Nice food, not a lot of choices
店内環境清潔程度ㄧ般,但布梳化有污漬污穢,真有點不想坐的感覺,室内空調差,毫無冷凍感,ㄧ邊進食ㄧ邊流汗,好似剛剛做完運動ㄧ様! 唯ㄧ可取員工尚算有禮貌。
可惜食物品質不合格,Order 了Butcher’s Choice…去到櫃枱前與職員選擇食物。
餐牌的價格,凍肉櫃内展示的價格及職員的解釋令人有所含糊!
而且結賬時單據更極為複雜,ㄧ個餐 Butcher’s Choice 分出多項收費,有些伴碟更額外收費,但order 時又沒有説明!
到結賬時真有中伏的感覺!😠
尤其那凍櫃中擺放出來的樣本盆内,
份量: 為ㄧ磅牛扒,兩款肉腸,兩件羊扒,兩條串燒雞肉,價錢牌展示為$398/person ,這樣跟本是誤導顧客! 結果收取雙倍價錢!
假如這份量是要收兩人份的價錢為何不展示為$796/ set?
假如我ㄧ個人食這ㄧ套餐,那價錢上又會收取多少呢!
肉腸味道完全不能接受,又硬又咸,超細塊的羊扒仔味道尚算合格,order medium rare 牛扒可惜無肉汁乾硬!
這樣的價錢食ㄧ餐三人晚餐!
以後不會再光顧!

I have never had an issue with the restaurant itself, pretty good food, but have had a recent very poor experience with the store and butcher shop. I used to frequently get things there, steaks, meats, sausages, buns, etc. However, on my last order, I pre-ordered a pork shoulder, and subsequently asked them to see if they could provide a larger cut. I was very pleased when they did, but I asked to confirm that this was one piece, not two, and they provided that confirmation. What actually was sold to me was 2, effectively 3, small, unequally sized pieces. There was no adequate explanation provided other than someone made a mistake when they said “yes, one large piece”. I will avoid purchasing any such items here in the future, there are lots of better options for butcher shops in Hong Kong.
Great place for food and drink. The little store inside is also really nice for fruit veg, cheese and meat.

I can’t share experiences eating at their restaurant as my only experience was through their delivery service – while the produce is good and I appreciate the reuse-able bags, their customer service needs serious improvement. Their provided number is unreachable despite multiple calls and they don’t even respond to their Whatsapp messages nor do they reply to emails! (I’ve seen other reviews also complaining about their terrible delivery customer service as well). I just think as an online store they need to be reachable and customer services need to be up to a certain standard…if you need to make changes to your order immediately after you place it or if there’s a problem with your order, if you can’t reach them, then there’s no solution.

價錢偏高
Feather and bone is pretty much the only place I buy steak to cook at home. Great selections and reasonable pricing. One time they had grass fed ribeye from Argentina, excellent.
Great steaks. Probably all the dishes are good but I always go for a steak because they are so good. Lots to choose from.
Great place for meeting family or friends.
Schnitzel was decent, I’d say that the crust is on par with what you’d get in Vienna.
The kids liked the spaghetti (but they say that daddy makes better meatballs 😁).
Fish and chips are… different. The fish is great, but the chips have harissa on them and the kids hated them (they didn’t rate the ‘healthy’ ketchup too highly either).
The mussels were disappointing, kind of bland. St. Barts in Sai Ying Pun remains my go-to place for mussels in HK.
Steaks continue to be good.

Very poor experience, bad service – the girl at the reception is very rude. Food is very overpriced and not impressed by the quality. Overall a disappointing experience. Wonder how could a medium rated restaurant still could survive for this price with non matching quality. Plenty other better choices available in SYP for this price tag

Lovely environment and delicious foods. It is nice to have a 10% din-in discount for the butcher shop purchase.
Great service and easy reservation via its website. Food though is pretty disappointing. While taste is ok, all the dishes are drenched in oil.

Amazing Sunday roast! The service was fantastic, and the wagyu rump was delicious. Add 2 hours of free flow to top it off. Couldn’t fault it!
They serve good meat with good butcher recommendation.

Overall not bad, good atmosphere and environment.
Breakfast was kind of lukewarm. Just ok. Burrito was better than the English breakfast and I love English breakfast. Pricey for what it is.

Their burger of the month (crispy fungi burger) is a winner. It’s succulent with a buttered bun that enhances the flavors of mixed minced mushrooms. Arugula enhancing the aftertaste. And sun dried tomatoes adding the perfect amount of saltiness and flavor. I never thought I would enjoy a non beef burger sandwich as much as this. 9 out of 10 👌
I don’t understand why this place has one of the highest ratings among the F&B franchise. Service is horrendous such that staff doesn’t understand their own menu and constantly interrupt asking if the food is good. Food itself is a hit or miss. Ordered Prime Choice. Most of the appetizers served was disappointing. Steak tartar was amazing. The remaining 5 dishes felt like leftovers they needed to get rid before the night ends. For the main, got served a medium steak when asked for medium rare. Looks like they pre-cooked the steak first, then re-heat it afterwards before serving. And don`t get me started on dessert. Staff explanation was confusing. Am I getting 1 big portion of desert or 2 medium portions or little bit of each dessert on your menu!?
1 star for great ambience.
A nice big space for breakfast, with floor to ceiling windows for sunlight and plenty of comfortable seating. One of the few places in this area that opens early (8 am on weekends) and usually without a crowd. I always get the butcher’s brekkie burrito as it’s consistently good.
Really nice vibes with tall ceiling and feeling of being in the center of action as its location is flanked by two busy roads.
Food is hit or miss. Avoid the chicken schnitzel; the best thing about it was that it was thoroughly cooked, but otherwise lacking in any flavour and literally dripping oil!!! Pic of my plate after removing the 5 pieces of chicken. Atrocious cooking.

The meat tasted amazing and was greatly cooked. Only the chips size was ridiculously small given the price. The desert was on point too. Overall, it is a great dinner to have for meat lovers.
Poor. English breakfast was half cold, half burnt. No English breakfast tea on the menu anymore so they had to find one somewhere. Other branches are much better. Can’t see myself returning.

I like the big windows which makes this a lovely venue on sunny days but: 1) They put their AC too strong, it feels freezing in here and they don’t fix it even if I asked them to (this is especially stupid to do in rainy days, when it’s a bit chilly outside). 2) They removed one of my fav side dishes from the menu: brussel sprouts! 3) Why on earth not offer their breakfast dishes in the menu for people that still want eggs at noon or later?? It boggles my mind really.
The lamb chop! Omg! Probably one of the best!
48 hours slow cooked lamb and it was heavenly! Definitely worth a try! The mashed potato that came along with it was so creamy and magnificent.
We also had the gnocchi which was just the perfect dish we ever had. The pumpkin gnocchi was indeed worth a try!
Had breakfast. Tasted ok but the eggs were a bit black for my liking. That grill needs a bit of a cleaning.
The food was delicious, very friendly staff and an outstanding service by Jessica. I’ll definitely go back.
