Food quality is not particularly good. Service is however even worse. All staff were not welcoming.
Waited 40 minutes for a tempura set, when everyone else finished the meal already.
星期四的dinner hours,在尖沙咀K11 Musea,居酒屋一類中價日本餐廳,一定是旺,所以要訂位,不建議walk-in。
餐廳裝修不錯,空間寬敞開揚,私人空間足夠。餐桌大多靠邊,牆下是沙發椅,對面則是低靠背椅。一條大走廊,令餐廳有足夠採光。員工服務親切,會細心介紹餐牌。
我和朋友沒點套餐,點了前菜、炸物、串燒、壽司、主食等。食物份量比想像中多,我們二人都吃得很飽。食物推介是串燒,很多款式都有,各有特色,肉質爽彈,味道濃厚,令人有深刻的記憶。
整體而言,味道及分量中上,價錢亦中上,性價比恰可。

話說朋友生日。佢知道k11 musea開咗好多食店想食下。見最近個市好返少少。就請佢嚟食日本嘢啦。我地book左星期二夜晚7點鐘,入座嘅時候已經半滿。我地被安排坐係L型嘅餐枱。咁樣傾計就會方便啲[笑哭]睇咗一陣餐牌我地最後叫咗壽喜燒美國和牛鍋。加州卷,鰻魚天婦羅,玉子燒同埋茶碗蒸。先上嘅係茶碗蒸,茶碗蒸旦味濃郁,而且入面有勁多配料。味道唔錯。再嚟嘅就係天婦羅,鰻魚肉唔會死實實,而且唔會話炸得啲魚太過老。加州卷上面有勁多蟹料。多到直情係滿寫出嚟。對我呢個蟹子同控嚟講。 我超鍾意食。美國和牛壽起燒。牛肉肥瘦均勻。最後我向大家推介,一定要叫佢個雪芭嚟食。我哋分別點左菠蘿雪芭,同埋椰子雪芭。特別係椰子雪芭。超好食。我同朋友都食到停唔到口。整體來講雖然呢一餐價錢可能會比較貴少少。但係我覺得係食物質素,環境同埋侍應嘅服務態度方面。絕對值呢一個價。 同埋有時都要對自己好啲嘅。間唔中咁樣一餐半餐都可以係對自己嘅一種鼓勵。
Food was good. But dining experience was not as great. Value of money versus the food you get isn’t really worth it.
Can get the same type of food else where for a better price. So you are paying for the dining enviroment and service. Howeverwaitress was indirectly rushing my friend and I to pay our bill.
Nothing special. Standard quality at a slightly higher due to location.
食物一般, 一開始叫個吞拿魚頭盤 (話未有, 無就無啦, 未有其實我係咪可以expect 半-1個鐘頭後會有貨?! 唔清楚呢個對答嘅logic…) 個premium天婦羅炸完出來除左蔬菜類還好外, 其他樣樣都好實, 炸海膽食落無海膽味而且都係偏結實, 炸虾好鞋好實, 呢個天穴真係做得好好多! 個烏冬最無難度出面都食到嘅就最正常…牛舌/白鱔串燒/炸芝士年糕正常
個位都幾窄, 上菜好快, 鯨吞速度都食唔切, d嘢堆晒上檯迫上加迫, service level 好一般…
賣單果陣都未坐滿又唔算忙得一檯叫埋單, 張單埋到來貴左50% 成千五蚊真係嚇親人, 埋咗第二張喎⋯ 搞邊科呀!
食物質素ok但份量較少,價錢偏高,試過就可以了…
“No time to die” 16:00 @ K11 Musea, reserved Kaiyo for afternoon drink before movie. Arrived 14:00 ? lunch crowd still full, almost wanna change mind, but new restaurant, want to try! It’s sister shop next to Velo Italian, advertised to be first rate…..
Greeted at front, not the expected friendly welcome, busy checking my reservation, found, first word out of her mouth was you have 90 minutes. Tables were almost full, I demanded to sit at the sushi bar, less popular area, little more precious space for us! Order a bottle of sauvignon blanc and few Yakitori. Wine was not bad for the price, especially in an high rent mall. Skewers were serving 1 by 1, good presentation and tasty, we started to relax over wine & snack. Sushi chefs were busy serving & preparing right in front of us, I have to give credit, professional & neat ?
Food was good, grilled sushi were tasty, everything was good except overall services, not what I expected in a up scale mall, but perhaps it’s holiday and a little under staff!
In countless choices of Japanese restaurant in HK, this place a 3 out of 5 stars. I like the location, hope they fine tweak the operation, it will be much better!

We were greeted by a drum roll at entrance. Something different. Then, we are fortunate to be seated at the sushi bar where we were entertained by Andy and his skills in making sushi. His passion in making these food is an art and would definitely recommend seating at the bar. Thanks Andy!

A gem in K11 musea for Japanese cusinese. Just a pity no window view in this restaurant. So surprise they offer so many choice for lunch hours. All the dishes we order were nicely presented and tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great time! If u have some budget and like to enjoy a quality relaxing lunch in TST during weekdays, this sure will be one of the choices on your list.

2人坐蠻擠的 用餐環境一般、點了和牛壽喜燒套餐味道一般,尤其是沖繩冷麵 拌醬太多太鹹 吃兩口便沒法繼續,花快$500/人 吃午餐應該有更好選擇…

The food was fresh, the roasted wagyu with uni rice bowl was good, the uni is fresh and tasty and the beef was cooked to perfection, very tender and the portion is quite well. The sushi “rainbow” rolls for me is a must!(as well as the tuna hand roll! Fatty fresh tuna+the ginger slices ??!) The fried tofu is fun haha,the taste is quite nice I’d say. Surprisingly the roasted pork ramen is good as well, again, nice portion! The emerald drink is alright, but maybe I’ll try another one next time. Overall, the service and the decor there is also quite good.

地點好,可惜招呼麻麻,食物都過得去,上飧慢,跟唔到Order,又要限時間交枱,無人跟到交枱時間要人埋單,簡直不知所謂,要老板檢討一下,然後換過D企枱

Vibe was causal and cozy but the wait time for The food is a bit long on Friday night. The place is kept new and location is convenient since it’s at Musea.
Food was average, nothing stood out. Portion is on the smaller side.

Unfortunately the service, especially the front of house person, does not match its high profile location and food.
I took my mum to Kaiyo for a casual dinner after CNY, and when we ask for some napkins, literally, the staff who stand at the reception desk swung by and just showed her impatience on us. Im also disappointed that our hot dishes comes before sashimi, which should be the starter in a standard Japanese restaurant. Are these too much to ask for?
The food is good and fresh. But the menu seem need to update it as it look old style
