在二月底的週末, 來到中環山腳, 餐廳面積不大但坐位是一般的迫, 菜式多是簡約組合而成嘅
CAFE MENU, 稍為有特色的是流心牛角酥亦是此店嘅話題作, 不過, 流心係視覺效果, 說實在的當龍蝦湯接觸到牛角酥同時隨即令酥皮不再酥皮,到底除咗比較有趣之外, 好難認同這是個好點子, 不過如果淨係講牛角酥, 以酥論酥,無論外形同剛烤好拿出來那酥皮的口感的確係少有嘅好”酥”,
加拿大野生鮮海膽龍蝦汁意粉+$28 係叫做一場嚟到又試埋啦, 但如果原價$188都係呢個份量嘅話–>就好似唔係咁抵食囉,
飲品方面試咗signature drink (+20) 明白這個富士山係以抽象畫形式表達出來, 炭味其實無乜? 就算有個人覺得好地地點解要食炭? 而凍飲嘅咖啡本身就比熱飲嘅咖啡味道清淡,再加上其他材料混合後只覺得似一杯雞尾酒式咖啡, 一次可以吧!
待應生多是土生南亞裔, 相當有禮, 即使他們已經被追問得有點忘形, 事實當日係好多客人,廚房有點跟不上, 但佢地依然盡能力及耐力去應付每一位唔多有耐性嘅客人,值得一讚!

3個人點了慢煮雞、牛和豬,每款肉質都很嫩滑, 再加一個龍蝦湯牛角包, 份量剛剛好。
食物款式多,味道也非常好,唯餐廳的空氣欠流通,有待改善

We booked a table through eatigo with discount. The croissant of lobster bisque is not as good as expected. It’s quite watery. But the most disappointing thing is the portion of the steak and foie gras. Obviously, they gave us less portion than the normal as u can see in the photo. You can easily compare them with the photos online. I can say it’s a gimmicky restaurant so don’t expect it’s authentic. If the owner thinks the discount is unfair, I think they shouldn’t join the promotion.
food tast is good, but portion is small, this may due to the shop offer half price on all orders.
湯汁牛角包配意大利佳餚
今晚約了朋友在中環吃晚飯,幸好天氣還好,沒有下雨。今晚我們一起吃特色的牛角包,是普通麵包店都不會整到。
位置:在歌賦街一直向前,來到一個有樓梯的剩口就是善慶街,這個小巷有幾間CAFE,頗有特色。
環境:無論是店門或內部,面積都不大,樓底高,門面是白色框組合玻璃門,內部的中庭是座位,後方是一個大酒吧台,可以坐。酒吧前方上有一個大型的黑色吊燈,兩邊牆上有一些假的攀藤植物,左牆中央有一幅巨大的黑色畫板,介紹餐廳的招牌,整體燈光較暗,充滿浪漫的氣氛。
服務:桌面上有口罩袋送,送餐和收碟都快。值得一提是盛碟是經過保溫,使食物依然保持溫度,值得一讚。
晚市:Dinner Set:有前菜招牌流心牛角包、主菜和甜品。
爆漿日本蟹膏流心牛角包Crab Croissant $28
牛角包的大小跟普通麵包店一樣,不同是頂層是灑上一些蟹籽 ,而內部是日本蟹膏,一切開時已聽到卜卜脆聲,內餡熱辣辣地流出來,蟹膏顏色是青灰色,可見到蟹膏填充整個牛角包,絕對是真材實料,入口就感到蟹香味噗鼻而來,濃郁蟹膏配脆韌的牛角包,感覺像是吃蟹膏湯包。這個招牌菜絕對值得一試!
香煎北海道珍寶帶子配意大利鱘魚籽
Scallop Brulee Caviar $58這個雖好吃,但性價比低,相信是因為鱘魚籽提升了此菜的價錢和味道,不過我不感到鱘魚籽特別好吃。
美國頂級牛腹排配香煎鴨肝USDA Hanger Steak w/Fo $288
三塊七成熟的牛腹排搭上一塊香煎鴨肝,周邊再搭配炸蒜片、蔬菜和黃色的醬汁。鴨肝上插有鼠尾草,帶有濃郁的鴨味,口感濕潤綿滑,吃完鴨肝再吃牛腹排,口腔依然充滿鴨味,所以才有炸蒜片來癖走鴨味。牛腹排可見其深紅色,肉質軟帶韌,配上黃色的醬汁更提升味道的層次。
真空慢煮新鮮挪威三文魚穀物意大利飯
Salmon Butternut Squash Ris $168份量不大,意大利飯較大粒,拌有黎麥,中間是一塊慢煮新鮮挪威三文魚,經過少許香煎,突出魚香,意大利飯相當有嚼口,啖啖都充滿奶油汁,不過我覺得奶油香味較淡,感覺較健康。
白松露雪糕配焦糖燉蛋 (跟餐)
Creme Brulee w/Truffle
這個甜品最突出是白松露雪糕,聞不到白松露香,反而是入口就被白松露香氣充斥口腔和鼻子,口感軟綿,而燉蛋表層有綿花糖和薄焦糖,其口感也綿密滑溜,不過二者味道並不是很配合,白松露味會蓋過燉蛋的蛋香。
好耐無試過兩公婆一齊放假啦!加上今日又係老公生日!點都要出去食個靚Lunch!

其實我預早已經偷偷地book咗枱,呢間餐廳係OpenRice「最優秀開飯」嘅法國菜餐廳嚟,無理由唔食呀!

我地叫咗兩個Set Lunch,Set餐包含咗一頭盤,一主菜,一飲品!如果想要甜品,係可以另加的!

先嚟頭盤,我地大家都一樣叫左呢個「龍蝦湯牛角包」!呢個我之前已經聽過佢係勁正!果然不負眾望,一切開個牛角包,d湯湧晒出嚟呀!淨係呢下已經夠晒吸引!牛角包入面沾滿龍蝦湯嘅香味,真真正正係食落外脆內軟!呢個真係一試難忘!

之後就到主菜出場啦!先黎嘅係「紐西蘭青口意粉」,賣相好吸引,一望埋去就比果4隻青口吸引住!除咗青口之外,意粉入面仲加入咗意式香腸,令到口感大增!再配埋番茄醬,食落真係好開胃!

而另一主菜就係「美國頂級牛腹扒」!不得不讚嘅就係擺盤超靚!完全感受到法國菜嘅特色之一!慢煮出嚟嘅牛腹扒大約係7成熟,肉質好軟腍,完全唔韌!呢個Lunch Set價錢真係抵食!

最後嘅甜品,我又點會唔放過呀!我哋就叫咗一個「真空慢煮法式焦糖燉蛋」,一個「真空慢煮法式芝士蛋糕」!

第一次食用慢煮烹調的甜品,好有新鮮感!燉蛋做得好出色,入口超滑溜,食落充滿蛋香同焦糖香,面層嘅焦糖仲燒得好香脆!
而芝士蛋糕入面就配有藍莓醬,食落酸酸甜甜,一啲都唔覺得膩!

飲品就唔多介紹啦!不過都有個笑點位!店員以為我係要Matcha latte,點不知就整咗個好Cute嘅熊仔拉花!但其實杯野係吳生叫的,完全唔襯佢,笑死我!Btw,個拉花真係幾靚!

如果要揀一樣最鐘意既菜式一定係fusion菜,將唔同國家既口味融會貫通,一次過有多種享受🤪 呢個龍蝦湯流心牛角包都興左一段時間,堅尼地城分店主打泰式fusion菜,環境勁寬敞樓底高有空間感,佈置以綠式植物為主,感覺好舒服!牛角包好快已經上枱,如圖所見真係超流心,冬蔭公果個味道濃啲更惹味,如果熱湯再濃稠啲就更好,唔洗咁快浸淋左個包🤭 另外試左幾樣主菜都唔錯但驚喜不大,反而椰子雪糕配黑糯米幾有係泰國食既feel,佢地啲cocktqil都加入左泰國元素,黎飲野傾下計都唔錯~

Tried pork belly risotto & tomato pasta with beef since the restaurant was featured on Foodpanda.. it was so disappointing 😞 super fatty there was no ‘meat’ at all, but it’s ok since it clearly said it’s pork belly.. apart from the two lonely pieces of fat (grilled, not quite seasoned), the risotto rice itself was truly surprising, never had eaten dry grainy rice like this.
The pasta was nice though, though without promotion we definitely wouldn’t have tried this restaurant at all. hkd168 for a dish of risotto where the meat and rice weren’t enjoyable, couldn’t see how they take pride in sous vide (or why sous vide? what’s the differentiating factor?), disappointed.

Price was a little high for the portions though
My elderflower cocktail was served in a round glass which kept tilting over on the table. The server had trouble with it, I was moving things around to eat and it tilted again. I had to ask for a different cup.
My salad came at the same time as my risotto…which in the end was colder than I’d prefer in a risotto… I guess the salad and the risotto should have been served separately and I should have had time to finish my salad before the rice dish came out.
As I mentioned above, the food tasted good.
Also the lattes at the bottom should have a sub heading for tea lattes…we ordered a latte thinking it was coffee.
龍蝦湯牛角包湯比較少,而且唔夠濃,配包會覺得比較淡。豬腩質素係好嘅,但即使係main portion 都係好細份。
整體上就算用apps有半價都係比較貴
食物好味、健康和有創意,看得出老闆好有心做特色法國菜。
用咗eatigo 優惠,有半價(除咗嘢飲).
牛角包加湯如果用碗上好啲,如果唔係啲湯爆出嚟有啲難用匙羹食

Not bad at all, but there are many better options in Central if you are prepared to pay HKD200 for lunch.
Surprisingly good! We saw the high reviews of this restaurant on Google Maps and decided to take a detour and give it a try. The location of this restaurant is a bit off the beaten path. Though its location also makes it advantageous when it comes to maintaining a classy ambience. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. I would recommend the crossaint and pasta.

如果有用開訂台App搵有乜著數優惠嘅用家,應該對Fast Gourmet並唔陌生,當然我亦唔例外😛。星期五下晝相約朋友嚟餐廳食個Late Lunch,估唔到兩點半鐘都仲係全院滿座!如果我無記錯的話,餐牌上嘅菜式大概同之前無太大分別,不過就多咗個Afternoon Tea Set☕,價錢只賣$258兩位,唔算貴啵。不過我哋未食晏,齋食下午茶應該唔夠飽,所以再嗌咗嘢食。

下午茶有意猶未盡嘅加配項目,即係餐廳嘅名物:流心牛角包🥐。牛角包有鹹有甜,我就要咗最經典嘅龍蝦湯口味(+$28)。牛角包造型冇乜特別,不過內有乾坤,切開後龍蝦湯流哂出嚟🦞。牛角包本身嘅酥皮好鬆脆,內層浸湯後就變得好軟淋。龍蝦湯味道濃郁,由於係湯所以要襯熱食。

之後就係三層下午茶出場嘅時間✨,進食次序應該係先鹹後甜。鹹點包括香煎黑松露北海道珍寶帶子、西班牙黑毛豬腩、蟹肉牛油果三文治同慢煮雞沙律卷。其中🐔雞卷最特別,帶點印度風情,可能因為個卷皮配合埋沙律醬。

甜點亦有四款:白松露芝士蛋糕、鮮莓酥餅、招牌真空慢煮焦糖燉蛋同焦糖爆谷咖啡摩絲。你可以特別留意🍄餐廳嘅白松露甜品系列,原來白松露嘅香氣拎嚟做甜品係咁正,但我認為白松露雪糕略勝一籌。焦糖燉蛋口感細滑,蛋味濃郁,焦糖嘅焦香味好出,整體亦唔會太甜,高質。

慢煮鮮挪威三文魚忌廉意粉($158),🍝呢碟意粉非常好味,因為三文魚、醬汁同意粉都處理得好好。餸料用上慢煮煎三文魚🐟,而唔係煙三文魚,好有誠意。三文魚煎得好香,一啲都唔腥,而且油脂豐富兼肉嫩,份量亦唔太細件。扁意粉煮得彈牙,掛汁一流!忌廉汁濃而不膩,食落仲好似帶點冬蔭功嘅味道,再配合埋雜菇食,正。

紐西蘭羊肉多士($108),呢款係Tapas嚟,所以份量比較的骰。🥖多士上面放咗慢煮紐西蘭羊肉、青咖哩奶酪醬、火箭菜同核桃,由於加咗乳酪,成個組合變得清新,羊肉亦難得唔羶。

飲品方面🥛,我哋要咗熱薑汁鮮奶咖啡(原價$40)同抹茶白朱古力芝味特飲(原價$44)。個人認為呢兩杯飲品味道屬正常水平吧,無食物咁突出。薑汁Latte薑味出,但咖啡味較淡;而白朱古力嗰杯其實OK,唔會太甜,但就無乜芝味元素🤔。

總括嚟講,再次嚟到享慢煮意食飯🍽無令我失望👍,菜式保持自家特色,定價亦唔算貴,不過份量就稍為細啲啲。以Tea Set為例,內容豐富,但就係以輕食類為主,所以比較適合朋友坐低吹水、食少少嘢嘅目的多過食到飽😆。最後,店員好細心🙏🏻,會建議我哋用餐次序,例如先上單點「午餐」食物,先再食「下午茶」,慢慢享受。

慢活中環·寫意嘆流心牛角包🥐
一向都好喜歡中上環這一帶的寧靜感覺,與中環的急速氣氛完全相反。前陣子趁著假期到pmq走走,竟在pmq對面發現間非常高質素的慢活主意餐廳😍
店內坐得舒適之餘,亦佈置得很有心思,可以暫時遠離一下繁忙都市感。
一看openrice,發現原來這裡特色之一是流心牛角包,當然要點一個Signature Lobster Bisque Lava Crossiant來吃😋
一切開已是流心的龍蝦湯,非常特別。淡淡香濃龍蝦🦞湯配上香脆的牛角包,單是前菜,已充滿驚喜。
tiramisu 就食得多,原來還可以用來喝的,幾有新鮮感,tiramisu的香味加上芝士奶蓋的濃香,再以咖啡的濃味調和一下,非常有層次感。想不到甜品也可以喝的!
這裡的fusion主菜亦相當特別,朋友點了個Crab meat e-fu noodles in signature lobster sauce,是非常濃香的蟹肉醬撈在伊麵上,醬料texture好rich,再配上蟹子等配料調味,伊麵麵質也相當好,非常有心思。

一直都好想試下呢間「Fast Gourmet」嘅招牌流心牛角包,不過餐廳實在太旺場,經常要等位。
最近同朋友提起,原來佢都 bookmark 咗呢間餐廳,既然大家都有興趣,一於相約去吃頓下午茶。 特意選了 3pm 後才到訪,幸好人流不算太多,不用排隊輪候。
剛才進店前已看了門外餐牌,原來餐廳周末有 Weekend Brunch 供應,3 道菜,每位都只係 $238,就已經可以品嚐到我倆心儀嘅流心牛角包,另外仲有多款真空慢煮菜式可供選擇。一次過可以試晒餐廳嘅兩大主打,當然唔可以錯過。
先嚟兩客頭盤:招牌龍蝦湯流心牛角包 同 爆漿蟹膏流心牛角包 (+$48)。兩款牛角包嘅賣相都好吸引,由色澤、牛油香,以至挺度都屬高水平之作。前者內藏龍蝦肉及餐廳自家熬煮的龍蝦湯,入口外脆內爆汁,視覺效果一流。
另外嗰款蟹膏牛角包味道亦非常突出,一切開入面嘅蟹膏就即時湧出,味道甘香,入口即化,配上金黃酥脆的包皮,真係無得輸。
主菜選了招牌西班牙黑毛豬腩配黑毛豬頸 同 龍蝦汁蟹肉伊麵。黑毛豬腩經過低溫慢煮,肉汁被鎖緊,肉質保持纖細柔嫩,入口帶濃郁油香,脂肪部份清爽不膩。旁邊的豬頸肉亦爽而不韌,配埋香甜嘅南瓜蓉同蘋果醬吃,倍添滋味。
另一客蟹肉伊麵亦值得俾個 like,伊麵掛汁力甚高,吸滿了龍蝦汁嘅精華,入口滑膩味鮮,加上一絲絲清甜的蟹肉,份量十足,真係令人食指大動。
甜品點咗真空慢煮焦糖燉蛋 同 真空慢煮芝士蛋糕。燉蛋滑嘟嘟,奶香十足,面頭焦糖燒得非常香口,外表金黃剔透,咬下脆卜卜,配埋底層的自家製果醬吃,十分滿足。
杯裝芝士蛋糕水準亦唔錯,唔單止質感細滑,入面嘅藍莓醬酸甜度亦啱啱好,為這頓 Weekend Brunch 完美落幕。

Fast Gourmet 餐廳處於蘭桂坊區獨處一角,環境比較靜,推崇繁忙嘅中環都有慢活嘅一面。下午兩點過來也是差不多滿座的!
招牌的爆醬牛角包是必吃的!
Japanese Crab Paste Lava Croissant 🦀🥐今次食的日本蟹膏牛角麵包,蟹味濃郁😍加上粒粒的蟹籽甚有風味,香脆嘅牛角包配上濃郁嘅蟹膏,啖啖都是享受!自家製龍蝦湯Lobster Bisque Soup還有原隻蟹鉗,簡直係視覺同味覺嘅雙重享受!味道適中,不太咸。香煎培根卷陪6 oz紐西蘭羊肩肉配搭新奇,加上青咖喱奶酪醬,算係一個新嘗試!羊肉夠箖夠入味😊賣相精緻。甜品點了白松露雪糕🍦,為這一個豐富的午餐畫上完美句號。
餐廳崇尚用慢煮的方式令料理保留食物原有的味道和品質,食物的營養得以保留,值得一試!

Most tasty one was the brulee.
Went here with a friend and it was surprisingly packed with people which later turned out to be invited IGers to help them promote the restaurant.
The menu was really good with creative croissants with fillings such as Salted Caramel Espresso, Lobster Bisque which are their signatures while the limited editions had Black Lava Sesame and Tom Yum Goong.
I ordered the sous vide salmon with expectations as I have previously tried it at MAUREENS, KASA in Central, and many more restaurants so if it is done right, it should taste damn good because the texture is silky and almost like jelly that melts in your mouth.
When it came, it looked well done but inside it was perfectly coral pink and shiny, the exact sous vide texture that I was looking for.
The salmon came with veggies and I am so glad I chose the cooked vegetables because it was healthy boiled cabbage paired with a side of protein packed egg white.
The egg white was surprisingly wonderful as the texture was tender and there was no oiliness to it.

Good value deal for delivery. Good food.
THe latte was spilled during delivery which is unavoidable when it’s full. The latte should be wrapped with cling like the soup that they did.
Using paper container is a good idea and environmental friendly however because of the spill, the bottom of the paper bag was soaked. It created a gap already when the food arrived. The delivery man managed to be here in time before the bag broken.
The lobster bisque lava croissant was nice, suggestion if having punched holes on the paper box to release moisture and would keep the croissant crispy.
Been a while since we had dinner out, so we decided to come to this restaurant which has been on our list for a while. Not only it’s been expending, it’s definitely have more customers compared to when they first starts – I guess this is due to their reasonable price in central and also the offering of quality food. We ordered a dinner set and also an additional dish to be shared between the two of us. The interior inside was nice 👍 and cozy, staffs were also friendly and attentive. for starter, I ordered the lobster soup in a croissant 🥐 it was delicate and delicious 😋 I loved it a lot. then my protein meal with both salmon & egg white omelette also arrived alongside with some refreshing salad. the dinner set dish, steak with pumpkin pure and fried garlic was presented nicely with good flavoring and portion, we loved this too! last but not least the cheesecake was surprisingly good – I mean amazingly good! Very nice ending to this meal with a refreshing coconut ice cream on the side.

炎炎夏日,兩杯都係走清新路線嘅好選擇!前者嘅芝士奶蓋做得好挺身,濃度剛好。下面係有氣桃汁,以莓果蓉同埋玫瑰花瓣點綴。香氣陣陣,如果加埋酒精應該會係氹女仔無得輸嘅cocktail~後者薑味突出,酸酸甜甜,實屬一杯出色嘅乳酪冰飲。
