Beware! Short-change artists.
I went there twice and was short-changed each time. First for 20HKD, second for 5HKD. It’s very intentional. When challenged the gal didn’t even bother to pretend to have been confused. She just called over the manager and had her open the register and corrected the 5 mistake. The other, first, time I was cheated I didn’t catch it until I left the place.
Normal MCDs food, but dishonest management.

員工经常遲到由其早上7点，经理無能，外面经常只得一個清潔工在售賣机前收銀打單及执餐比客，買一個餐经常等要20分钟至25分鈡，因经理一人在裡面煮餐，全餐廳得2個人做嘢，因此好多客都等得不耐煩，掉轉頭一边嘈一边走人，唔該贵公司派啲高層落此店觀察吓及改善一吓，因此店真的唔掂。管理方面绝对有問题！！！！

這家麥當勞等候時間超長，經常看見客人在投訴，好像跟其他麥當勞的 SOP 有嚴重脫離
Stop by and try the different menu item from the states since mc D has regional differences. This time I tried the Tokyo night burger!

外賣試過畀少醬/餐具（早晨全餐），畀少薯條等等，亦試過 staff 無 check 清楚，外賣被人攞走出門口，對方知道拎錯先拎返嚟換。
漢堡、薯條很香，咖啡也很好喝。贊一個！
The service isn’t so bad, but the place is really small. No sinks and toilets. Tables are limited. But there is wifi though.

服务太差, 没有人收走食完的托盘。 又有人在座位睡觉，把脚摆上凳著座位上. 看见也呕心。

This is just another MacDonald’s restaurant in Sai Ying Pun, with quite a lot of people, and is extremely busy during the short lunch hour. Queues can be up to a few minutes, and after ordering food sometimes takes ten or so minutes to get to your hands. I recommend eating at other, more local destinations instead of at this fast-food chain.

The worst McDonald’s branch in HK island… They are just born to embarrass you in the public, even if it’s their fault at all. 👍 …

Food was much better here than McDonald’s in the US. Got the Angus Original. The bun was nice and crunchy on the outside, but soft in the inside. The meat was tasty and the sauce was pretty good. However, the cheesy bacon fries were not good at all. The fries in the US r better. This place is really tiny. It’s only 1 floor, no restrooms and fits under 20 tables that each seat only 2 people. I will still go back 4 the food and take it to a park nearby.
