Food was great. Unfortunately the staff chose to have their family FaceTime catch up during our dinner so had to listen to the excited conversation all the time.

Popped in for late lunch yesterday , went with the chicken pho and got a side order of the cha nem to share .Pho was delicious, super flavourful and authentic..deep fried spring rolls were little bundles of deep fried joy . Finished off with a Vietnamese ice coffee.. Good strong coffee kick and sweet hit from the condensed milk . Pricing was good for the area, where the prices seem to be on the rise at other restaurants… Will be back for sure

Nice little restaurant with yummy Vietnamese dishes. The space is relatively small which makes it great for a lunch stop. Not sure how authentic, but we tried the banh mi and vermicelli noodles and both were very good and flavorful. Don’t expect fine dining but the service is pretty quick.
Their quality is going worse and worse, 75 dollars of Pho with like only 1 spoon of chicken, the noodles were bland and the soup was just okay…Guess I won’t come here anymore…

I’m really glad this place is so close to me as I come here very often with my girlfriend for lunch or dinner. The food here is consistent and full of flavours.
The Banh Mi here is delicious since they toast the baguettes and fill it with juicy meats and a perfect amount of pickled vegetables/sauces. My favourite is the ginger beef Pho which almost never disappoints.
I have to say this is one of the best Vietnamese places in Hong Kong that I’ve had.

No pate on their bahn mi. The pickles weren’t even pickled. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not sure how this qualifies as Vietnamese food.
As a long time resident of Hanoi, and now living in HK, it was hard to find a Vietnamese rest in HK that could come close to the real deal and now I can say Bun Cha in High St is the one.

I’ve been to Vietnam a lot. the pho they have here is amazingly authentic. just remember to ask to chilli and lime.

Banh mi okay but didn’t have any pate
I used to be fan of Bun Cha but had an absolutely appalling & disappointing experience today. Waited for 50 mins for 3 bowls of pho, which were served only after I went to ask if the order had gone through. The noodles were uncooked with tiny bits of chicken meat. The soup wasn’t even hot. I think this restaurant is preoccupied with constant Deliveroo orders that they actually forget about the people who dine in the restaurant. We ended up cancelling the order and the servers did not even apologise properly. Will not be coming back.
Great Pho. Fresh banh mi and the beers are nice and cold!
Food was pretty good, however, horrible, rude service, especially the lady waiter, she refuses to speak anything else but cantonese, she was also rude to other customers.
I’ve always been a fan of bun cha, but will NOT go back just for these 1 star service

Very good Vietnam food place in Sai Ying Pun. Love the French bread so crispy n yummy!
Run by Vietnamese staffs. Authentic Viet food. Only downside is they always leave the front door open, so the scorching heat and insects find their way in during the summer.

Ordered the chicken satay and pork spring rolls – the chicken was a dry but seasoned well. The spring rolls on the other hand were super crispy and packed with flavor. The spring rolls are a must-order.

I need to give you one star. Went there yesterday with my friend and one of your staff (a guy) really didn’t welcome us, he was so upset when we showed up like “oh no customer again”. My friend felt so bad and it became very awkward because we kept asking whether you are still closed or was there anything that bothers him. Were asking for menu (clearly I spoke English), and a female staff nonchalantly handed us the Chinese menu. She didn’t even bother to address our confusion when we flipped the menu looking for English menu.
Been around eating Vietnamese food all over the world, this was definitely not a Vietnamese hospitality. Sad that your staffs’ service could tarnish the whole experience.

三點左右直接入去叫左雞絲湯河，雞肉串同埋牛肉三文治。
雞絲湯河肉方面無問題，不過個湯屬較清淡口味，但整體黎講唔係難食。
雞串本身無特別，但個醬真心唔好食，好彩有粒青檸點下汁食。
牛肉三文治個麵包當然唔係正宗越式法包，但都叫鬆軟脆口，但可惜醃蘿蔔無咩味，但整體都算係唔差。
不過地點我就幾鍾意，夠哂清幽。
The foods are delicious and cheap. I would like to go to this restaurant for more times. Served noodles soup and meat are fresh and you can have a nice fragrance of each item. Indoor sitting arrangements are not that much. You can go with friends but not suitable for a big party.

It was absolutely Dreadful. I’ve ordered 2x Rare Beef PHO noodles and 1x Tom Cuon. The beef was fatty and seriously very chewy, totally inedible. The Shrimp Roll was NOT freshly made at all. I had to check the content in my mouth as I thought I had a piece of plastic in my mouth, there was no plastic content in was just the rice wrapping for the spring roll not just one … but all.
The noodles and stock were fine, but both my husband and I noticed the portion of the noodles were almost half, needless to say we are still hungry and have to go and cook instead
This is real BAD experience .. such unpleasant meal to be serve. I’m not just a new customer .. I have been patronising this small shop But we don’t deserve to be treated by this kind of attitude on the food and which is not cheap at all.

位於高街的越南餐廳，和同事來午餐，地方不太，但充滿越南風情的裝飾和畫，我們點了越式扎肉湯河和越式豬頸肉湯河，清湯好甜味，配上越式河粉，真係好好味，豬頸肉切出來的形狀好像一朵花，好優美！越式冬瓜茶原來是罐裝的，有越南文在罐上，很有趣，甜甜的也很好味
I grabbed some walk in takeaway banh mi for lunch. It was a bit hard to find them on the menu since the main menu tended to promote other items. The banh mi were listed on the back. There was a separate lunch menu which I didn’t see at the entrance though was shown this upon ordering. I went the pork banh mi which was full of meat and veg. It was tasty, I would go back to eat one again for the affordable price, you also get a free drink at lunch and I enjoyed a lime iced tea.

Friendly
Generous portions. The beef pho soup base alwayd fragrant and clean. Their grilled pork neck is so juicy! My kids love the chicken pho. Their chicken and pork chops are cooked so well.

Ordered the beef pho and the beef quality was really bad… I couldn’t finish the meat.
It was surprising how they don’t allow any mobile payments like Apple Pay or Alipay unless you spend more than 200. I had to pay cash and got a bunch of coins.
