Beaitiful and stylish deco. Friendly bosses and staff. Very yummy and healthy food.
This is the second time I’ve been here and their menu continue to surprise me. First, I love the way they have different specials from time to time so people don’t get bored with the same set of menu, and second, the staffs are just very friendly and nice!!
Tastes are superb, a new little gem I highly recommend in Sai Ying Pun!! But make sure to call in and make reservation. The place is packed most of the time. Haha

Excellent neighborhood wine bar. Beautiful space, excellent food, innovative and well curated wine list (particularly the Rose, which is a standout), and wonderful front of house staff.

Warm place to have dinner with small group of friends, fusion foods, small portions of each dish. We take their signature set, not much surprise on the taste but taste ok, just price a bit too high base on that.

Innovative place! Noisy enough so as not to need the guitar player! Aubergines ought to be smaller for what they’re trying to do! Follow the Japanese, please! The lady waitress, boss?, owner?, manages to serve everyone in a timely manner whilst taking time to chat to everyone! Timing in the kitchen must be good for her to he able to do that! But, it adds to a very good experience altogether! Keep it up guys! You’re going places!

Their team has the most unprofessional people in F&B industry we have ever encountered in HKG. We ordered tasting menu for 3 persons and many dishes came with 2 pieces e.g. bond marrow which is very difficult to share. We asked the waitress politely regarding the portion. In return, we got replied with big attitude. The waitress said “you only have 3 ppl and we are giving you 2 cups (the dessert), we are very generous to you ALREADY!” and rolled her eyes to us. Paid HK$2K+ for 3 persons in a tiny restaurant, we didn’t expect the service was at such low level. Definitely an unpleasant dinning experience you could hardly get in HKG when you are paying this amount of money.

Nice cozy restaurant, unfortunately food doesn’t taste as good as they look. Price is on the high side too, allow for HK$600 per head with a glass of wine.

Absolutely adore the food, vibe and team at Brut. Creative, delicious and down to earth. Been coming here since they opened and the menu continues to evolve into exciting seasonal variations. Extra love for their short but special wine list too!
Great wine, hospitality and food — especially loved the pumpkin ravioli! Brut is a wonderful neighborhood spot, can’t recommend it enough.

Very yummy night. Menu is small but it is creative and with a good twist. We like the drunken chicken a lot, the chicken is well marinated with nice ginger flavor. The beef tartare is super good, one of the best I have tasted. Wine list is pretty good. Will definitely come back:)
I literally loved everything about this place.
It’s small do if there is a loud group (like mine) you might be in for a bumpy ride. Then again, if you don’t like the hustle and bustle, just stay in…
We were serviced in the most down to earth way which is very representative of the restaurant.
The setting is nice but fancy. There are 2 high tables for 8 pp and the counter.
The food is absolutely f**king amazing. The portions of the tasting menu are HK size, however they won’t hesitate to bring you another portion of your favourite plate. The problem is… You’ll want extra of everything! It’s just that good. It’s Chinese food tapas style and sharing. The chicken is to die for, so is the beef and the Mac and cheese.

5 stars. New favourite. Great friendly service, interesting natural wines, delicious sharing plate style dining with top quality produce and mixed bag of Asian/Western flavours. Really hit the spot. Good value too!

It’s a good, hip vibe but wasn’t blown away by the food. Bill racks up rapidly & you’re left wanting more. Worth a go though if you’re a foodie.
Good food and vibe. However food takes very long and the tasting menu ($380pp) costs more than ordering the dishes individually, and no dessert included.
Exceeded expectations. Very interesting tapas format restaurant. Food was delicious. Wine and dessert range/variety could be improved but European quality dishes.
Great wine bistro with superb creative tapas sharing type of nouveau cuisine, fantastic new world wine collection (clean wine). You can taste the creator’s passion. Great mingo place!
The XO sauce lamb with yoghurt is amazing. The dishes all have an amazing contrast of sweet and sour, or savoury and spicy.
Awesome spot especially considering so many dining establishments in Hong Kong are owned by massive chains with such safe menus.

Food is very good. Seats are a bit tight. A bit on the pricy side for the ingredients but they cooked it really really well.
Would love to give a 6-star rating to this cozy bistro. The menu was very creative and authentic. The chef served food and explained every dish he served to us. He’s like every customer’s friend. Overall, the taste, service and ambience were excellent. It’s small but very comfortable. It’s full but not packed. Highly recommend!

Small and cosy restaurant with a great atmosphere, this place sparks of casual chic and innovative dishes that tingle the palette. Tasting menu is recommended and the white wines are quite special, pairing well with most of the dishes. The plates are simple and non pretentious but there are great layers of taste you get through the meticulous preparation.
