美人鍋味道好，材料新鮮，服務也好。
With the exception of the panoramic view, I have nothing positive to say about this place (especially the food quality)! For instance, they didn’t even bother to brew their own oolong tea but served the diners with store-bought one (see pic)!

Great ambience, eating in front of the world famous HK night view. Food is up to expectations, must try the chicken soup hot pot. Authentic taste with good portions. Cocktails maybe a little too sweet.
Salmon and Tuna rice is fresh and nice. The order of the food coming is different from Japan culture, need a bit of adjusting.
Visited again yesterday and the natural ingredients maintained well. Just disappointed with how their team could not managed the crowd queuing process. Attitude and morale from previous has dropped one or two level. 🙁
Update: on our second visit, also for lunch at noon on a weekday, they didn’t limit our seating time. Much better!
Original review: they wanted to limit our seating time to one hour. This was for lunch on a Wednesday at 12nn. We left immediately.
Absolutely ridiculous for a premium restaurant like this. They wholeheartedly just want you to pay and get out as quickly as they can make you.
Worse than McDonald’s in this regard.

An enjoyable lunch with relaxing ambience.
Great Japanese restaurant. Love their menu! The chicken stock pot is incredible! The shrimp and avocado rice paper rolls are refreshing. Enjoyed the cold sake with he amazing Victoria Habour view. Staff are sincere and nice. Thanks for giving us an awesome dining experience!
Terrible experience. When I booked I asked for a seat by the sea, but when we were there it didn’t happen. We had to cancel an item because it took too long, and the food is overpriced. The chicken soup is okay, but it’s just chicken soup. The fried chicken was horrid, with neither crunch nor crispiness on the surface, and the homemade tartar sauce was bland.
Chicken with taste of chicken, japanese chicken. Sometimes, add in the fish is tasty too. Finish with the congee consist of all the freshness from the soup.
個雞煲正到喊，叫左碗飯整湯飯，成煲清曬。 ：）

very tasty chicken pot, vegetables very fresh, staff friendly and helpful, but portion very small, at $380/pot, I expected half chicken but there was only 1 chicken leg….. my 2 years old could eat it all by herself…..
Nice view, but the portion was bit small, for two, exclusive hot pot option , need to order fried rice, bowl noodle and side dishes as only, a half chicken for hot pot at HKD380.00. Beverage around HKD88 per glass, if u go for happy hour, find a pub would be better.

I had a terrible experience in this restaurant except for panoramic view.
First of all, servers English is horrible. When I order food they just stare at me as if ‘what do you say’. I noticed that not only my table some other table with foreigners.
2nd, I ordered 2 cups of draft beer. I got one beer in proper time, but couldn’t get my 2nd beer for my brother. As I wished to make cheers, I waited for a while. I confirmed about my 2nd beer, but the server with poor English looked confused for another new beer. I asked about this to the manager and made sure total 2 beer was ordered.
Finally, I got my Nabe(Japanese Stew) and sheared it with my brother. Almost after 1hour I ordered, I still waited for chicken BBQ. We almost finished our Nabe. I asked to the manager about this situation. After that eventually I could have Chicken BBQ.
I noticed all other table which is ordered Chicken BBQ, got the BBQ in a proper time.
Even tough I waited so long time, the manager said nothing and didn’t say sorry at all about that situation.
I would never ever visit this terrible restaurant.
來了這裡食了一頓午餐,很幸運被安排了坐在可以看到維港景色的位置,看到有戶外座位天氣不熱時也許都不錯。友人看了餐牌上有DIY 壽司所以試試,擺盤出來很有精緻,還付插圖教學,可依圖示自製手捲,很有點子。而我呢都是怕弄到一團糟,而目測其他人士多數點拉麵,所以都是點炸雞拉麵吧了,餐後附芝士蛋糕做甜品及飲品。整體來說食物味道一般,但環境舒適。

下午茶High tea不便宜，用網站登記生日即可享半價優惠。
晚飯美人鍋配料有雞有牛，湯底已雪成啫喱狀，然後再鍋內慢慢融化。配料新鮮，配上上湯很滋味。
店員即場在客人面前切牛油果三文魚沙律及調味。
生日朱古力糖漿字句可免費放在已點甜品碟上。
Nice food, good view, friendly staffs. Its so nice for dining here, and their food mainly with chicken. They also have outdoor seatings but staff said only will open after Sept of 2017.
Remember to book your table before you come, otherwise you will have to wait outside for long queue, even there is table inside. And walk-in customers will only arrange with bar table, that without the seaview.
Surprisingly not bad! The chicken and veggie are fresh and tasty. The pot come with two bowls of rice (can also choose ramen), which taste good by mixing with the soup.
At the rear end of LCX, a new extension area of Ocean Terminal with magnificent harbour view, high CP value.
The waitress insisted to pour all food into the pot in one time, and was annoyed when we tried to stop her…

景觀十分開揚，但食物質素真係一般，午餐大部份食物都只係微暖，味道普通，同日本的爭條街
Service is horrible. Bartenders keep gossiping about their own staffs in front of customers. Their food also tastes bad and not fresh.
Nice environment, very good looking food display, taste not worth the price and air conditioning is a bit week as most of the table are doing this little hotpot.

A very decent Japanese Restaurant in Harbour City. It locates beside the Victoria Harbour. Perfect view and nice Collagen chicken hot pot. Special food design of the other menus also. Cocktails there are up to standard. The price is a relatively high but reasonable for decent Japanese food. Range from 200-400 per head.
Yummy egg soufflé, very special.
Cosy seat and nice sea view. Good price for this quality.

海景第一排，全無遮擋，維港夜景很美。建議提早預約靠窗座位，或考慮坐在室外。
美人鍋濃鬱，滿滿的膠原蛋白；美人卷清爽，搭配起司增添了風味，二種招牌都健康好吃。甜點麻糬冰淇淋也很推薦！ (走地雞倒是有點太乾，下次不會再點)
服務在香港算很是不錯了，預訂會手寫歡迎卡片非常貼心，店員有禮貌，只是比較忙，常常忘記加水。如果點美人鍋，記得先別自己動手，讓店員幫忙下食材，排得美美的~
價位不算很高，兩三百港幣可以吃飽，以食物品質、景觀、服務而言可謂超值。

Atmosphere is good n comfortable. Restaurant has good harbour view. The booth seat is not enough lighting.

Tried their Lunch on Weekday. Portion is good and taste was also very good. It’s a very good quality Japanese Style Restaurant. I am having a JP chicken set. The only problem with this setup is if u do not eat soon enough, the chicken will get rough and not tenders. Others are very good indeed. Only complaint is the rice. I am sure they use JP rice but the quality and soft and sweet part of the local JP rice are not there. Hope they can change the rice quality.
Again, good food and good location with perfect HK Victoria Harbour view. What can u ask for more?
