Quite small. Fast option
There is a Starbucks located on the ground floor of the ibis Hong Kong Central & Shueng Wan that is open from 7am to 8pm daily.
This is a good alternative to the breakfast at ibis and one of the only ‘western’ cafe, coffee shop options right near the hotel. The expected range of coffee, pastries, seating and staff service are on offer. I didn’t find them different to other Starbucks franchises tried around Hong Kong Island over the years.
In the end, this is a very convenient option if you are staying at the ibis hotel in Sheung Wan. For proper coffee and breakfast, you’ll need to walk 10+ minutes east to similar and better available coffee shops and

Ordered a pastry via Mobile Order. After waiting near the pickup counter for a while, I enquired about my order and found out that the barista had put it behind the counter 10 mins ago without any announcement. It wasn’t even busy at all. I should have demanded it to be reheated back to hot crispness and put on a plate with a fork, instead of paying to eat it barely lukewarm and soggy inside the paper bag. Certainly started me with a black mood on Chinese New Year.
天氣炎熱，但空調不製冷。
天氣很熱，所以我點了一杯 Venti 大小的冰美式咖啡，但飲料有點涼。像韓國星巴克一樣很冷，完全沒有夏天的感覺。而且好像是香港店的通病，不過我覺得衛生不是很好。

星巴克跟日本的一樣，就不說了。重點是靠窗的吧台座位。悠閒地望著外面，人、車、電車來來往往。您可以度過只有在香港才能品嚐到的時光。它也非常適合查看當天的日程安排。
