probably one of the dirtiest franchise in the city that also dont sell burgers past some time because they just have no clue what’s going on 🤦♂️ …
這是西營盤唯一的麥當勞，幫助街坊不用外出也能吃到麥當勞漢堡包，也是好事！
2nd times. I ordered 4 chicken wings for takeaway, but there was only two pieces of chicken wing when i checked the package in my room.

As usual McDonalds is okay but it’s not like before, when they used to maintain their standards and quality control. There are couple of places I’ve been served soggy fries and chicken nuggets. I noticed that when they have remaining fries and chicken left, they just refry them and serve.

Waited for half an hour and then received cold unedible food. With no apology for the wrong order or waiting time. It was so bad I had to throw all of it away (chips were half cooked, salad in burger was bad, ice had completely melted in drink and diluted it). Whilst I was waiting the girl on the counter messed up at least 50% of the orders and instead of dealing with the problem she just took her phone out and stared at that whole time while all the customers pleaded for her attention. This is terrible even for MCDONALD’S the standards couldn’t be lower, if I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S NO MATTER HOW HUNGRY YOU ARE.

We’ve been here 4 times over two weeks and on all occasions chips were cold, old and unsalted. I love McDonald’s chips, it’s one of the only reasons I still eat at McDonald’s, particularly when on holidays and I want something familiar to break up meals. I have never had chips from McDonald’s this bad before. Their burgers also come cold like they’ve been sitting out for too long. The staff also forget to provide straws for their drink and you have to ask for it.
The nuggets today were also cold, dry and tasteless. Considering I was one of two customers I have come to the conclusion that food is made in a batch in the morning and left out to sit until served. Where is the quality control?
Their saving grace is that they are the only McDonald’s in the area. If there were more options we would not have returned. If this is the local standard, I’d think twice before eating at McDonald’s in Hong Kong again.
