Used to be one of my favorites but things have changed. Still a reasonable pho and good price.
Taste okay, reasonable price. Need to queue for seats during lunch and dinner time.

For Hong Kong, a cheap and tasty place for Pho. It was not the best Pho but also not the worst one I had so far. Perfect for a quick meal in the area.

The chain serves good pho plus good services. The soup is hot which I think is the most important. Prices in general are reasonable. The minimum lunch set is hkd55.

北越米粉是主菜。
我點了春捲和牛肉飯。
春捲：口感酥脆，搭配自帶的生菜一起吃，油膩感被隱藏。
牛肉飯：肉類、蔬菜和米飯的完美結合。酥脆的曲奇（？）和在上面咀嚼食物的感覺相當享受。這裡的米飯不像韓國米飯那麼粘。
奶茶包含在菜單裡，但如果你點冰鎮的，你需要額外支付 3 美元。
當你想吃越南菜時，你可以設法解決的地方。

A bit crowded, but considering that students get 15% off for lunch, I won’t complain much here 😉
In fact, I don’t have much to complain at all (but that’s probably because I’ve been lucky). Their charcoal-roasted meats are always juicy with a crunchy charred note, their soupless vermicelli (撈檬) is full of herbs and their pho broth is not too piquant. Their cold drinks are pretty standard.
Might be a bit too garlicky for some, though, and you may want a drink to accompany your main dish.

這間越南食品連鎖店是本人喜歡食店之一,食品的味道、份量、價格都比較合理,算是較有良心的店鋪.
食物一般，服務員大大力放食物，態度差勁，座位窄，味精湯底，極咸！一句講晒，不了。
The noodle is very fairly priced. Staff are friendly. Conveniently located in near the Sai Ying pun MTR. The beef is fresh and the soup is packed with a lot of herbs flavour. The chicken wing is good but not very special. Recommend to come here if you stay nearby for an authentic Vietnamese taste.
Decent pho in Hong Kong.

Came here for a causal lunch. Food for value is great! Really like their chicken wings, but the pho is pretty standard nothing out standing.
同朋友去咗呢間越北食咖哩牛腩飯，牛腩難食到一個點，朋友的生牛肉湯河，咸到pk, 一杯唔似柑桔水的飲品，又有飛蚊仔，比$時個阿姐黑口黑面，今次中晒伏，無下次。

Their grilled cheese shrimp toast is simply amazing. No idea why people are not totally hooked up on that, I might be too big a foreigner.
Great food for people that like a bit stronger taste then your regular Chinese restaurant offers, loved the curry with rice. Great price for the food, especially compared to any other restaurant in walking distance.
The food is so delicious here and the price is fair. Lots of dishes to choose from. Perfect for families.
