食物傳統，味道好。店雖小但招呼很好。乾淨衛生。店主有禮客氣。值得來。
雲吞麵還可以但係嗰碟牛肉腸粉裏面啲牛肉溝粉溝到離曬譜食落去我以為咬緊麵粉
雲吞麵非常出色，已多年無食過，牛筋、腰潤都十分好，好滑，價錢略貴但物有所值，是麥奀祖傳手藝。

雲吞麵啲麵非常好,又幼有彈，湯底香濃
麥系出品必屬佳品，不枉我冒雨站在門外等開門食碗衆人讚不絕口的雲吞麵，叫了碗大蓉作早餐，很是滿足。
Good quality can still be maintained, as we all know its price is on the high side.
麫粥倶佳。更有即炸油條
One of the best wonton noodles in town! The broth is really hot, can’t taste any msg and the flavor is perfect, neither too light or too heavy. Noodles are springy even being soaked in such hot broth. Wontons are nicely wrapped with one fresh shrimp inside each wonton.
Good place for warm food, the noodle is not bad.
It is a spin-off from the famous Mak noodle family & used to be one of my favorites. My recent visit has disappointed me quite a bit given the fairly high prices, the wanton soup was not tasty & rich as before, while wanton quality still good with right mix of pork & shrimp inside. Noodle was chewy enough & of good texture. Beef tender was very disappointing & far worse than before. Not worth the money & effort to travel so far away there.
Definitely overpriced, but decent noodles and broth. The beef brisket was disappointingly dry and chewy.
對於麥字頭既麵食同一般街舖要求完全唔同， 銀絲幼麵爽口彈牙冇鹼水味係最基本要求。細蓉湯底色清味道算鮮其實唔錯，但係可惜食到有極少鹼水味，雲吞方面算正常，未去到驚艷。 今次食豬潤無怪味同過熟，食落去有彈性同甜味，唔錯。 而奶茶單純天氣好熱先叫黎飲，好重奶味唔香茶味唔係我杯茶，無下次。

麥明記麵家，位於西營盤。一天下午，我到西營盤買海味，買完了，肚子有點餓，脚也走得累，就進了麥明記麵家，地方整潔清雅，職員端上一杯茶，啊！真清潤，我叫了一碗雲吞麵，未食巳聞到一陣撲鼻的香氣，餛飩味美，銀絲麵條爽口，加上韮王及用大地魚餚煮的湯底，非常美味可口是近年難得一嘗的雲吞麵，價錢也大眾化，真是值得一讚！😘😋😋😋👍👍👍 …

The reason for 3 stars are sometimes their dumpings don’t taste fresh and the soup’s sometimes too salty for me that I need to buy some water after having the famous noodles.

第一次到訪，試了雲吞水餃撈麵。湯果然不是一般的味精水，喝後不覺口渴。麵很幼滑， 沒有鹼水味。 雲吞及水餃都有水準， 只是份量少了一點點， 男士未必夠飽。

此店雲吞麵分別有細蓉和大蓉，而芙蓉麵乃細蓉和大蓉之由來，麵身爽口沒有梘水味，相當不俗，另外，雲吞屬港式蝦雲吞，蝦爽略帶少許大地魚味，湯底有大地魚及蝦，整體高水準，價格合理。圖為細蓉。
