The brisket cintained more than 70% fat, it made only the noodle could be consumed.
I am 牛腩lover, but just cannot take it. Would not come back.
The char siu noodles are delicious! I prefer the soup noodles, but you can also opt for the lo mein version where the soup comes on the side. I wanted a side of beef brisket but the waiter told me that ordering it on the side is expensive and that I should just get the half and half char siu and brisket noodles because it is a better deal. I thought it was funny and also very kind of him to decline my order out of worry of my overspending. Both the char siu and brisket were tender and flavorful.

I’m not sure how this place isn’t packed with a queue like other local places. It’s excellent quality food, and very cheap!!
There’s no English menu but the friendly staff will read you each dish for you to choose. We had a simple noodle bowl each with combination beef Ball and BBQ pork / Char siew and it was extremely tasty – plenty of meat and noodle and vegetables. It cost less than 100HKD for 2 people. Unbelievable.
I loved this place from Day 1. Whenever I return to Sai Ying Pun, I make sure I drop by for their cha siu mien. It’s a must try!

味道非常差~ 炸雲吞居然是凍 一早就炸好 湯味道沒有任鮮味 所謂自己制的叉燒 比任何一家燒臘還要差~ 牛什只得些五香粉味道~ 根本香港任何一間麵店都比它好,真的一點都不明白為何拿米之連推介,只可以話老外唔識食香港本地美食。差~差~差

OVERRATED
Environment is a bit messy, even worse if you sit outside(see my photos). Noodle taste good with beef. Around hkd 50 per person. More or less an above average traditional chinese shop.
比一般粉面店要貴 牛腩可以一試
Price wise is higher than average. The fried fish skins were not very crispy like other competitors.

It used to be Eng Kee, but Ying Kee was all good too. You can’t beat this place. My favorite was yellow egg noodle with roast pork. White flat noodle with beef was yummy too. THEY SPOKE ENGLISH SO DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR ANYTHING. The lady boss was so nice. She offered scissors to my 7y old nephew to cut the noodles. Was there with my mom and people were friendly. The couple who shared the table with us told us in Cantonese “Ho sek” for beef noodle. It meant delicious!!!

My all-time-favourite barbecued pork noodles!!! Their beef brisket noodle is amazing too!
For a local’s taste bud this is nothing special.. “soup” tastes like salt water. Pre- Fried wontons on top of noodles were soggy and pretty sad. Better noodle joints around

潮州鹵水 牛腩 牛雜 最好,炸雲因事先炸好,有點硬,叉燒也是誠心之作。最好午間繁忙人多去吃,個人感覺上 餸 是放多一點。^u^
價格貴了一點,食物質素普通。
有米芝蓮推介的舊式街坊麵店。最出名的是自家制叉燒、炸雲吞炸魚的雙炸麵,及美味牛腩、牛雜等!
