餐廳備有兩款廚師發辦料理,分別包羅十道($498元/人)及十二道($698元/人)串揚,從清淡的口味走向濃郁,招牌菜炸三文魚串配三文魚籽,猶如另類海鮮版的和風「親子料理」。三文魚籽的粒粒脆感,加上豐腴三文魚肉,魚鮮十足。
Such a lovely and authentic new addition to the Japanese food scene. Chef and many patrons were Japanese. There are only two set menus to choose from, but everything was done very well – super tender and fried delicately.

炸物料理的OMAKASE!
之前食過雞肉主題的OMAKASE,這次和朋友試試旁邊的炸物料理的OMAKASE~
和朋友點了一款$698的套餐,共有12款炸物。特別有幾款是小編好喜歡的!首先是炸和牛西冷串,本來以為炸和牛會影響到肉質,但都不會,還很嫩呢~
鯖魚肉質厚實,點蜜糖芥茉醬就一流!
中間做過度的是自家製的麻糬豆腐,超好吃啊~口感既軟又煙韌的,吃得很過癮,哈哈~
之後的燒鰻魚串,嫩嫩的魚肉再加香香的魚脂,回味無窮。
去到最後的炸鮑魚串和炸鵝肝串真是神來之筆,完美的句號~
串燒後是主食,點了稻庭烏冬。湯底不是一般的雞湯,而是有點稠身的湯。吃到中段,加了些青檸,令味道更清新。

The popular “kushiage” (deep-fried skewers) restaurant from Tokyo has opened their first overseas branch in Hong Kong!
They are currently open only at night, and mainly offer two omakase menus of 10- and 12-course skewers ($498 and $698 per person), both including 3 kinds of appetizers, a homemade mochi tofu, a rice or udon and a dessert. Sooo fulfilled and satisfied!
The 12 skewers we had were all served hot and fresh, and the batter was thin enough to allow us taste the real flavors of the ingredients. My personal picks are the [ Wagyu sirloin with truffle sauce ], [ Angel shrimp ], [ Kelp with herring roe ], [ Salmon with salmon roe ] and [ Abalone ]!

Very decent fried Japanese cuisine. Food quality is super but overall a bit oily. After 10 pieces, the texture/taste is a bit similar despite different ingredients.

The interior is very nice and compact, the staffs are friendly. The deep fried set is good, I tried the ten piece set which is $498, it got assorted seafood and veggies. All of them are very juicy and tender, not so oily at all, and the bread crust is thin, the chef did a good job at deep fry. Recommended!

It is not easy to find a deep-fried skewer restaurant in Hong Kong. The choices are limited. I had a omakase menu and tried the seasonal deep-fried skewers in Tsim Sha Tsui. The chef was Japanese and professional! He has the technique to cook the skewers crispy but not oily. Appreciate his attention to customers! The place is great for celebration and having an authentic taste of Japan. Hope to see something different in the next season. Definitely coming back in the future?
This restaurant has left the best impressions! Amazing service, delicious Yakitori, and a overall great atmosphere. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to everyone!
