come back here again
first time customer with feather and bone and made an order through their website a month ago. the order was to arrive this morning but nothing was received and no contact was made. tried contacting their customer service at 6313 0513 but no one answered the call. was really looking forward to my order but this experience has led me to believe that they are possibly a scam? my money has been taken but product not delivered and no communication whatsoever on their part to solve my problem. Think twice before ordering with these guys!
Update: the order that was due between 9am~noon finally arrived at 4pm. There was no communication from the driver or customer service. I had to call their restaurant number before I could finally reach anyone to talk to. Website says there is no refund or compensation for late deliveries so it is clearly a problem they are aware of and have no intention of solving!
