今日同朋友去左西營盤的一間西班牙菜餐廳, 西營盤站站行1分鐘到,幾就腳方便,
店內的佈置行熱情西班牙的情調氛圍,燈光溫和很有格調,
總體環境不錯,地方坐落舒服,聊天聚會是不錯的地方~ .
.
*桑格利亞葡萄酒
葡萄酒、水果切塊片、糖漿、烈酒與蘇打水調製,就是地道經典西班牙飲品
水果的甜味比較容易與葡萄酒融合,水果酒也同時中和了葡萄酒的澀味,變得易入口清新熱情~

接著就有六個頭盤,
*伊比利亞火腿配番茄麵包
火腿充滿甘香、油香，愈吃愈愛~
地道的吃法便是番茄麵包配，把切好的伊比利亞火腿放上食~跟住飲一口桑格利亞葡萄酒,PERFECT~
*和牛，鵝肝醬配麵包棒
和牛肉質鮮美細緻，油脂分布均勻。食落和牛味香濃，鵝肝醬在麵包棒的深處滲出~極佳享受
*扇貝酸橘汁醃魚配芒果和椰子
扇貝酸橘汁醃魚搭配一些脆脆及具清新感的芒果椰子,酸酸地幾開胃菜
*墨魚炸丸子 特別軟滑爽彈的口感,墨魚粒粒為丸子增加了味道和質地上的層次感,唔錯唔錯
*大蒜辣椒蝦
蒜香惹味、油汁香濃、口感豐富，光吃或許會有小小膩，配麵包吃就剛剛好
*伊比利亞火腿和松露三明治
甜味又微鹹的火腿搭上陣陣松露的香氣,又是地道經典西班牙三明治食法~

其實食完滿滿的頭盤,已有小小飽滿感了,但食埋主菜就剛剛好~
*1/2 牛肋骨 全都已去骨,骨就放底,牛肋肉大大片,好像有點燒汁在肉面頭,肉質軟腍,啖啖都有牛肋肉的鮮味
*西班牙雞飯 餐廳用一種鍋身大、淺而平的專用鍋來裝,雞肉燉飯是在6個頭盤後填肚子的佳品
*甜點 熱辣辣甜包內好像有些紅豆粒蓉,為晚飯畫上幾好的句號~

這家店內有很多個座位可以坐，座位亦寬敞舒適，如果和朋友來吃西班牙菜和聊天也不錯喔
看到其他款式其實都吸引，找天要再來試呢~~~

Great food great service! A bit pricey, but worth every cent! All we had was delicious, nome of the plates were simply “ok” they were all GREAT!! Very friendly people, and cool atmosphere. Drinks have a good price. Worth the visit!

呢一間 日式菜館 但不是正宗 全日本口味 有啲新創意嘅菜式 合不合你口味 因個人而異 我就覺得冇驚喜 總之救生 對價錢亦都不平

If you wanna find somewhere to hang out with a large group of friends during weekend, you may consider La Paloma in Sai Ying Pun. They have a spacious indoor dining area and a balcony for you to chill out. You can also enjoy their live band music on Sunday afternoon. We love their 1/2 Wagyu short rib. It is super tender and juicy. The pairing with sweet potato fries has made it more special.

This was my first visit to La Paloma, it is located on the 1st floor of SoHo 189 At Queen’s Road West.
If you’re looking for a Spanish cuisine at affordable price in a comfort and relaxing ambience, then La Paloma will be a good place to go! It offers both indoor and outdoor seating, for a more causal ambience, the alfresco outdoor area definitely a good choice for you!

Fun Spanish restaurant. I came here for a weekend brunch, they have good started, all you can eat paella and roast pig, and a dessert for a fixed price. Plus there was a Flamenco dance performance right by my table. Good deal but the restaurant is a bit far. The coffee isn’t included in the brunch deal, watch out because it’s bad coffee and not worth $45. I would recommend this for the weekend brunch, good place to bring a group or family.

I understand why this place is always empty.
The manager is incredibly rude and an eye rollers. Asking for a table (there were 2 people there) he rolled his eyes. Bad service was offered. Mixing up the bills (again, there were 2 people there).

their churros were nice. the crab with crispy crackers is a must try! the sangria was just ok, nothing special though.
Black rice paella was awesome. The rest of things we tried werent very authentic and the price a bit too much. Gambas at pil pil was too chinese style.

其實係方便，今日走入一嘗呢間西班牙餐廳，
距離地鐵站行1分鐘就已經到，一向比我感覺
精緻同貴價既西班牙菜，竟然今日有另外一番體會，
雖然菜式選擇唔算好多，但價錢我估唔到係咁貼地！
餐廳裝潢好雅緻，迎合傳統西班牙風味既餐具同擺設，
天花板掛住一串串小燈泡，營造濃厚節日色彩，
佔地相當寬敞，座位坐得好舒服！以大眾化既價錢
可以食到一系列經典得黎又帶有新派既美食，

👉 先黎個鵝肝和牛空氣法國麵包，外型睇落好似
火炙和牛壽司咁，不過下面就係充滿左鵝肝汁既餅乾，
一咬開鵝肝醬就爆哂出黎，瞬間滿足感提升！
和牛質感唔厚，入口有果種好濃郁既牛油香味，
兩件事估唔到可以咁夾，都係第一次試呢種口味，
非常新鮮罕見！

👉 睇落賣相好似無乜特別，咪又係焗薯仔粒一碟？！
點知食落先知道咩叫做”臥虎藏龍”，主要驚喜位源自於
個辣辣地既匈牙利紅椒粉整既Sauce，
同薯仔既味道係超級夾！表面平平無奇，
實則高深莫測！薯仔粒輕炸過，咬落好鬆脆！好食！

👉 蝦肉非常大隻，啖啖鮮肉配上滿到潟既鮮甜蝦膏，
蝦肉先用蓉同西班牙香料grill過，仍然做到彈牙爽口，
調味過後濃得黎又唔會太咸，
蝦膏搭配埋蒜蓉包一齊食，味道唔錯！

👉 輪到主菜出埸，半份和牛份量都好足料下，
兩個人都差d食唔哂呀，short rib姐係前胸肋骨，
黎到既時侯chef已經好體貼幫你去哂骨，
等你大大啖食得開心d，肉質相當嫩滑，
有種甜甜地，味道好特別，表面燒得帶少少焦香，
無乜脂肪令你好放心咁食哂都唔覺得好罪惡感！
配埋蕃薯薯條，呢個足以令你飽左7成呀！

📌 Squid Ink Paella – $238 for 2
👉 埋到枱見到個墨魚汁西班牙炒飯係勁大份，
staff會好醒預先比你相機食先，跟住再撈勻serve埋比你，
當中海鮮包括青口、大蝦、墨魚，每款都好入味，
個份量係直程可以share到比4個人食，係勁抵！

📌 Bollycao – $68
👉 朱古力控既朋友有福了！呢個 Bollycao其實
係由一個表面炸過既麵包裡面充滿流心既朱古力，
果種邪惡感真係好痛快，甜而不膩，啖啖都係濃郁既
朱古力香，真係想大嗌！唔該比多份我呀！
anyway，今餐係非常滿意，每樣都有驚喜，
可能係我第一次食西班牙菜啦！

已去殻大蝦，十分鮮甜彈牙！帶蒜香，鮮甜彈與蒜香令人停唔到口！旁邊有蒜味香法包
1/2 Wagyu Short Rib
和肉肋骨上枱前已經去骨切件，非常方便。肉質軟屬，用刀輕輕一切已經切開。入口肉味香濃，帶有和牛油脂香，香而不漏，加上用醬汁非常惹味！
旁邊有配菜甜蕃薯條、西班牙小辣椒
Squid Ink Paella
海鮮飯上有海蝦、大蜆、青口，海鮮鮮甜！特別大蜆有海水味道，更令人印象深刻。加上西班牙飯有墨汁香，煙韌飯粒加墨汁同新鮮海鮮，口感豐富，非常鮮味
Churros with chocolate
外層酥脆Churros上佈滿肉桂同砂糖，再沾旁邊朱古力醬同雪糕，非常令人有滿足感覺
Peach and Mango Sangria
去西班牙旅行試過之後就瘋狂愛上左每日都要飲番杯；個人通常偏好傳統紅酒基底但係餐廳採用白酒同伏特加作為基調酒味唔重容易入口加上蜜桃芒果香甜清新幾啱女仔
