Let’s start with the delicious food. The photos speak for itself. Raw oysters quality is top notch. Baked oysters with cheese were delicious. Seafood stew was amazing with the bisque ( 1 full lobster with mania clams, mussels, squid ). Soft shell crab was fried to the perfect balance of crispy outside, tender inside. Fried calamari was lightly breaded with lots of tentacles ( Yum!). The prices are reasonable and not over priced compare to many other seafood restaurants.
Service: the servers were clueless and their general manager really Need to up their game on training the staffs. The kitchen staffs kept on spotting our needs while the waiters were dosing off on the dinning floor. ( the restaurant only had 8-10 tables and it was 35% full at 20 guests max when we were dinning). Our oysters arrived before the hot plates. We had to asked multiple time for change of plates share plates and even utensils. Most importantly, we ordered the lovely seafood stew and the lobster claws were in its original form and claw crackers were only offered upon request( have your staff eaten lobster at the establishment before?) and whatever tool arrived was so flimsy that looked like it belonged to the dollar store that the tool would break before the slippery bisque covered lobster claw. We sent the lobster back to the kitchen twice for them to break that stuff properly so we could enjoy our food. I would never come back and would not recommend as there are way too many better seafood options in Hong Kong.
餐廳提供的生蠔選擇多，員工也會介時令食材，有套餐配啤酒或白酒，價錢合理。餐也提供沙律，小食及熱盤，可是烹調方法及水準一般，醬汁味道偏咸，炸物不太脆有改善空間。餐廳坐位及格調佈局舒服，帶有外國元素，播放著時代音樂歌曲令客人放鬆。設有室外高枱坐位，外街附近有咪錶泊車，整體服務及用餐體驗不錯。

食物質素幾好（除左意粉/意大利飯個類），氣氛都可以，招呼如果可以比客人多少少私人空間，可以再去。

Oysters are fresh and arranged professionally on plate by their taste profile. Hot dishes are okay, mussels is a bit disappointing though.

昨天星期六下午同家人到此店happy hour，目的係蠔嘆。店員服務周到，耐心講解。餐廳提供多國生蠔以供選擇，有套餐配啤酒或白酒，亦可散叫；星期六及星期日五點前落order散叫生蠔有七折優惠。除咗生蠔亦有多款海鮮供應。餐廳格調佈局帶有外國元素，播放懷舊英文音樂歌曲，室內坐位略嫌狹逼，室外設有高枱坐位，外街附近有咪錶泊車，整體服務及用餐體驗尚算不錯，會再幫襯。
Quite off putting when you directly asked for service charge. Would not visit again for this reason. Also marked a no visit to the Tai Hang branch … food was okay but mood was ruined at the end.
A complete rip-off, though the oysters are fresh. But their staff tried very hard to sell you and even requested tips on top of 10% service charge. They told us a much lowered price when we ordered but charged a higher price later. Fellow food lovers, avoid at all costs!!
Came here few times because it’s hard to find fresh oyster in town because we can easily get sick of the oysters aren’t fresh. Pretty happy with the oysters here and especially the seafood. Like that you can choose different fish for your fish and chips. 😊 🦞 …

提供來自各國的生蠔，高質新鮮，沒有腥臭味，價格由三十多元至六十多元一隻，豐儉由人。其他海產熟食選項繁多，亦否提供少量肉類、小食、沙律及意粉。酒水當然大量供應，有红白酒及啤酒等。但論西環或大坑店面積也較细小，最好預先訂枱，以免撲空。
Boston lobster in herbs sauce with fries and veggie salad at HK$188 plus 10%.
The Chinese staff with a man bun is a little over-confident. The oysters and wine arrived quite promptly but had to wait, prod and wait some more for the salad. 25 min for salad is.. not good service when I can see kitchen stuff hammering… I suspect the order was not put through the first time. Lost the buzz from the wine whe waiting.
Food is great, not pricey just stick with oysters

Seafood Stew – must try
Looking for a fresh oysters around in sai ying pun with different type of seafood menu that will let your craving satisfied. I can recommend that this restaurant is one of the best choice that you must try, with a helpful and kidlmd staff- thank you for offering me a good hot lemon tea, probably I’ll be back here .
