2018/10/06(六)晚上07:30造訪,候位大約15分鐘,青菜和湯上得很快,但煲仔飯足足等了1個小時!!店裡面大部分的客人都等到兩眼無神了😂只能一直滑手機嗚嗚~
但慶幸的是煲仔飯非常好吃,扣一顆星是因為等太久😱
米飯使用長米,吃起來較有嚼勁,鍋巴很好吃但要記得先攪拌一下不然鍋巴會焦焦的哈哈哈
旁邊的香港媽媽很聰明,除了煲仔飯外還點了煲粉絲,粉絲和配菜先到先吃,不然真的等太久,或是建議先打電話訂外帶。
食物都蠻好吃的 店家很親切 牡蠣無敵大顆
It’s one of the most traditional and best claypot rice that I’ve found in Hong Kong.
Highly recommend it.

You must do a phone booking. They do not give out queue numbers for walk in customers. There is another Kwan Kee restaurant a 100yd away if you didn’t book by phone.

我們去的時間比較晚,所以沒排到什麼隊,不過煲仔飯的製作本來就要30分鐘,所以不要太餓的時候來會很崩潰😄
我點窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,醬油很特別,跟同樣知名的興記煲仔飯的醬油比起來有股甜味,不像興記的就是死鹹而已
推推,我應該可以吃十次都不會膩
因為人太少就沒有點豬骨煲,下次來再來嘗試

I love here… staffs are cool….dont expect too much because they are too busy..but provide what we need. Good valued food…
An authentic eatery which was packed even on a weeknight. Sat at a makeshift table at the shop front.
Ordered the chicken and the mixed sausages claypot rice, two types of vegetables, steamed garlic prawns and a spicy claypot eggplant. The eggplant was delicious but incredibly oily. The vegetables were soft and fresh. The prawns were fresh and the garlic accentuated its taste.
The claypot rice tasted different from the ones sold at home. After mixing with soy sauce, the rice was fluffy and fragrant. In fact you could even eat it on its own. The best part was the rice crispies at the bottom of the pot. Typically this part would be charred and stick to the pot. But theirs was not charred at all and you simply scrape them off and enjoy the crunchy goodness.
Prices were a tad expensive and not unlike the other popular eateries.

一般般,沒好吃到必須去,隨便一家都比他吃,服務生態度極差,還趕我們快點吃有客人在等,一大鍋滾燙燙的鍋怎麼快。一桌400多兩飯一湯也不便宜。
Amazing place to experience Hong Kong local food. This is a place I would put on my to do list if you want a local experience. The food is really good and the prices are fair.

Really good clay pot rice, worth the wait, people don’t complain when you want your food fresh. Lamb pot was amazing , super soft meat, clams was probably my least favorite even though it was still good. They probably needed the wok to be a bit hotter to make it good , overall very good. definitely going back
地方環境都沒有,只有全香港最好的煲仔飯和很好吃的小菜!
You may notice on maps that there are 2 stores. We reached at 1750hrs and the picture shows what you may be up against. By the time the shop filled, we were next in line but redirected to the other store, otherwise we would have to wait till 2030hrs for the next sitting. Reason being that there were reservations till then.
Walked to the other store and there were plenty of seats. Ordered and told to wait 45mins for them to cook the claypot rice.
This is standard by the way, it’s made to order. If you want food to come faster, don’t eat claypot rice. If you don’t like burnt rice at the base of the pot, then you’re missing the point.
We ate pork ribs claypot rice. Don’t pour all the sauce in, add to your taste. Separate the meat and stir the rice. It was good, minus 1 star because the ladies at both stores were fierce. Then again, we weren’t there for the service.
Really good clay pot rice. I visited Hong Kong for the weekend and came to this restaurant on a Friday night. Thankfully the wait wasn’t that long (5 people). Everything was amazing
Rude staff turning people away to their branch that closes at 10 when this one closes at 10.30pm which doesnt make sense . I will if i can rate this zero star

We arrived at 9:20pm (they close at 10:30pm) waited, then there’s table but the rude lady wouldn’t let us in. We were a group of 10 but we decided to split up sitting separately to try their food since it was recommended we should come. When we went in to sit and made signal to her/them to order since it was late, she ignored us totally, for the few minutes we have tried to order food. She wasn’t doing anything and chose to ignore us. What an experience. I have only heard of the rudeness of some hk people and thought it was something of the past, apparently not!
Came here for the Claypot rice and definitely wasn’t disappointed. It even got a big thumbs up from my uncle who is a local and a REALLY picky eater. Notoriously difficult to get a table here however if you haven’t booked ahead, as very popular amongst tourists and locals. We saw lots of people either getting turned away or gave up waiting. You may get seated quicker if you’re happy to sit outside (which is what we did), but don’t expect too much in terms of comfortable seating or service.
入住Eco Tree Hotel的時候,我和老婆晚上出去逛街,人特別多,我們好奇就進去了。
看到和我坐在一起的當地人吃飯後,我點了它,真是太棒了!

不知道吃了什麼,但是附在土鍋上的炸nurungji非常好吃!
有點像老麻浦的站立式烤肉店的氣氛有點混亂,但是
如果你決定留在這附近,至少一次
是一道值得一試的菜。

Amazing clay pot rice. Worth a wait. If you are non Cantonese or Chinese speakers, should ask hotel to reserve a seat for you.
We ordered beef and egg, and pork, salted fish with preserved sausage. The sausage has a hint of Chinese cooking wine… smell so good. Other dishes are also great.

真心不推薦像我們一樣的自由行窮人吃這家,除非預算還不錯,不然就算再好吃也不會開心。我們也是網路查到很好吃才來的。
但是如果態度要這麼差,飲料用摔的在旁邊用粵語罵人,一開始就要寫低消多少,我們就不會進來消費。9個女生點3個飯最後被瞪被唸到又多點1盤菜,400多港我們也吃不完,是很好吃可是我很後悔來這家店,下次有帶夠錢也不會帶朋友來。
One of the few places left in HK that does traditional clay pot rice cooked over charcoal fires. The place does fill up quickly so reservations a day or two prior are definitely suggested. Be prepared to wait during peak hours as the cooking time for each clay pot rice does take time. Also note that if you order soup then it is refillable.
Nice authentic HK style claypot rice, 1 of must try dishes in HK.

看了評論,他們說你可以選擇你想吃的任何食材,所以我選擇了一隻鴨子,但它不是煙熏鴨子,而是一隻帶骨頭的鴨子,就像咸牛肝。請點豬肉或牛肉。。不推薦鴨
衛生情況比較差
For price paid not recommended for Malaysian as we have similar Claypot Chicken rice and pork soup back in our country with cheaper price. I do recommend for other travellers from other countries who would like to try something special, price is slightly expensive to me though personally. Don’t expect much on dining environment too.

煲仔飯非常正!
8:30 後無預約參觀。聽說收到訂單後就準備好食物,烹飪時間會很長,但是食物是10:30到達的! !好像可以電話訂位,而且好像有很多顧客在指定時間來取外賣或者來到預定位子。這是一份簡單的牛肉和雞蛋飯,但直到最後才變冷。當我把醬汁灑在上面攪拌時,味道一下子融合在一起,味道滲透到燒焦的米飯的每一個角落,味道鮮美。除了當地顧客外,還有很多日本遊客,但這是一家熱鬧的商店。這是牛肉雞蛋飯93港幣。
午飯適合一般工人。

煲飯等好久,店員說趕快吃有人在等位子。
Didn’t expect much, but these simple dishes are wonderful. Steamed prawns with garlic is so creamy, mild yet flavorful. The claypot rice grain is nicely cooked to perfection, with tasty (preserved?) duck and pork ribs highlighting each spoonful. We ordered extra bowl of white rice and pour all the lovely prawn juices to the last drop. Comfort traditional food at its best.
