This is a great cafe, it opens early, is big and has outdoor space for dogs.
Friendly courteous,staff. Dog friendly but not inside. Small functional menu.
Airy and natural surroundings in a large cafe with sockets at every corner for charging your devices. Perfect to while away an afternoon. Music should be lowered down and select some soothing cafe background music. Herbs are grown in-house. Waiters are attentive without being in-your-face. Affogato was good, ice-cream not vanilla-y enough. Kudos to the designer to allocated some space for pets to enjoy the cafe as much as their owners. We need more pet-friendly restaurants and cafes in HK. This place affirms to me of all the ways I love this neighborhood.

While the coffee here is good, the service is sub par. The management should look into providing basic CS training to the staff.
The espresso in the affogato was bad. It was too acidic, couldn’t really taste any aroma.

Great outdoor space with nice wood finishings and a lively soundtrack to boot. Coffee though was much more ordinary with watery cappuccino foam and bland beans for this price point
Ordered a piccolo, flat white and the banoffee croissant at this cafe. Their coffee tastes so watery without any aroma, not even what a capsule would offer you.
Croissant taste okay with banana toffee fillings and chocolate toppings but its like an overnight bread.
Disappointed since the cafe is actually quite full of people.

I’ve been coming here for a while as I can reply emails , usually order coffee and beer. Last week I ordered Priapos Mezze and the eggs where not fully cooked , I got food poisoning, ended up with fever and awful cramps . Today I complaint about this as I understand could be an isolated case but the manager did not even care nor apologize , don’t visit !!
This is probably the best best Elephant Grounds! Great vibes, amazing staff, good coffee, fast wifi… everything you want from a café.
Excellent as always. The only ‘bad’ thing I can say is that they didn’t have any ice cream sandwiches today and the nitro cold brew was down…. I guess that just means I’ll have to come back again!
This is a really nice spot for casual lunch with a friend of somewhere just to grab a coffee and work. Also pretty dog friendly especially the outside seating out front, which offers great views from which to watch the Hollywood road passers by.

Overpriced food. Chewy toast with my avocado toast. The buttermilk stacks is too dense like a hockey puck, I have to cut the pancake with force. Also raw dough was discovered in the lowest stack.
The drinks are fine because I ordered soda and lemonade. But the food is sub par, worst than home cook quality. I am very amazed they charged me that much for a simple toast and pancakes that is not right. Never eat in Elephant Grounds again.

Place has a great vibe, good coffee and good food. Definitely great for an afternoon chill (with coffee and snacks) alone or with a friend, work lunch, afternoon coffee meeting.

Service is friendly, but be prepared to wait when it’s crowded. I don’t mean wait for a seat (there’s that), but wait for your drinks and food. The two times I was here, I waited a long time for just a single drink. I’m now sitting here waiting for, yup, a single cup of coffee. It’s been well over 10 minutes. But you come here to relax and watch grass grow. If you’re in a hurry, grab stuff to go. Lots of pretty-looking freshly baked goodies here. And super animal friendly. You’ll always see dogs (and even cats) chilling in the outdoor area.
I love Elephant Grounds. The staff are friendly, their service is good. The food is delicious, fresh and well-proportioned for brunches and light meals. I love the osmanthus oolong tea and have enjoyed everything else I’ve tried fron the menu. Its a great place to catch up with a friend. Elephant Grounds in Sheung Wan is also kid and dog friendly, though dogs are restricted to the outdoor seating area. Surfaces are cleaned between customers and contactless payment is available.
Love this spot. There’s lots of space, it’s comfy and the vibe is nice with the wooden design and the music. You can really sit there and enjoy your coffee.
The service is friendly. Food and coffee are great. Highly recommend the maguro Poke, it’s crazy good, and their fish fillet Sandro is too. Pulled pork for brunch!

因為一個blogger關係，我開始於這裡點第一個Acai Bowl，那天是6月9號的中午12點。第二天，我跟另一朋友來到，當時是下午1:45，我被告知廚房不接此單，侍應說1230-1400不做Acai Bowl。後來我又介紹了另一朋友來吃，我還1210專程由中環徒步過來，因為不想錯過1230。但今天我想我會是最後一次光顧，1229到，平時有位好友善的短髮同事不在，另一男同事不肯承認他曾經有說過1230前可做這菜式，跟我說以後是1200-1500都不做Acai，還有一位比較生面口的男同事走來用一個不可理喻的例子告知，麥當勞早餐也不會在中午提供，原來他用快餐店跟自己餐廳比較。態度差劣。我不會再介紹其他朋友來此餐廳了，全香港應該不是得你這餐廳有Acai Bowl吧。再講，我從來不吃麥當勞。
一時又話1230-1400，一時又話1200-1500，唔知你地想點。又唔係多人，又唔係忙，個個叫杯咖啡坐足五個鐘，我專程黎幫襯次次都係咁態度。尤其個帶眼鏡身材矮小男侍應，講野不負責任。
Terrible service. Lots of spaces but was told to sit in cramped two seaters between other tables.
After ordering a main and a coffee the waiter just looked at us with this awkward expression and said “That’s it?” And told that we needed to order more because we’re two people. Didn’t even mention there was a minimum charge.
We just left, expected better service from an upscaled coffee shop.

As much as I like the vibe and the Decour of this ranch, the service experience I got here made me only give it a three star. It was a typical brunch on a Sunday, but there were only three servers serving all the tables in the restaurant. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone, especially when specific server only serves, some only take orders. This means we have to try flagging down someone for 5 minutes before we can place our order or get our water refilled.
Really hope they can further look into adding more staff during peak hours like these!
Food and coffee is pretty good, especially the baked goods. The space is great, good views etc. The extra star is for the staff – very friendly, extremely helpful, absolutely lovely 👌🏻 …

I like the spot and elephant grounds but the food is just horrible. Ate there twice. First time had the cornbeef breakfast. It was lukewarm and super oily. Bcoz it wasn’t hot, it was kinda gross, like food soaked in oil. I thought will give it another try, ordered the egg sandwich w shaved truffle. The bread was hard and dry…a local char chan tang makes a better sandwich then them🥲🥲. Pls improve your food coz I really like your cafe!!! Oh there’s not much service, the guy who served me seems to have a bad day but I’m ok with it, I just serve myself.
