Just had pour over. Was pretty watery and weak. One of the other reviews mentioned the difficulty of getting a good strong pour over in Hong Kong and it’s true. This place is an example of that. Will update when I try the espresso.
One of the first single origin coffee place in Hong Kong. Great hand drip, wide selection of beans, good salad and cake. Staff are friendly and can recommend beans according to your taste.

Had pesto lingini and mocha white coffee. Good food and coffee. Very extremely noisy when lots of people, but I guess Hong Kong is a noisy place.

Possibly one of the worst chai lattes I’ve ever had. Shame, as I was with a friend who really enjoyed her coffee!
Maybe I just made a bad choice but it tasted like pure milk as they used a Masala Chai Tea Bag… I gave the latte back and gave them my feedback but nothing else was offered except an explanation that the tea bag taste provides a very light taste – probably worth mentioning on the menu.
Couldn’t find any power outlets. Choppy WiFi. As a remote worker, not a good option. I’ll go back to my favourite spots: Why50 in Sheung Wan or InfinitiC in Kennedy Town.
Food and coffee should improve.

還有二樓(洗手間)。
平日下午相當熱鬧，
幸好吧檯有位。
排除 Ethiopia、Gesha，
要了Costa Rica。
咖啡師注水運力巧勁，
燜蒸後一注水完成，
中間水柱保持纖細，
旋、停、快、慢，利落。
“會有橙味、Caramel、nutty。” 咖啡師介紹。
第一口，橙味微微透出，
甜度不俗，
乾淨。
往來多熟客，
都跟店家聊上幾句。

Go for the coffee and an extra special one at that. The food, well, I didn’t like what I had there a whole, like to the point I wouldn’t tell anyone to eat ‘X’. But the coffee is the champ here.
Latte here is noticeably different from other coffee shops. It has less aroma, but milder and comes with more fruity notes. It seems like they don’t use the beans they sell in the shop, otherwise would have bought some to try at home. Cool space with lunch options as well.
Want a cup of nice coffee? Either an espresso or pour over? This place won’t disappointed. Experienced staffs are more than happy to recommend what kind of beans to suit your taste. The place are cozy, suitable to have a break and chat with your friends. However, food (sandwiches, cakes) are just so so. Well, it’s common to this kind of cafe.
They have good coffee. But unfortunately there is no charger station.

裝修有啲品味嘅cafe，午餐時人來人往，但為咗一餐好嘅都係要等嘅。
食牛油果+雞肉pasta，好creamy 同雞肉好香，牛油果都好足料。
加個americano 真係可以同同事慢慢喺度嘆。
Cake is too sweet, they want to pack 4 unrelated people in small table…not good for social distancing
