The exterior promises an enjoyable restaurant with great heritage and repute, plastered with celebrities’ pictures and reviews. Sadly, the interior is old, and depressing. The food is very poor and typical of Hong Kong steak shops. No heritage here. My steak was an overcooked lump, full of meat tenderiser. Eat elsewhere.

門口都看幾好！ 但入到去亍市好过！ D早餐不知所謂！所謂D服務員！掃亍呀哥有禮貌！
A Hong Kong Style Steak House in Sai Yin Pun which is rare in the area. There is a comprehensive menu and the prices for steaks are not expensive. You must ask if you have any doubt on the items listed on the menu and the waiters are friendly to assist. I like the place, I like having my steaks there.

非常满意，地点环境很好，食物也不错，绝对超值，下次来香港有机会还会再来！

Wonderful service, waiters approach with tender and amiable manner. Food is great, steaks taste like steaks (the steaks do not necessarily taste like steaks in the other similar restaurant in HK).

Old school restaurant in Hong Kong with quite long history, a mix of Chinese and western style which is pretty successful in the taste, the Deco makes you feel like home, very warm colours and friendly environment, quite spacious if compared to other HK restaurants. Good choice for both lunch and dinner sets to save money, convenient price for steak in typical Chinese sause, drink is included in the set. Pan fried fish very good, and practical tuna sandwich for lunch is very cheap and perfect for take away before going back to Office. Right outside Sai Ying Pun station,its an iconic Hong Kong place, deserves a try.
味道不錯.侍應好細心，會再來吃
這家在西環屹立了四十多年的扒房，進店內，很有兒時吃扒的感覺，對，就是這種，很令人懷念，這類型的餐廳，在香港買少見少了。 店仍保留八九十年代的裝修，但仍保養得宜，感覺光鮮，坐得舒服。 點了紅湯，港式羅宋湯，較傳統的稀，惹味蕃茄雜菜，很喜歡這個味道。 白湯，忌廉什菜，味道比較淡，紅湯味道較為突出。
Oldish place, falling out of favor but since of this, uncrowded and yet serves good steaks. If you don’t want to be surrounded by English-speaking-only people yet looking for a chef who really knows how to prepare a steak, try Sammy’ s. Evenings are quiet enough for you to relax and can talk quietly and could be heard by the one sitting opposite you, but not by the one at the next table.
傳統西餐，價錢公道
I had ostrich steak there for the second time. Plentiful! I do not mind the ‘worn’ look of the place. It has a neighborhood feel about it. Reasonably priced.

Love the Hong Kong style steak house! The menu includes steak as well as local cuisine. Good are tasty and in big big portion, but what I love most is you can drink iced lemon-coke with lamb and beef steak which the nice local style to try!!

For a budget-ish western meal worth a visit, I’d have topped up another star if the WC was not so desperate looking and one more for a picture menu.

This is a must if you want to experience Hong Kong style traditional western/Asian food. With cosy interior and a cat or two there is no doubt you will love this place and want to come again and again!
