新淡的食物，價格合理。

This is my 2nd visit to Tam Chai Noodle. We went here for dinner after going to HK museum of history. Located just across the premise. The place is clean, spacious than their branch in Shatin.
At the time of my visit I was served with one of the friendlier waitress, and able to speak english. We ordered non spicy broth for kids and the Mala (Szechuan peppercorn) for me & wife. Their menu have english translation.
The noodle have slick textures like spaghetti but a little bit chewy. The original broth is delicious but we really like the spicy broth since we both like the flavor & aroma of the Szechuan peppercorn. I recommend to try the least spicy if you’ve never taste Mala before, since the flavor might not be for everyone.

抵食。每人消費约50
上個月加完班10點幾收工等緊巴士，突然肚痛就入去借厠所後宵夜。
好戲上演在進入厠所第三分鐘，先感到厠門被推動三下繼而聽得出一條洗厠所的水柱。就純熟沖著我厠門再向旁邊擋板猛射，我義不容辭準備衝出去看看。 古語有云 我在明人在暗 門開不了（被反鎖），狹窄的廁所空間，怎料到木門和厠門中間被放置上防滑顯示牌剛好緊封。可見用心良苦的提醒”注意！小心地滑”

Good taste.
Seating was comfortable enough. Waitress take order promptly and food was delivered fast. The beef could be more tender. Chicken wings are good. Met my expectation for a fast convenient lunch.

雲南米線的店鋪，米線唔會太淋味道 keep到水準， 所以佢哋間間味道差不多。
好好吃，吃完只有滿足而已，期待下一個好吃美食
普通米粉的價格約為 30 港元。
和香。就個人而言，我喜歡味道濃烈的食物，所以我真的很喜歡，但對於那些討厭它的人來說可能很難（剛開始只吃一勺的時候濃烈的香味會讓人尷尬，但吃下去就會上癮它）。
然而，我忽略的是，我是用現金支付的，因為MASTER / VISA 不起作用。
Food was slightly more salty than our liking. Service from staff was prompt. Environment was cleaner than those cha chaan teng.

可以以合理的價格享用中國麵條和簡單菜餚的連鎖餐廳。面的量基本很大，辣度可以調節。如果是3步左右，就可以吃辣了。
米線的質量好，無論湯底以及配料上，都絕不馬虎，而且價錢大眾化，性價比很不錯，所以難怪他們會受到某個日本財團青睞，並且把其收購
內有洗手間，只可付現金。
味道一般，店舖坐位間隔尚可，(員工服務態度極差，食物頻頻出錯。)
平均水平高過三哥，棘味控制次次幾乎一樣，服務員文化水平略高，湯米食完唔會多喝水，收現金！連充值卡服務費都省埋。廚房算企埋！
This restaurant is the very original flag shop of Tam Jai Yun Nam Mixian noodle, now city wide located. It is very good to taste yun nam rice noodle and also good to have a quick meal in your busy city life.
It serves rice noodle in various choices flavours of soup, clean, mara spicy, Hunan spicy, sour spicy etc. And you can also chose the level of spicy from 0 to 10.
