無良心，不善待孕婦 Bad service to Pregnant Woman
A pregnant woman walked in with her partner to order take away. The staff did not allow the pregnant woman to wait inside the shop. They told the woman to wait outside where construction work (bamboo scaffolding) was taking place.
店員唔俾孕婦係店內等外賣，要孕婦係出面等，出面仲要搭緊棚

來到這間cafe先知無手沖，心想轉去第二間飲，看看它的house blend 竟然係Fruity 就叫左Flat white 少奶，厚度是我想要，taste blueberry n raspberry 未段很出，喜歡Fruity Blend 的你，值得一試。

This is a cozy little Cafe. Usually full in the lunch time. Price is above average but the food quality is worthy of the cost if you want to find quality food nearby.
新鮮制作的熱騰騰早餐漢堡，熱朱古力配上美麗拉花。店員友善。
食物物質素唔差，牛油果雞蛋雞漢堡都好好味，配搭唔會點輸，用料都新鮮，雞肉唔老，好味。

A lovely cafe in Sheung Wan. Their salmon croissants, spicy fries, and scones are delicious, and on top of that the staff are always really kind.

Simple but nice. The breakfast taste yum. Cannot ask for more. Great place to come and start the day with and catch up with friends. The tomato and Avocado taste heavenly.
上環辦公室區營業時間短又貴租…幾十年來此街晚上又冇咩客…大家要理解所以成本高……

Cute coffee place with a lot of options on the menu. Coffee is good but they charge extra for non-dairy milk. We ordered at the same time and the scrambled eggs came 10min after the big breakfast. Food was average but not worth the price.

不誠實，廚師明明知道牛油果變壞，還繼續給我，因為上碟是牛油果的背面，我初時沒有發現，食的途中掉下來就看到，跟侍應說了，不但沒有取消單，連一句對不起也沒說，還要去問問如果，回覆給我新的幾片牛油果！！
Seats are limited. But the food and coffee are of high quality. Attentive service. Enjoy their hearty all-day breakfast with flat white.
We ordered take away latte and flat white! The temperature were just alright. The aroma was so rich as well. We ordered it with house blend(or either seasonal blend), more fruity in taste, a bit lighter and refreshing!
Do not order the french toast. It’s just two enormous slices of french baguette fried in oil. The inside is hard and cold and the outside is greasy. It’s clear this cafe has no idea how to make french toast. Totally inedible and very disappointing.

Super yummy Hokkaido soufflé cheese cake and pineapple cake, great texture and low sugar, going well with our coffee.

The worst experience I’ve had in Hong Kong for the last 10 years. The rudest staff I’ve met in Hong Kong for the last 20 years. Decided to cancel our orders and leave so cannot comment on the food.

The manager of this place was very friendly. Coffee was good. I only got an oat milk latte for takeaway, which was basic but it was good. Would definitely come again if I’m ever in Hong Kong.

Very rude staff, we came in for drinks around noon time, we understand there’s also lunch service, but when we entered, and let the staff know we want to drink only, one of the staffs immediately loudly say “oh they’re here for drinks only”, like it’s a crime to drink at cafe, and we are not welcomed because we’re ordering drinks only.
And we were asked multiple time, because you only order drink we’ll need to give you a limit of dining time, oh and apparently there’s minimum spend too? I made it really clear we’re just here for one hour, but the staffs were so rude to us, and looked so annoyed because we are just ordering drink.
If you’re opening a cafe, why would you giving such attitude to regular customers? If you don’t want to serve people drinking only and want to make them a must to order food, you could have just stated it, like certain hour need to order with food, but there’s no mention, instead we were being treated rudely like it’s a sin drinking only at a cafe…
Worst experience ever.
