the Japanese Hokkaido Fresh Pure Cream Roll Cake is really disappointing!!! The “cream” is totally not delicate and not even deserving the name “Japanese Hokkaido”
If you’re going to create a Japanese style cake, I suggest your baker Chef go to japan and try the real Japanese style cake, especially the soul of the cake, the “cream”!!!

I just orderd a hot tuna sandwich, usually it is toasted. The lady behind the counter simply used the cold tuna sandwich, which she then put into a plastic bag and into the microwave. Just a question do you now want to poison your customers with melted plastic?
Very mediocre bakery. There appears to be a lot of items on offer, none taste above average but many below average. Some items might even have been carried over from the previous day.
Hong Kong style bakery with a variety of sweet and savoury buns and rolls. The also have soft drinks. Loafs of bread are available, the have some interesting batches but aren’t cheap.

Just a basic bakery shop with limited variety. However, if you are just in the neighbourhood and you look for last minute tea time bites, you can find great Western delicacies, Japanese cakes and few soft cake choices. Good value for money. (-) no need to stay in. The environment is quite cold and feels more like a backoffice erea…

好久沒吃過千層酥類的蛋糕，今天一心想吃芒果拿破侖，Google完之後發現最近A-1 Bakery新出一款，即刻買來吃吃看😋😋😋
賣相很不錯，A-1的蛋糕一向都挺好看的，但拿破侖蛋糕眾所週知一切開就會散掉，所以我拍完照就毁掉了 😝😝😝芒果+吉士的組合真的一絕，即使是預先製造的蛋糕但千層皮仍然很酥化。芒果給得很足但有點酸，可能這個季節芒果不太當造吧，但因為吉士比較甜，所以夾層吃下來剛剛好，不過建議一買就要襯新鮮吃完，進出雪櫃的水氣會影響酥皮的酥脆度，買完放久了酥脆度會下降喔！🤪
