高質摩登居酒屋
裝潢設計擺脫了傳統居酒屋的模樣,走高檔路線,摩登雅致,格調高尚。前半部是酒吧設計,後半部份是堂食位置,座位寬敞,坐得舒適。

銀鱈魚西京味噌燒
肉質香滑鮮嫩,入口脂香滿滿,味道咸中帶甜,叫人吃得津津有味。
慢煮牛小排
香氣十足,牛小排的切面呈現出漂亮的粉紅色,吃起來口感嫩滑軟腍,肉味濃郁。
燒日本和牛海膽丼
和牛口感柔軟,肉味香濃,珍珠米飯沾了醬汁味道帶微甜,非常美味。

天婦羅香脆, 雜鋪有魚、蝦、南瓜、番薯;烏冬溫度適中,較為軟淋。

原條鰻魚好足料,鰻魚肥瘦均勻,肉質嫩滑,配玉子多了一入蛋香,口感豐富。

雞肉棒好特別,口感軟身,好易咬散但不會鬆,拌溫泉蛋食更滑嫩。
A Japanese restaurant at K11 Musea. Services are good but foods are just acceptable
Excellent Japanese restaurant. Sushi was simple superb. Ultra fresh fish and most important – rice was done properly, if I would close my eyes, I would tell – I am at one of my favorite sushi place in Ebisu. Sashimi served to my wife was equally impressive. Fresh and tender, melting in mouth. Selection of sake, maybe not that large as in other places but still well representing. Not cheap but quality of service fully justifying a price.
I saw a few negative reviews but I had nothing but great time there. I had the omakase + Yakitori, fish were super fresh and the rice was at superb temperature and hardness.
Food came promptly and sizes were good, although I got to say it isn’t exactly a cheap place but for the quality I got totally worth every penny.
We ordered sushi, grilled fish and a sushi roll. All are tasteless. The sushi rice fell apart easily. The grilled mackeral was dry and obviously low quality frozen source. Feel cheated for a restaurant which charges premium price at a high end mall.
Food is fresh and decent. The only drawback is long time for food preparation

K11 Musea 開幕後,唔少嘅食肆進駐咗,都要用上一段日子先可以食哂咁多間。今日我就去咗「KAIYO Beyond Izakaya 」依間日式餐廳食晚飯。
店面俾人一種高貴典雅嘅感覺,服務員態度和藹親切。食品選擇多元化,壽司、刺身、小食、燒物、炸物、串燒、天婦羅、壽喜燒、拉麵、烏冬、丼飯,各式各樣,應有盡有。飲品方面亦都係咁多元化,啤酒、烈酒、燒酌、以至無酒精飲料都一應俱全。
燒白鱔:一串三件。白鱔燒得好香口,燒好嘅白鱔口感QQ。
月見雞肉棒:看似一條台灣腸嘅雞肉棒。內裡係雞肉,雞軟骨同洋蔥。本身已經好香口好味,再點埋生蛋漿,非常之好味道。
慢煮小牛排:入口可以感覺到塊小牛排嘅油脂分布,肉香油香鮮明。小牛排先慢煮再把面頭煎香,肉質鮮嫩,外脆內嫩。依道菜嘅好食,價錢又合理,真係誠意推介大家呀。
Kaiyo壽司:點餐/菜式最好玩嘅地方,就係唔知道菜會係咩嚟。依個Kaiyo壽司確實係好有驚喜,吞拿魚蓉、海膽同三文魚籽,連同調咗味嘅壽司飯,好精緻咁放喺一個魚子醬盒裡面,面頭仲有魚子醬同金簿做裝飾,賣相精美到唔捨得食呀。依道菜叫做Kaiyo壽司,因為附上了紫菜,俾你包住嚟食。吞拿魚蓉、海膽同三文魚籽好新鮮,三種材料分開食,同全部包埋一齊食都好正。
燒和牛海膽丼:眾多嘅主食當中,我揀咗依個燒和牛海膽丼。海膽同剛才嘅Kaiyo壽司一樣出色,非常之鮮甜。燒和牛更是一絕,塊數唔止多,燒好咗嘅和牛仍然可以睇到油花。燒和牛片入口香濃美味,有好幸福嘅感覺呀。
餐廳嘅環境比較昏暗,裝修得好靚,店員都好有禮貌咁點頭打招呼,然後走過來細心介紹下今日嘅飛機貨,有邊幾款海鮮。
我叫咗芝麻雞翼同埋吉列廣因為呢兩樣食物本身係我個人嘅最愛,食物一嚟到熱辣辣,擺盤仲好靚,雞翼勁香芝麻味,而且炸得啱啱好,入邊仲好有肉汁,吉列炸蠔就大大隻,好juicy呀。好想食多幾隻!好欣賞呢既炸物,唔會好厚粉醬,仲好脆。
跟住叫壽喜燒雖然價值$398,但真心物超所值,佢雖然只得3塊肉,但其實三塊都係大大塊,而且一睇個牛嘅花紋就知靚野,油脂分布得平均,食落口唔會覺得好油膩,建議煮八秒,肉味香濃,未去到入口即溶,壽喜燒汁加蛋漿令到成件事好滑,唔需要任何調味都好好食,不過如果有跟返飯食其實會更好,因為好味到連啲汁都想撈飯食。
最後我哋叫咗個鵝肝種牛飯,個鵝肝煎得啱啱好,非常香口又唔會好油,又有啲甜味,撈落飯嗰度係一流,至於啲和牛我估係煎既,七成熟,仲睇到花紋,都幾多塊,食落口有半溶感覺,我比85分!飯就吾洗講一定係珍珠米,正,下次會試海膽和牛飯。
太慘了~~~
不能出去旅游,朋友找上我去一嚐高級日本菜,他找上了這間富有格調的日本餐廳。
餐廳分了前中後三個設計 前面大廳旁邊有一個酒吧, 中間內堂是和風設計,雖然不像日本傳統的是包廂, 牆壁就是採用通花設計, 就好似日本的和紙窗花一樣。 餐廳配以紅色牆身和紅色梳化椅子上咖啡色的木牆身成個感覺很東瀛設計。
最內部的用一條紗簾隔開的包廂設計, 可以容納八到九個人。
來到高級餐廳食日本菜當然要一嚐平時很少食到的魚生啦!
火炙大吞拿魚腩, 吞拿魚非常香非常值得一試 魚油滿瀉香味濃郁再三回味。 因為新鮮經過火 火炙一下 完全冇魚腥味
燒日本和牛鵝肝丼, 和牛燒得好香,和牛油脂分泌平均,鵝肝煎得好香, 入口即溶, 外脆內軟,配上米香十足的日本米,一絕也。
蒲燒鰻魚丼, 所用的米飯當然是日本米,口感極佳,配上鰻魚燒汁讓人有吃完一口再有想吃一口進食。
燒黑豚肉白蔥串, 黑豚肉油脂分泌平均, 配上白蔥串, 獨特的香甜帶出黑豚肉嘅香味。
燒白鱔, 燒得剛剛好,肉質非常彈牙,鮮甜。但小心有小剌。
他的串燒做得不錯,可以點幾串送酒!
放著現代日本輕音樂, 樓底很高,就算餐廳坐門人都不覺得很嘈吵, 餐廳燈光不算明亮, 影相如果打燈效果會更好, 最適合同朋友談天說地。
朋友跟我訴說最近要解決人生入面一個大問題,如其說是問題,不如説是完結一個試練, 脫變成長,重新洗牌。對過去的自己說一聲感謝,再次出發。 人生匆匆幾十年, 要懂得愛錫自己, 才能有能力愛錫他人。 不後悔, 每一件事都是最美好的安排。 曾經擁有的快樂是真的, 只屬於你和他獨有的記憶, 埋藏在心底裏最深深處, 偶爾回想起, 原來曾經有一個人,你是深深愛上過, 但最終不能走到最尾, 只可以在遠方希望他活得更好。

Attracted by the stunning Kaiyo roll composed of fatty tuna, sea urchin, caviar and salmon roll, I came here for dinner but ended up feeling disappointed. Overall, it was a bit gimmicky and overpriced while the food quality wasn’t as high. The staff here was very attentive though.
Food and service was Ok
but the music was too loud
need to improve.
The comments below say it all: bad service, bad food (except the wings but unfortunately only TWO wings – for 60hkd) and small portions.
時尚裝修,食物價$比較貴,服務很一般,茶餐廳服務水準,有鼓油碟,沒有鼓油,要叫侍應取才有!叫了香霜蟹,針魚,拖羅,雜菜杜庭麵,還有一枝300ml 的清酒,我坐係counter , 食物不用15 分鐘,全部來了,邊有咁快吃得完,張bar 枱都放不下!以這樣的價錢,中高檔,沒有專業的服務,真的是大排檔服務,趕客!
看見㕑師今日推介左有,香霜蟹,叫了一隻,很特別,原來這種蟹是蟹子,蟹膏硬的,蟹肉沒有特別清甜,細細隻,三百元,可以一試
㕑師話香霜蟹是北海道特產,係12 月時令食物,可以一試,不必回頭!
餐廳有這樣新鮮和特別食材,各方面可以有更好進步空間!

Never wrote a negative review about poor service before but this was a huge enough shock. Using English to turn evidently Chinese speaking guests away gave off a heavy, lasting impression that they were being derisive, or scornful, ESPECIALLY after the initial greeting was in Chinese. There were no evident problems conversing in Chinese either.
Curious as to why the language spoken was changed suddenly to explain the circumstances, leaving people who might not have been able to understand English unable to respond (I’m a Native English speaker who was explaining what was happening to another member of our dinner). That girl spoke Chinese to the back and came out to speak English (from our perspective, total flex and condescending). It was immediately a red flag to leave. Felt like there was a classless connotation behind the language switch, especially considering the circumstances.
Note, we were decked in casual wear, but neither were we shabby since we came directly from an upscale hotel lounge.

Waited 1 hour for food and only 4 pcs of sushi and an udon came. Chef at the sushi bar was not busy at all. Chased 3 times and the waiters have no idea what’s going on. Tempura udon was cold.
Not recommended.
And yes, we ordered shabu shabu, it didn’t even come… I paid for the food and left. No one apologized.

壽喜燒用上特色調味湯,和牛配上蛋汁香甜軟嫩!
“Raw eggs and poor service”
The food quality was actually so-so. The beef was succulent however overpowered by the teriyaki sauce. The grilled fish tasted alright to their credit.
Unfortunately, the steamed egg was obviously undercooked and could have easily caused food poisoning.
Their service was in disarray, appetisers were missed, requiring multiple reminders and the waiters were inattentive. When we complained about the raw steamed eggs, they just took the dish away without apologizing nor did they made any amendments.
Our neighbouring guests also had similar problems with their service. It seems like this restaurant needs an urgent rehauling of its management.
Good taste and service, price is acceptable and tend a bit high.

招牌菜之一,當然包括我啦。每一份都係由吧枱壽司
師傅精心打造,即叫即整,所以時間會等得耐少少,
但慢工出細貨呢個就必然咖啦。其實呢個特色卷係
主要由最頂級食材,包括三文魚籽、吞拿魚腩蓉、
魚子醬、海膽同埋金箔分別以一層層咁樣疊上,
一客四卷,份量絕對唔姑寒。吞拿魚蓉入口幼滑細嫩;
海膽鮮甜,帶少少海水原味;三文魚籽粒粒色澤分明,
鹹香四散;魚子醬將層次再提高到極點,
呢個組合可以稱得上為經典呀!

▫ 串燒點一雞一豬是常識吧,但雞肉都要
講少少要求,好似呢個「月見雞肉棒」夾雜左雞肉、
冬菇同埋洋蔥粒合為一既質感。配埋蛋汁一齊食,
做到口感滑溜得黎又可以帶出雞肉既香味,果然一絕;
而「燒黑豚肉白蔥串」亦都有返咁上下份量,
豚肉連住白蔥既香味,覆蓋住整個味蕾,
豚肉質感香滑軟腍,相當好食。

It is overpriced, not underrated.
As a common “concern” (aka complaint) among reviewers, it took unforgivably long to deliver food to the table, which was far less than tasty anyway. Ordered two bowls of rice. One down, one to go. Somehow 30 minutes later the floor staff got the courage to ask if I have got all the food. When asked, the other guy was kind enough to say he would follow it up, never heard from him again. It was another 10 minutes before the missing bowl surfaced.
Not all food were bad. Grilled ox tongue was excellent, then rice was decent, period.
This is one hell of a restaurant I am more than comfortable and confident to tell you to AVOID. If this restaurant finds a way to my list, it must be my BLACKLIST.
Delicate Japanese sushi diner. Chefs deliver fresh food with good skills, would try its signature Kaiyo roll with uni and salmon roe.
Seating arrangement a bit packed. Receive complimentary sweetcorn, overall a good experience.
套餐抵食!?甜品消失不見了!服務需改善!
那天是週未的晚上,在入座前在外面輪候了大約半個小時,剛開始輪候時外面輪候的客人超多,但入座時只剩一枱客人在輪候,最後大約8時30分就入座了。
當晚小編與友人共2人坐在有3位師傅在工作的壽司吧檯的座位,吧檯下面有鉤可掛袋子。裡面的客人滿滿,裝潢高級又型格,燈光偏暗,氣氛不錯。
先點2杯朝日生啤酒-Asahi Super Dry($88/full pint),然後看看菜單,有散點的食物外還有2個套餐,一個是Chef’s Special Menu($698/per person)和另一個是Premium Set Menu($1188/per person),我們就要了一個前者,另外再散點。
這個Chef’s Special Menu($698/per person)有沙律、刺身、揚物、蒸物、煮物、壽司和甘味,共7款,平均約$100/款。
沙律是蟹籽沙律,蟹籽的份量十足,非常爽脆,而沙律是青瓜絲,亦都新鮮。
刺身是2片的油甘魚刺身,上面有些少辣椒,這個組合不錯,只是油甘魚不夠肥美,質感帶點乾。可能是它被放置了很久的關係吧!?因為當時附近的壽司吧枱上有3道菜式預備好了一段時間都還未有侍應來送出,小編看著它們心想:「它們已經變得不美味了」,過了一陣子,原來其中一碟是我們的⋯會發生這種情況要不就是人手不足,要不就是不夠勤快。
揚物是有1隻蝦、1件一分為二的海膽紫菜卷、2隻青辣椒仔、1件白蘑菇、1件冬菇、1件松茸和1片苦瓜,共7款。總括來說,雖然天婦羅漿不算厚,但略嫌油膩,然後蝦就不夠新鮮,蝦肉味不濃,質感沒有彈性。 蒸物是蒸碗蒸,熟成度是適中,但沒有水嫩嫩滑的質感,蛋味正常發揮。
煮物是招牌昆布花膠涮涮鍋,在這個鍋送到來時,侍應想要小編移一移動枱上的杯碟,如果想客人幫忙一兩隻杯碟是可以的,但例如「那杯酒移去右邊多少少、那隻碟拿走、這隻碟這樣放會比那樣放更好」等等這些帶點指揮式的口吻就不太好了。
回題,湯裡有京蔥、杞子、昆布、花膠2片和蟲草花。湯底的昆布味較突出,算是不錯。涮涮鍋有配6片牛肉、2款時蔬、3款菇類和少許烏冬。牛肉的質素就不過不失,肉味和脂肪比例就不要抱很高期望。
壽司是1件蔥吞拿魚腩蓉軍艦和1件海膽壽司。前者就不過不失,略嫌不夠肥美;後者就餘韻帶點微苦,也是不過不失。
正在寫這篇食評時才發現,原來最後的甘味,亦即是甜品,是沒有送到來!難怪沒有相片又完全沒有印象!真可惜!
另外還有散點了1件海膽壽司($68,味道同上)、1件白蝦壽司和1串燒白鱔。 白蝦壽司($108)是將蝦剁成蓉,上面灑了些彩色芝麻。蝦蓉這種食法是小編第2次吃了,第1次是在其他壽司店裡的Omakase中吃過的,小編挺喜歡這種食法。味道上不太能作相比,因為那次是Omakase,而這個蝦壽司的蝦肉味是淡淡的,質感沒有想像中的有彈性,因為不是即時新鮮剁成。價錢偏貴,如果是$68就還可以考慮,要不就試一次就夠了。
燒白鱔($78)的熟成度適中,魚皮燒至脆香,但肉質不夠肥美,肉汁不多,魚味不濃,不過不失。
最後2人結賬共$1241,平均約$620/位。1個Chef’s Special Menu的份量對1個人來說可能會有點多,但如果2個人分就大家都未必吃到同一種食物,例如套餐中的2件不同的壽司、1個茶碗蒸和那1份共7款的天婦羅等等。對我們2人來說這一餐非常地飽肚。
慢煮牛小排,不便宜的午餐,水準合格以上。
Food taste was okay.
We are family of 3 and ordered each main dish which came one by one.
By the time the father finished his dish, mine was served and I was about to finish, my daughter’s order was served.
The kitchen needs to be organized.
U need to be super PATIENT having a meal here. We waited for long between each dish. The staff can be more professional. We ordered two sets of the hkd6xx dinner, but for some dishes, we were offered one set only before we kindly reminded the staff about it. At last we gave up two dishes that they didn’t give us. We expected the staff will tell us what the dish was when he delivered it to us, but turned out he didn’t know what that dish was and needed to ask other staff before he could tell us. More importantly, it’s obvious that there is not enough manpower. We waited for so long between each dish. I even need to serve the tea for myself because the staff were too busy. Regarding the taste , I think it’s just ok only. I would expect higher food quality with this price.
Overpriced. Food was ok but not great. Waitors seemed unfamiliar with the menu, and didn’t even know what the dishes contain. We asked for recommendation for sashimi and asked which cocktails are not so sweet , the waitor seemed not to know anything. Even some basic services like bringing bowls and spoons were lacking.
光顧位於此處的日式餐廳,自然心中明白價格絕不便宜,當日光顧,沒有訂座,六點多到場竟然無位,全部訂滿,足見此處頗受歡迎。結果接待員建議坐吧枱 ,同意後坐上吧枱,才發覺位置相當狹窄,坐得不舒服,加上調酒員距離極近,比較嘈吵。
此處以居酒屋形式出現,其他地方的裝修倒不俗,當晚點了各款食物,有刺身,鍋物,串燒,也叫了飲料,食品水準不錯,而服務員的服務相當有禮,也提供了不少飲食意見。
三個人花費了二千多元,這消費在此區也早在意料之中。
Read the negative reviews so decided to check out how bad it really is. Visited on a Saturday afternoon, tried their waygu beef and tempura lunch sets. Food wasn’t bad but service certainly needs improvement.
We spent 1,000 here for some appetizers which are supposed to be ‘main courses’. Typical worst restaurant with Michelin star price, ‘tiny’ not even can call small amount of food, good looking dishes when take a photo, but we are here to eat not eye pleasing. The prawn salad is finger small… judge yourself if you don’t believe what I say
kaiyo壽司
係一款可以自己包的壽司,仲要擺盤勁靚,睇得又食得。
吞拿魚蓉,海膽,三文魚子放係類似魚子醬罐入面,仲有金箔+魚子醬做toppings,顯得格外高貴。
配上紫菜自己鍾意包幾多都得。一啖可以食晒咁多種食材真係好滿足。
味淋雞泡魚干
基本上去親日本餐廳都會點黎食,每一間燒的時間唔同都會有唔同味道口感。燒得剛好唔會太乾或者拮口,食落仲有少少汁。
牛油果軟殼蟹卷
軟殼蟹炸得好脆,配埋牛油果唔會太油膩。
燒日本和牛鵝肝丼
和牛煎到七成熟,和牛味香,油脂分布均勻,肉都好腍。鵝肝煎得外脆內軟,口感非常好。
整體黎講打卡一流,味道亦好好,但係服務員態度麻麻。哩個價錢唔應該只得咁既服務,希望可以改善,因為都想再番黎食。

有前菜、刺身、壽司、雜錦天婦羅、串燒、丼飯、甜品。
??前菜
最喜歡係個茶碗蒸,超滑(SHU一下就吞落肚),同時有很多配料係入面:冬菇、豬肉、蝦,清清淡淡屬不錯的前菜。
??刺身:金槍魚、油甘魚、甜蝦。
凍冰冰得黎食得出好出鮮,魚味好香無咩腥味,油甘魚既油份食落口已經浸哂出黎,而且兩款都無魚筋位。
??壽司:碎蔥吞拿魚腩、原條海鰻、海膽。
全部即叫即整,紫菜仲好脆,碎蔥吞拿魚腩幾乎滿瀉,魚蓉十分綿滑,蔥花充足。原條海鰻更加係誇張之作,足足有一個木盤咁長,蒲燒汁甜甜地加上燒過既微焦,配埋厚身既鰻魚(仲要無細骨無幼骨)食落口又係滿帶油香。海膽亦都唔吝嗇,份量好多。我選擇食左海膽再食個壽司飯,入口即融呢個形容貼切不過,海膽一點腥味都無 (超難得),亦無半點苦澀,好鮮甜!
??雜錦天婦羅
炸粉非常薄脆,唔會太油,仲可以點埋天婦羅汁加蘿蔔蓉。特別條炸蝦好大條,脆口得黎都好爽口!明副其實做得天婦羅既精髓外脆內爽。
??串燒:燒牛脷、月見雞肉棒
兩串都仲好回味,牛脷豐腴,食起上黎又爽又脆,小小鹽灑係面更覺鹹香惹味。雞肉棒肉質帶咸,不過正正沾上溫泉蛋汁又中和返,一啖點一下認真滋味,啖啖肉!
??卷物:牛油果軟殼蟹卷
清淡而creamy既牛油果配上邪惡既軟殼蟹真係好夾。軟殼蟹明顯即炸,香口又脆卜卜,飯夠實淨,每片牛油果都切得薄薄的,分三塊鋪在卷物上(唔似一般一整塊鋪頂),完美增加左口感!雖然定價$ 128 ,不過味道對得住個價錢。
??丼飯:日本和牛丼
熱辣辣連蓋上枱,和牛有三大片,超腍!牛味超濃,牛汁仲浸入到米飯裡面,配上有咬口既珍珠米,實在滿意!
????環境高雅、樓底好高、枱與枱的空間感十分足夠,坐得十分舒適。裝潢以紅色為主,餐具亦有好日本風。

Authentic japanese dinner
和久未露面的朋友相聚,他說不想食得太Heavy,想清淡一下食日本餐,又要靜靜地,找了很久,決定來到K11 Musea的Kaiyo。
第一次黎,想不到這裏裝修這麼有格調。餐廳門口就是酒吧枱,放滿各種不同種類的酒!樓底很高,牆身都掛有富日本風情的掛畫。全店走紅黑色為主的型格路線!朋友坐低想也不想,便點了阿拉斯加皇帝蟹涮涮鍋,因為她想回味日本蟹道樂的感覺!
前菜先上,有芝麻醬沙律、茶碗蒸和魚仔乾核桃。頗喜歡個核桃,甜甜地好香口!茶碗蒸熱辣辣好嫩滑!
主菜當然是阿拉斯加長腳蟹,份量也不少,長長的蟹腳,晶瑩的蟹肉,看得出的新鮮!湯底選了壽喜燒鍋,
鍋底滾起,便迫不及待將蔬菜放入去!蔬菜盤的份量也不少,有金針菇、冬菇、娃娃菜、菜心、豆腐等,仲跟了個烏冬!
這個壽喜燒鍋底,配新鮮蔬菜剛好,完全不會搶去蟹的鮮甜味道。蟹肉新鮮得食到微咸的海水味!肉質也彈牙爽口!最欣賞是已經預先開好殼,所以蟹肉一撕即出,啖啖肉!這鮮甜無疑是日本的感覺,令人不禁想起了日本的味道!
跟餐還有餃子和魚蛋,魚蛋彈牙得很,餃子也足料,開頭我們以為還要點其他食物,但是吃着吃着,都吃了差不多兩個小時!
跟餐的烏冬,煙韌有咬口,滑嘟嘟,撈上芝麻醬和香葱,令人食唔停口!我們兩個人食完個餐最後食埋甜品泡芙,感覺大滿足!
這裏環境一流,食物選擇亦十分豐富,壽司、和食、火鍋種類繁多,用料亦新鮮,和朋友相聚又或者見客,都是一個十分不錯的選擇!
音樂太,射燈射住塊面,令人好唔舒服
好友生日,和她來到K11的「KAIYO」居酒屋食晚飯慶祝。雖說是日式居酒屋,但裝潢走現代摩登路線,紅白為主的顏色配搭,高樓底的寛敞環境,配合昏暗燈光,加添幾分神秘感。坐bar 枱的客人,還可以邊吃邊欣賞幾位靚仔廚師的手藝呢!我們叫了一份一人前套餐加一份壽司share 食。套餐$698,非常豐富。
《前菜》有沙律菜,小食和蒸蛋,小食是合桃混合魚仔,蒸蛋滑不溜口。
《味噌湯》咸淡合宜,內裡有豆卜和海帶
《刺身:金倉魚、油甘魚、甜蝦》
刺身肥美新鮮, 油脂分佈均勻
《壽司:碎蔥吞拿魚腩、原條海鰻、海膽》
原條鰻魚非常吸睛,充滿氣勢,吞拿魚腩壽司和海膽壽司非常鮮甜美味。
《雜錦天婦羅》炸粉非常薄脆,炸後外脆內爽。
《串燒:燒牛脷、月見雞肉棒》
牛脷燒至剛剛熟,吃起來又爽又脆,鹹香惹味。
雞肉棒沾上溫泉蛋汁一齊食,又另有一番滋味。
燒烤後外脆內嫩,
《日本和牛丼》
迷你的和牛丼有3塊和牛,和牛豐腴,口感香軟嫩滑,咬多幾下,頓感口內充滿香濃的油脂。不可不提的還有日本的白米飯,雖然吃壽司已吃了很多飯團,但這碗丼飯真令人意猶未盡。

壽司水準相當高,飯與魚生比例剛好,而且魚生夠新鮮,鮮味足。每嚿壽司飯裡面都放有適量的Wasabi,吃起來不會膩滯。

Tried order 3 different main dishes, respectively ramen, curry wagyu don and pork chop don. None of them is available. With regard to the limited food options, I eventually give up ordering any main dish. On the other hand, it took more than 30minutes for a sushi platter to get ready. To be fair the food is above average but the overall service is disappointing.
The food is good but the service is a bit slow.
Don’t waste your time and money. Tastes just okay but super expensive paired with bad service. Your food may or may not arrive.
The table next to ours waited for their boring udon for over 45 minutes while they brought out food for the other person at the table It was all very awkward. After waiting for my main for around 30 minutes, I asked about my order several times.
Bad food. I mean. Really bad. But the portions are super small so at least you won’t have to gulp down too much garbage.
And everything will be delivered by the slooooowest service ever. So don’t worry. You’ll have HOURS to recover between plates of nasty, gross food.
Be prepared to have several dishes forgotten or misplaced or delivered in a weird order.
