Located in a quiet street, with subtle sign, but special interior design, it’s a great place for a drink with friends – especially if you’re western people. I’ve ordered raspberry gins which is very refreshing. Worth to go!
Ping Pong used to be an underground training Center for table tennis (‘ping pong’ in Cantonese), now revamped to be one of the hippest bars in HK. I like how they keep the old structure of the place to project that 70s vibes. They provide a wide range of gin at around USD$20 per drink. Great for hanging out with frds and definitely one of my favourite bars in HK.

An hidden 💎! It looks like an old fashioned bar, red light sophisticated atmosphere; It’s a nice place to have a serious cocktail after work. Good cocktail selection with quality product ; top selection of Spirits, especially Gin, you can found so many types; it is really enjoyable place for alcohol lover ; all the spirits are exposed and you can enjoy watching the bartender making stylish cocktails or spend a comfortable time with your friends on the sofa
Jason was amazing at the bar! He gave us a personalized gin tasting and once he knew what kind of gin each of us liked, he kept the good stuff coming 😋 10 guns later we know that’s our fav gin spot 😊 …

After being around for a while, I finally made it out to trying Ping Pong. Hidden behind a single red door, Ping Pong is an underground bar with high ceilings and a bright neon sign. It can feel spacious yet crowded at the same time.
Although I’m not an expert on gin, I decided to go for the classic gin & tonic (Half Crown). I wish they had more seasonal flavors in their menu, maybe like a summery peach, lychee twist, or mangosteen punch, just something besides the classic citrus-flavor profiles. It was a solid G&T, but a bit pricy for HK$130. A few friends in the group ordered some food, but the verdict was just so-so.
Someone in my group had accidentally knocked my half-empty glass over, causing it to spill and break into pieces on the floor. The staff were quick to react, clean up and carefully remove any glass residue on the floor.
Nice ambience and bookings can be made advance which is convenient. The gin and finger food were great!

Classy little gin den hidden behind a red door on a quiet SYP street. Great for couples or quiet groups.. or to drop in for a couple. It’ll get a bit exxy on the wallet to spend an evening there. The red neon-lit bar and oldy worldy high ceilings of the old Ping Pong games room give the bar a lovely classy, open feel. Intimate little tables are perched round the room for cosy drinks. They evidently have live music but sadly not when we were there. The Classic G&T packed a citrus and bitter punch, but was well balanced. The raspberry G&T was not too sweet, but more refreshing and had depth to the gin flavour. The giant ice-cubes of imported water and the attentive bar-tender simply added to the decadence of the drinks. We will be back!

Love the entry and overall atmosphere. It’s super chill and easy to hang out at. Food is good, pork dumplings were the best and gin drinks are yummy and unique. Great place to try!

Cocktail 定價貴，比得上五星級酒店，調得一般，特大冰塊霸佔空間無多的小杯。反而油封鴨炒飯有驚喜，色香味俱全，味蕾重新認識炒飯，倒不如少點一杯酒，多嚐一碟炒飯，薰醉之中享受脫離真實的意境，活在當下

It is literally a Ping Pong hall back in the days. Saw this Bar as a location in one movie shot in Hong Kong and upon entry, we are welcomed by an interesting red door. This area is also a hotspot for neighborhood cafe and it peaks my interest to try a gin bar during our stay. Price is a little bit above average but the ambiance is perfect if you are looking for a place to chill in Hong Kong.
An interesting pub. The ping pong table becomes a bar table. Bar tender is super interesting and comes with excellent skills.

Years later and this is still one of our favourite bars in Hong Kong. Juan, the co-owner, is charming and knows almost everything there is to know about gin and cocktails in general (don’t be afraid to ask him about Berlin techno either!). Some great tapas on offer at reasonable prices and some of the best gin cocktails in town with one of the coolest interior designs in the city. Love this place!

Really cool speakeasy-type bar that I’m glad to see is still around HK after so long. May be hard to find for those coming for the first time, but it’s hard to miss when you see a bright red door as you’re walking by the street looking for this place. Fantastic cocktails and wide selection of gin. Really straightforward menu overall for snacks and super casual, laidback but trendy vibes inside, making it the perfect hangout spot. Great service as well and knowledgeable bartenders. If you’re a gin lover, this is THE place for you to try.

因為想和同事喝一杯，所以在住宿周圍搜索了一番，但這是我找到並去了的唯一一家酒吧。很容易找到，因為入口處的門被漆成濃烈的紅色，順著樓梯往下走，空間比我想像的還要寬闊。它位於一個斜坡上，所以看起來像是在地下，但當你出去到後門時，它是一個直接與後巷相連的結構。紅燈下，從香港本地人到西方人，各個種族的人們都在悠閒地喝著雞尾酒和威士忌。酒精飲料的種類似乎並不多，而雞尾酒中，以杜松子酒為基料的雞尾酒似乎是主要的。我嘗試過零食，但它們有點乏味。幸運的是，有一位會說流利韓語的員工，所以我可以一邊享受一邊點各種東西。
