Probably the single most useful thing I’ve discovered in HK. Their grab and go sandwiches are delicious and a lifesaver when I’m short on time. And the dark chocolate cookie is phenomenal.
Pastries were good, but unpleasant customer service
Cakes taste good, coffee is not fragrant.

Used to be quite good but at this price point, all i see are greasy soggy croissants, which is a disappointment. Your staff seem very unmotivated and give off the air of “i dont give a f&ck”….i only see a downward spiral and closure at this rate

So glad of EK opening on our neighborhood. Don’t have to run to Caine road anymore. Nice shop quite spacious and great opening hours.

Love this bakery.
Has expanded to many branches but still maintain its quality. Usu choose between croissant or ciabatta. Former not as good as the Euro1 at Fonti (price many years ago) but good at HK standard. A quiet corner to enjoy morning coffee.

Great coffee, tasty sandwiches, and every salad is worth it. Great place! I highly recommend this place for any time of the day and the bakery are arguably some of the best I had in Hong Kong. I order food from this restaurant every day!

Great space, great food and awesome service.
Verus other small cafa nearby, not so impressive. First the service is lack of friendliness. Coffee taste is sharp as expected. Spacious and comfortable seating. Mostly quite quiet.
Great coffee and bakery goods. Went every day so must be good.
Freaking unkind staff. I went there first time after I moved to this area, syp. Well, the staff, especially female one who worked around 4pm on weekdays wasn’t pleasant at all. I don’t think I am going there again.

nice sandwiches and coffee but not a good place to work. They dont like you taking calls in here.
Baguette, Focaccia and Ciabatta breads are spectacular, and the Croissants are great too

The chicken avocado sourdough gave me the worst food poisoning of my life, I will never set foot in this store ever again. To the staff: please make sure the food is not spoiled!
Went here randomly.
Had the croque monsieur sandwich and pumpkin feta cheese quiche.
The quiche was too soggy and sweet for my liking and you couldn’t really taste the feta.
The croque monsieur fared better but not as cheesy as hoped.
It was crammed with a lot of decent ham.
The items were not too salty but they left me thirsty all afternoon.

Their pastries are okay but I like their sourdough more. I’m not a fan of their coffee and their customer service can be better.

Very friendly staffs, coffee and cakes are fantastic…very spacious and clean
Eric Kayser is ok compared to local bread, but places like capo panicifio are much better. I still don’t think the quality matches the price, but you’re paying for their rent for being in a premium location. We come here sometimes because it’s convenient and -in the past- they let you sit outside with a dog, but I’m very sad to say that they no longer allow dogs on the terrace.

Try to change my order, everything seems fine then the waitress goes by name Trista came behind my back and whisper some curse words…what a joke
Serious hygiene problem when the deliveroo bikers just come in and use the toilet for free, and the lavatory has no ventilation directly facing the main seats
The Breguet and sour dough bread is a bit hard to chew, but overall it is quite good. The cafe is relaxing，and you can an afternoon there.
It used to serve a variety of sandwiches for breakfast. Last visit at 8.10am was very disappointing as only available food was croissants and nothing else. Staff were unfriendly and not able to provide any information as to why the baguettes were no longer served.
