上環熟食市場裡的一個店面,中午提供點心,自助式的,要什麼蒸點自己拿,如果要現煎的如蘿蔔糕,就現點,菜市場裡,沒裝潢可言,東西的品質還不錯,星期日還特價!蒸點一律10元(某些除外)

道地港式料理
無論如何都很好。這是一家香港市民的商店，不是旅遊供應商，以熟食為中心。在平日，它是一個表格檢查型商店，您可以在一張紙上進行檢查。您也可以點自己喜歡的茶。價格和圖片可以在網上找到。這家餐廳是最好的，所以我們建議週日或節假日去。從7:30到15:30，價格從$18→$10、$22→$20、$28/蒸飯從30→$20下降。茶是3美元一個。但請注意，平日和周六的全服務將改為全自助服務。對於茶，您將茶葉放入茶壺中並自己提供熱水。天心會打開各種蒸籠，檢查里面的東西，然後拿出你喜歡的。請點油炸食品和米飯。這是一個類似於 Taki Charo 的系統。如果你不知道目標，你就不知道內容是什麼樣的，所以它可能是針對中級玩家的。不過都很好吃，不知道天心的名字也沒關係。

I love this local dim sum place and will always come here when I am in town. Nowadays most of the dim sum are made in a central kitchen but this place, most of the dim sum are freshly hand-made at the stall at very affordable prices. The boss is extremely nice too.

Came in late morning, the hawker store was exceptionally quiet, maybe because the floor overall was a bit too warm (later found out the public air con and ventilation were out of order. I was the only customer there. Ordered an “urn” spare rib chicken “tip” (claws sound too scary for some) rice and siu-mai (dry pork dumpling) n dim sum were “steamed” to order, so need to wait for a while 15-20min. I would say they were worth to wait for as you can tell the ingredients were fresh, with good balance of flavours, properly prepared. I liked diced pork was used for siu mai instead of minced n that gave richer flavour n texture as well as extra bit of meat juice. If not smell a bit spoilt, siu-mai would be very worthy to try. (Ended up didn’t charge me for siu-mai with apologies from the owner, explaining maybe due to ventilation problem). Spare ribs were great too with good proportion of lean n fat, chewy rice n generous portion.
The place was clean n tidy for a hawker food centre. Prices r a little bit more than you would expect for a location like that, but for food quality comparable, if not better, to restaurant standard, should give a try when you r ard the neighbourhood.
The food is delicious, and the price is fair. The male cook is friendly and capable of using different languages to communicate. Do not miss this eatery if you want to have a taste of Hong Kong Dim Sum.

Low key homemade dim sum at a cooked food market. Affordable. All day. Delicious.
I came around 2:30pm so not crowded at all. Still a few regulars hanging out & some picking up takeout.

想去的點心店關門了，看招牌上的點心圖就找到了。
當您訂購時，餃子會立即製作並蒸熟。白鍾元先生說，香港的品質一般，所以到處都是一般的，所以如果你在點心剛出來的時候去，你會嚐到天堂的味道。我同意 120%。
沒想到像鷺梁津魚市場這樣的市場樓上的破店竟然能做到這種味道👍
我點了蝦仁點心、小麥、叉燒包和饅頭，但所有的菜單都太瘋狂了：餃子皮、裡面的硬度和麵包的柔軟度。麵包愛好者一定要試試！
