Pastries are nice but we had a coffee and a chocolate drink and they’re too diluted (could barely taste the chocolate, felt too watery) . The drinks are not rich enough, the pastries are worth trying. The app is also very convenient.
Love the peanut butter condensed milk latte so much! The energy of the staff is great too!
Visited twice recently. Both of them tasted not so good ( the only good thing is relatively less expensive when comparing to other coffee shops nearby ) 😂 …

This is the single best cup of coffee I have ever had
Great friendly staff and value for money coffee. The peanut butter and condensed milk coffee is a must try. Kids will also love the Baby Yuen Yeung.
Bad experience
Takeaway coffee. The small sized coffee here is cheaper than most places but they don’t pay for indoor seating so it makes sense.
They have a mobile app but that’s not new in the industry. The taste of the coffee is acceptable, however, the coffee taste is quite weak (maybe it’s a single shot of espresso instead of a double shot) They have Nutella and Peanut butter lattes which are unique. Overall, average for central.
The almond milk has white particles floating in it but seems to taste fine , kinda disappointing

Super friendly staffs! Ordered ahead of time using the app and got the order right on time. The flash black tastes amazing 🙂
Two days in a row when I ordered oat latte, the staffs ordered me a normal milk latte. Imagine a customer who’s allergenic to milk – how dangerous is that?! When I pointed out to the staff, I was told that it’s ok they will change to oat latte without additional charges. Even the barista confirmed it will be oat latte. When I was delivered the coffee, they once again confirmed it’s oat. So i left with my takeaway coffee only to find out it was NORMAL milk latte! For payment, staffs didn’t know the payment method Alipay can be used until being correct by another colleague. I think the coffee is okay, but giving customer what they don’t want is really really a bad experience. Staffs seem very clueless – one was just focusing one watching video on her phone the entire time. Obviously this startup is expanding too fast to get their staff trainings aligned.
Nice coffee nice staff
I love their store front, so bright and vibrant that just looking at it had me feeling reenergised and revived😂 It also reminded me of the TV series, The Flash, of which I watched a full one or two seasons years ago all because of their great casting for the role of Barry Allen i.e. Grant Gustin😉
Anyhow, I love that they added a tiny symbol next to each item on the menu that have no sugar. They also offer soy milk, almond milk and almond milk as non-dairy alternatives😍
I really enjoyed their cappuccino, smooth and foamy with a rich coffee aroma, perfect for a Saturday morning!

Arrived 10 mins before pickup time and they told me to wait for 15 mins, patiently waiting for nothing, then they will tell you to wait for another 15 mins in a non peak hours. Take note that I have placed the order 50 mins before my pick up time.
Ordered two large drinks, but they weren’t filled anywhere near the top of the cup :(. Pictures on the app are misleading.
Well, this “Oatly Cappuccino” tasted awful but I will give it another chance, gonna try Hong Kong Signatures next time!

The coffee is as good as at some higher-end coffee shops, for a very affordable price. Ordering through the app is super convenient.
