the English translation in the menu was laughable. the ma la soup base was mediocre. pork smelled bad and the fish ball tasted rotten. what’s worse, some customer actually smoked indoor. disappointed and very bad start for a new restaurant.
They offer mainly Sichuan style Chinese at reasonable price. The food was not impressive for me, but the service was good and the portion was quite big. I will revisit it if I want to have some spicy food nearby.

Sezchen cusine become more popular in HK
Regardless most hk people can not eat spicy because Cantonese cuisine is more mild and fresh.However hk people love to eat spicy food to show off they are candle hot spicy food.
I order a sweet potato noodle with hot and spicy fish soup.
Although the fish is not fresh and tender,the soup help me to ignore the smelly fish.
The sour and spicy match perfectly which absorb by the noodle.
I recommand goose intest

One of my favourite places for traditional hong kong soup noodles❤️ ordered a ball of flat rice noodles (hor fun) with cuttlefish balls and fish dumplings. I would say the cuttlefish balls are seriously the best I have had in Hong Kong😍 bouncy texture with some small dices of cuttlefish inside! Freshness overload🤣 definitely recommend to add some of their homemade chili oil to your bowl of noodles if you are a fan of some spice🔥 I’m sure the sauce will not disappoint your craving for some heat🤫
