Fideua Angle hair noodles with seafood都係另一樣令我好驚喜既主餐,因為佢個盤好大,上面鋪住大大小小唔同既海鮮,而個麵本身亦吸收左海鮮既精華,所以好入味,食落好香。
呢一餐除左食物之外,環境都好好,可以同成班fd一齊傾住計咁食野,好開心呢。

Shrimp was soft and not fresh. We had to spotted out one of them coz defrosted wrongly. Most of the ingredients are from frozen, chicken smells bad and sangria taste like too much sprite felt like non alcoholic drink. I will not return.

Good tapas and paella, and causal ambience. Music is a bit too loud though. The entrance is in between a gallery and pizzaexpress. The nearest parking is hourly meter on Ko Shing Street. Alternatively, simply park on the dead end road in front of the building.
PS: The showcase picture showing a shop front is completely misleading. That’s a Cafe on the opposite side of the road.

Have been here for lunch ages ago. Thought I should give dinner a try. Ordered the Steak tartare which was quite rich and tasty.
I always choose the Crispy pork at all Spanish places, was not disappointed! The slow cooking process gives the meat a different fatty flavour. Almost making it smooth and velvty.
La Paloma definitely has a good vibe about it, and dare i say, quite sexy!!! 😅

西班牙餐廳喺香港嘅數量唔算好多,香港人對於西班牙菜色嘅熟悉程度亦都係比較片面,通常都認識西班牙炒飯同黑毛豬。
喺香港食過好幾間西班牙餐廳,畀我嘅感覺都係好重味精,食完會好頸渴,今日lunch嚟到西營盤,上網見到呢間餐廳由開學到而家都人流不斷 環境氣氛非常之好 就同咗屋企人未食 一推門進入餐廳 已經畀熱鬧嘅氣氛感染到普遍都係外國人為主裝修用上七彩顏色, 我哋被安排到就喺近露台 最遠嘅張枱 剛巧 就坐喺 西班牙炒飯嘅鑊隔離。
呢間餐廳最令我印象難忘嘅係 你個主廚 喺廚房意外嘅空間即煮西班牙炒飯 一大個鑊由三米炒到熟最少用咗半個鐘, 相信廚師都係西班牙人, 除咗佢個靚仔樣咁黑之外 佢嘅一舉一動 都好似做緊戲劇感相當風趣幽默。
點咗幾款食物,當中最令我印象深刻嘅係吞拿魚他他同埋西班牙海鮮炒飯。
前者作開胃菜一流,唔會好肥膩同腥,配上香脆嘅麵包片,簡單但係味道豐富。後者嘅飯睇住佢喺你面前即炒完之後分到唔同嘅客人枱上,新鮮熱辣,海鮮份量毫不吝嗇,而且鮮甜;飯唔會好鹹同埋好油;鍾意佢加上去酸酸地嘅醬汁,有啲似沙律醬,但係好開胃同match。
其他食物都相當出色,當中西班牙辣椒呢一個小食真係令我大開眼界!開頭有啲擔心佢嘅味道會唔會好辣,食落口發現佢同甜椒差唔多,多咗一陣欖油嘅味道。
鍾意呢間餐廳嘅每一個地方,佢嘅裝修,佢嘅服務,佢嘅食物;仲會有人嚟選擇開party,問過服務員,呢度係可以包場嘅,有機會我一定會過嚟再試其他食物。

呢一間西班牙餐廳感覺好正宗,而且同香港一般既西班牙餐廳好唔同,尤其係佢既菜式。
因為未去過西班牙,而去開香港既西班牙餐廳,都係講緊 西班牙海鮮飯 之類既食物。對西班牙餐廳既印象就係覺得都係個幾樣喇,於是我個fd就帶左我黎呢間餐廳,話有多d唔同既菜式,改變我對西班牙菜既印象。

之前在國外吃過不少西班牙菜,但一直沒有機會在香港嘗試,這次有朋友推薦西環有家不錯的西班牙餐廳,就約了朋友去嘗試一下。餐廳的位置離地鐵站出口很近,一出地鐵站(西營盤站A1出口)左轉就可以看到。招牌十分有趣,一隻雀。搭上電梯上一樓就到。
餐廳的環境是我喜歡的類型,餐桌椅子十分輕巧,和旁邊的間距也很大,給人愜意放鬆的感覺。四周墻壁上的裝飾也體現了店家的心思,週日中午還會有西班牙風情的表演,滿是西班牙的風情。
星期日首選brunch,招牌簡單粗暴,不必考慮點什麼,一整套餐,逐個菜色上菜。對我這樣有選擇困難癥的人再合適不過了。下完單,飲料便送上來了,有酒精和非酒精飲品可以選擇。紅色的為酒精飲品,味道不錯,但我在中午更喜歡非酒精飲品,更加清爽。

炸青椒,一點也不辣,十分好吃。炸烤的將將好,椒香甜味都被鎖在椒里,個人十分推薦。不過,如果朋友不喜歡吃青椒,那就另當別論了。
小吃都有三道,最喜歡的是薯塊!夠香夠軟,醬料特別,一個人吃一份都沒問題。

吃完了小吃,已經有些飽腹感了,但是,還有一大盤西班牙海鮮肌肉燉飯,真是感覺分量實在是太有誠意了。味道不錯,而且調味的恰到好處,飯粒不會太軟,很有滋味。不過分量對我們兩個人真的很多。
COCHINILLO – Grispy suckling pig with broccoli and pork sauce
本以為吃完了海鮮燉飯就沒有了,原來還有西班牙風味的烤乳豬。已經很飽了,但是乳豬真的很誘人。皮夠脆,肉夠嫩,滿滿的肉汁,不沾醬汁都非常好吃。雖然肚子已經很飽了,但一下就吃完了,完全不會覺得膩。
CHURROS – with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
終於到甜品了,西班牙風味的油炸鬼,撒上了糖粉和肉桂粉,一上桌便聞到了香味,朱古力醬濃郁,香草冰激凌和熱辣辣油炸鬼一起吃,絕配!!
最後,這家店的服務十分好,店員會觀察食客 吃飯的速度來上菜,和旁邊的食客點了一樣的早午餐,我們吃的快些,菜上的便快些,好評!

唔少香港人鍾意食好西,一到放假就會四圍去搵食。其實筆者也不例外,見今日天氣唔錯, 風和日麗,所以就決定兩口子去西環行下,順便去西營盤 SoHo189 的「La Paloma」吃頓豐盛的早午餐。
其實嚟之前有做過功課,知道餐廳逢星期六、日有 Weekend Brunch 供應,每位只是 $350,就已經可以食到 6 款 Tapas 同 1 款 Dessert,而主菜 Paella Mixta 和 Cochinillo 更是可以任食,所以特意來試試,順道體驗一下這間供應正宗西班牙菜的餐廳。
餐廳位於西浦 189 一樓,以巴塞隆拿老酒館名字「La Paloma」命名。翻查過網上資料,原來 Paloma 即西班牙文「鴿子」的意思,唔怪得店內設計都用上鴿子為主題,四周都有相關裝飾佈置,色彩繽紛活潑,就連桌上的餐碟都各有不同顏色,環境一流,氣氛輕鬆自在, 很適合包場用作生日派對、公司聚會,又或者節日慶祝活動。
餐廳另設有戶外座位,雖然只是以樓景為主,但感覺尚算開揚闊落。
先來兩杯飲品,點了兩杯無酒精的 Virgin Sangria,成品以多款不同口味的果汁調配,內裡有不少新鮮的水果,入口果味繽紛,很清新香甜,是個很不錯的開始。
接著是第一道 Tapas:Tartar De Atun 吞拿魚他他食落好 Fresh,油潤得來又有咬口,舀起一小撮上多士面,再配少許牛油果醬吃,食完真係又開胃又醒神!
Mix Spanish Cold Cuts 拼盤以圓碟呈上,上面放有 Ham Shoulder、芝士、辣肉腸、橄欖同蕃茄多士。火腿上桌時已切成薄片,食落好香口,鹹度剛好。旁邊的辣肉腸味道亦唔錯,口感堅實煙韌,肉與油粒粒分明。多士焗得非常鬆脆,上面放了些蕃茄蓉和香草,味道酸酸的,很醒胃,再配以由西班牙空運而來的橄欖吃,確實誠意十足。
之後是一道 Padrones,即炸西班牙小青椒,青椒賣相很特別,細細隻、青青綠綠,外皮油潤光亮,入口一點也不辣,鹹香惹味,用來佐酒一流。
Albondigas 西班牙肉丸以牛肉及豬肉混合炮製而成,外形圓渾飽滿,食落不覺嚡口,肉質嫩滑,咬下啖啖肉,配上酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄汁,非常開胃,完全沒有膩滯感,用來配飯或者意粉一齊食,應該會更加滋味!
Patatas Bravas 薯仔粒做得非常出色,外香脆內粉綿,入口滿載薯香,配以微辣的醬汁吃,風味十足,個人超喜愛,真的想再多吃一碟。
Gambas Al Ajillo 西班牙香辣蒜蝦:蝦隻肥美肉厚,夠大隻又彈牙,入口鮮爽嫩甜,而且蒜香調味頗為誘人,配歐式麵包吃,味道剛好。
其實食完幾款小碟已經有七成飽,但還有兩個大菜要吃,首先是 Cochinillo,用傳統手工陶泥烤爐烹調的乳豬,豬皮非常鬆脆,肉質嫩滑爆汁,每一口都相當入味,微鹹的味道襯托出豬肉的原始肉香,非常好吃。而且最值得一讚就係乳豬旁邊伴了不少蔬菜,食完肥美嘅乳豬後食返件,有助減低油膩感。
接著是另一重頭戲 Paella Mixta 西班牙海鮮飯,海鮮飯份量極多,配料有蜆、蝦、雞肉、青口和墨魚等,講真兩個人吃其實是有點 Heavy。飯粒飽滿,硬度適中,適合港人口味,黃薑粉的香氣完全融入飯粒之中,濃郁潤澤,蝦肉不會只是死命的爽口,而是富有天然的鮮甜味道,頗具水準。建議吃前先將蒜蓉蛋黃醬拌勻,能令飯粒更 Creamy 惹味。
壓軸的甜品是我至愛的 Churros,小脆條剛剛炸起,拿上手時還熱辣辣,入口外脆內軟,面層撒了一層砂糖,肉桂味唔會太重,吃時蘸上少許朱古力醬,再配上一口滑溜冰凍嘅雲呢拿雪糕,冷熱交融,滋味無窮。
這頓西班牙菜令人吃得非常滿意,西營盤果然是個覓食的好地方,下次有空會再來試下店裡的其他菜式。

一入到餐廳就見到好colourful嘅裝修,牆上有好多雀仔腳印,天花仲有好多雀仔嘅裝飾🥳空間感夠大,環境光猛舒服🙂因為我到得比較早係第一位客人,店員可以安排我坐近窗邊,感受陽光微微滲透入黎嘅感覺,好舒服又溫暖☺️
我地order左brunch后,好快就黎左2杯Sangria。西班牙出名嘅水果紅酒🍷雖然酒味唔輕,但卻好易入口,就連唔太鐘意飲酒嘅我都忍唔住飲左大半杯😜
Mix Spanish Cold Cuts,當中有Ham shoulder,cheese,chorizo,olives同tomato bread,作為頭盤開胃小食😊
Tartar De Atun,呢碟吞拿魚他他好啱我胃口,成碟差唔多比我食晒。好味程度唔使形容啦😚
Padrones﹕呢款西班牙經典小食真係好好味😋起初我有啲擔心辣椒嘅辣味,點知呢個炸小辣椒原來一啲都唔辣,配上粗鹽仲帶出辣椒自身嘅甜味,連唔鍾意食辣椒嘅男朋友都不知不覺咁食左成半碟🥰🥰
Patatas Bravas﹕ 呢款辣味薯仔粒,不但一啲都唔辣,反而好香甜,男朋友差唔多自己一個食晒成碟😂
Albondigas﹕肉丸由牛肉同豬肉製成。特製醬汁同肉味嘅比例剛剛好,醬汁香濃得來又唔會知遮蓋左肉嘅香味🤗
Gambas Al Ajillo﹕呢款蒜蓉大蝦原來又係西班牙經典小食。蝦肉彈牙得黎蒜味香濃。將旁邊嘅麵包點浸在醬汁中再食,好鬼惹味🤩
Paella Mixta﹕呢碟西班牙海鮮飯除左有青口、蜆同魷魚粒之外,仲有好多雞肉
Cochinillo﹕ 脆皮乳豬配埋西蘭花同豬肉醬,好好味,乳豬嘅肉味好香濃👍🏻👍🏻
最后嘅甜品係經典嘅西班牙小食:Churros😍
甜香酥軟的 Churros雖然是油炸的,卻酥香不膩口。配埋溫熱的朱古力醬雖然誘人,但因為非常濃郁,也比較容易膩口😚😚 好在仲有雲呢拿雪糕中和返😋呢個甜品正正為呢一餐畫上一個完美又滿足嘅句號🥰🥰🥰🥰

煎帶子肥大肉厚, 淋上甜度的芒果及椰汁, 顏色好看又好食

西方鹹肉腸,因風乾後味道很重濃縮了, 利用 dry sherry一起, 酸咪咪的平衡一下

“Fideua” Angle hair noodles with seafood
天使麵幼身. 加上了海鮮, 卷起來品嚐
甜點賣相精緻, 先用眼睛欣賞,用多種水果組合,輕盈的MOUSSE, 食完不會太甜膩, 因有MINT, 喝著餐茶更是完美的配搭

突然想食下西班牙嘢,就嚟到西營盤嘅La Paloma食晩餐。呢度嘅環境氣氛較為輕鬆,食物亦有一定嘅水準,價錢亦都比較親民。
Baby sardines with “salmorejo” and black olives
雖然沙甸魚睇落似係一般嘅罐頭沙甸魚,但勝在個醬汁夠特別,加埋麵包一齊食唔錯。

小法包係空心而且好薄身,加上煙肉同芝士點綴,味道一流。

扇貝就咁唔配醬汁食一啲都唔會腥,幾新鮮下。不過配埋個醬汁,甜甜酸酸咁都幾開胃。

西班牙肉腸係用糖、煙燻辣椒粉同新鮮大蒜混合成嘅豬肉製品,熟成後再度煙燻,最後自然風乾。其中 chorizo 可以算係西班牙最具代表性嘅肉腸,口感堅實,佢略鹹嘅口味,同意大利香腸幾唔同下。
“Fideua” Angel hair noodles with seafood
Fideua係喺西班牙好易搵到嘅菜式,類似Paella嘅做法,只係將飯改成麵。Fideua食起上嚟嘅口感有啲似脆麵。大蝦嘅肉夠結實,亦有青口同蜆,都相當豐富下。
Churros with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
Churros係我最愛嘅西班牙甜點,無論係蘸上濃郁嘅朱古力醬或者雲呢拿雪糕都咁好味。
依度嘅tapas水準唔錯,值得再嚟試過。

A little slice of authentic Spanish food in Sai Yin Pun. Cannot recommend it enough.

Shrimp was soft and not fresh. We had to spotted out one of them coz defrosted wrongly. Most of the ingredients are from frozen, chicken smells bad and sangria taste like too much sprite felt like non alcoholic drink. I will not return.

Good tapas and paella, and causal ambience. Music is a bit too loud though. The entrance is in between a gallery and pizzaexpress. The nearest parking is hourly meter on Ko Shing Street. Alternatively, simply park on the dead end road in front of the building.
PS: The showcase picture showing a shop front is completely misleading. That’s a Cafe on the opposite side of the road.
Have been here for lunch ages ago. Thought I should give dinner a try. Ordered the Steak tartare which was quite rich and tasty.
I always choose the Crispy pork at all Spanish places, was not disappointed! The slow cooking process gives the meat a different fatty flavour. Almost making it smooth and velvty.
La Paloma definitely has a good vibe about it, and dare i say, quite sexy!!! 😅
