連放5日假,放假當然要食好D,今日我地來到一直好想食的Fast Gourmet ,Fast Gourmet 位於中環善慶街9號地舖,地點有點隱世,搵左一陣先見到。餐廳主打低溫真空慢煮,保留食材原汁原味,而且仲有自家製爆漿牛角包,見每一枱郁必點。
我地點了兩個Dinner Set ,只係$298/位,有頭盤、主菜、甜品
招牌龍蝦湯流心牛角包
龍蝦湯平時飲得多,但龍蝦湯流心牛角包第一次食,一上台已聞到濃濃的濃蝦湯,牛角包外層酥脆,一切開,濃蝦湯一湧出來,非常澎湃,龍蝦湯味道濃郁,鮮甜美味,再加上牛角包一齊食,口感豐富有層次。
黑松露磨菇湯
黑松露味濃郁,食到超多粒粒蘑菇,好creamy
白松露野菌流心蛋高纖意大利飯
一上枱,濃濃的白松露味道,野菌份量都幾多,意大利飯加上藜麥和殼物,口感有咬口,而且非常健康美味。
英式威靈頓牛柳
酥皮酥香,酥皮和牛柳中間夾著磨菇蓉,菌香濃郁,內裏包着鮮嫩粉紅的牛柳,肉汁豐盈,牛柳軟嫩,另外沙律菜新鮮。
宇治抹茶朱古力流心牛角包
牛角包上灑滿抹茶粉,賣相吸引,一切開滿滿的抹茶醬慢慢流出,,我喜歡抹茶味不太甜,抹茶香濃微甘,非常好吃,抹茶控必食。
海鹽焦糖咖啡流心牛角包
海鹽焦糖味與咖啡味道比例恰到好處好,但就唔流心,整個包味道都不算太甜。
抹茶白朱古力芝味特飲
滿滿的抹茶加上白朱古力,抹茶的澀味中和了白朱古力的甜味,味道恰到好處,口感有層次。

超正嘅龍蝦湯流心牛角包#享慢煮意
其實平時好少去上環搵嘢食,不過呢間嘅牛角包好出名,一直想試,終於約到朋友去試。雖然位置唔係好方便,要行樓梯上去,不過平日下午茶時段竟然都坐滿🤣
首先叫咗個下午茶餐,258一份,二人份量,都幾抵,同埋有咸點有甜點,有幾款味道都幾特別,份量亦都好足。印象最深刻係白松露芝士蛋糕,第一次食咁嘅味,我自己都好鍾意喇。另外黑松露帶子都好味。
另外可以加錢叫牛角包,加28蚊就有一個流心龍蝦湯牛角包,真係好好食呀🥰🥰第二張相係未切之前,切開之後就係第三張相,真係流心㗎,而且龍蝦味很濃,好香。。
去訂龍蝦盤菜
Quite poor. Booked with eatigo for 13:00. Arrived at 12:45, would not seat us even though an empty table was available. Ordered two salads – clearly made much earlier and kept in fridge, salad leaves wilted. Ordered a black coffee and a soy piccolo. Bill came, $10 extra for Soy milk. (Bear in mind a picolo is half the size of a latte) I asked where on the menu did it state soy milk commanded an extra $10. I was pointed to ‘oat milk – $5’. I queried, Soy? Was told, it’s the same, extra payment. I then asked why $10, not $5. They claimed two coffees. I politely pointed out black coffee does not require soy milk. They questioned me twice before I insisted black coffee does not contain ANY milk, before a $5 refund was given. Out of principle, I could not let this go. Do not advertise on eatigo if you are not happy to honour the discount as advertised. Won’t be revisiting!

非常脆身既包皮,輕輕切開,澎湃嘅龍蝦湯汁已經滿瀉碟盤間,就咁飲湯汁會覺得偏鹹小小,但配上牛角包就鹹香十分得宜(職員建議45度角切落去,會有最靚嘅效果)
👍🏻西班牙黑毛豬腩,黑毛豬頸
油脂感較重嘅菜式,但係都絕對值得一試。三大嚿豬腩肉,層次非常豐富,的肉嘅內層入口即溶加上烤至薄脆既豬皮的確邪惡萬分,剛好拌碟嘅南瓜蓉、蔬果粒可以中和一下!至於風乾火腿,相對硬身,但係鹹香得宜!
👍🏻忌廉香草雞胸意粉
忌廉汁個質地好滑亦夠creamy ,香草調味得宜,雞胸份量估計都有200g,肉質超級嫩,亦配有好多菇菌粒,非常滋味!完全係帶有驚喜嘅一碟菜式。
😢海鹽焦糖咖啡流心牛角包
由於龍蝦包實在太出色,所以試埋甜既牛角包,流心效果就欠奉,開頭驚會好甜,但反而咖啡有小小太搶味,令牛角包帶酸,幸有海鹽同焦糖嘅鹹甜輕微衝擊一下。
👍🏻白松露雪糕加焦糖燉蛋
繼牛角包後的必點菜式,罕見既白松露雪糕,一上枱已經飄有陣陣松露香,食落口感好特別,好順滑。焦糖燉蛋比起一般嘅更滑溜,蛋香好濃。底部更有莓果醬,撈埋可以減少甜膩感,略嫌面鋪既焦糖有點厚。
👍🏻抹茶芝味特飲
飲落去味道竟然如此溫和。抹茶粉攪拌得好勻,帶微甘,而鋪面既奶蓋鹹鹹綿綿,好搭!
👍🏻提拉米蘇芝味特飲
飲品的分層做得相當清晰,上面一層CREAM做得濃厚,剛好中和咖啡既酸同澀。仲額外配左木糠,比顧客自己加到杯面,如果芝士味可以再突出啲相信會更加出色。

這家餐廳不值,尤其是YOHOMall。
去了YOHO mall,肥胖的店長態度客氣粗魯。雖然還沒有到1個半小時的用餐時限,但等到用餐結束,我沒有主動要求,他們還是付了錢,而且態度是讓我趕緊走.一些顧客與其他員工發生爭執,這讓我很不舒服。食物的味道就像你可以在任何地方找到的一樣。不值得去。
Exquisite french cuisines. Croissant, salad and risotto!
態度非常差差差,衛生情況令人擔憂,門外抽了三四支煙 ,唔消毒直入餐廳 亦沒有洗手
,落嘢食就叫咗幾次先有人應,食物就可接受,叫埋單時一個員工熱心幫助叫其他員工幫手,侍應大叔勁大聲又發脾氣咁話唔埋住,但服務態度如此 怠慢 惡劣不會再光顧。
食物質素不錯,環境寧靜
Came here for Company Christmas Party. Quite a good venue choice if you have a party of around 25 ppl. Food was not my favorite type of food but mostly tasted good. Was quite disappointed with the Wellington beef because it was way too over cooked. My dessert fanatic colleague said the dessert didn’t match her standard but it was good enough for me. Heard that the whole team of services staff had changed in December and the services that night was satisfactory.

The dishes was good. It’s an average level of western dishes in HK. But the service has room to improve, staffs weren’t friendly at all. Definitely need reservations before going there.
“A little too sweet to swallow whole.”
My friend and I indulged ourselves in the afternoon tea set, a cornucopia of sweet and savory treats. And things started off great.
The lava croissant we shared was divine. The crisp of the pastry was perfect as I cut my knife into it and the sweet contents oozed out. A lovely way to start our meal.
And then came the tower of treats. The scallops cresting the top were lovely, but from then on the quality dipped each level we descended. Dante’s Inferno I wasn’t expecting.
The biscuit-based cakes were pretty underwhelming. I wasn’t impressed, though the Sous Vide creme brûlées we’re fantastic. In fact, they were the crowing part of the set for me. Good thing there were in the bottom, prized to cap of the meal.
It’s just a shame then about the prize. We were lucky and took advantage of a discount event, but for the listed price of $500+ per person, it’s just not 5*. Good, but room for improvement.
The vibe of the cafe is nice, though. It’s an intimate atmosphere and certainly could prove a nice little date spot for sweet-toothed sweethearts.
Poor service, was not treated with respect.. overall was not a happy dining experience..

享慢煮意位於中環同享慢主泰係同一系列既食店。依間店舖同享慢煮泰唔同嘅地方,喺依度西色為主,冇泰食嘅風味啦。
招牌龍蝦湯留心牛角包
龍蝦湯入口非常濃郁,但香味好突出啊,入口亦都唔會太咸。牛角包外皮好酥脆,食得出酥皮都好有層次感。
香煎慢煮美國封門柳
封門柳煎得好香脆,份量都唔少㗎,有好多片,入口仲好有肉汁添。由於係慢煮嘅關係,入口係非常亂畫嘅。
白松露雪糕配焦糖燉蛋
呢個雪糕真係好特別,居然係白松露味,白松露嘅香味都幾突出啊。燉蛋方面入口都係好誘惑嘅,非常好味。
西班牙黑毛豬腩穀物意大利飯
黑毛豬腩煎得好香,入口有好香嘅豬油味,咬落有好多肉汁。意大利飯加咗穀物,令口感更豐富。
真空慢煮焦糖燉蛋
燉蛋入口唔會太甜,仲好creamy,蛋既質感比一般燉蛋幼滑。
整體來講,依間餐廳既食物水準都好高,食物又多款式,唔怪得咁多人嚟啦。
約朋友中環食晏,搵到一間靜中帶旺嘅餐廳,位置略為偏僻,但食物質素不錯。
午市套餐平均一百五十,中環區算抵食。
頭盤可選餐湯,沙律,比較普通。龍蝦湯流心牛角包原來係呢度嘅特色,當然要試。
精巧嘅牛角包,當切開,熔岩似的龍蝦湯蜂擁而至,即時聞到濃濃的鮮味。牛角包沾滿湯汁,超味美。
主菜要美國封門柳,粉嫩嘅肉質非常吸引。入口軟腍,肉味香濃。自家製醬汁增添了多一層味道。

蛋味濃郁,夠滑溜。

$28 真空慢煮法式焦糖燉蛋, 由於真空慢煮這4個字, 令本身已經9成飽的我, 忍不住加點了 cream burlee 入口滑如牛油
超有水準的法國菜, 而中午LUNCH SET CP 值很高, 我同朋友食得好滿意。雖然要行15分鐘斜坡上來, 行到人身水身汗, 都覺得值。

Fast Gourmet has been my regular place for lunch because of their great value with a wine-pairing option and relaxing ambience.
I always start with a lobster bisque lava croissant. So incredible that a croissant can hold so much soup inside without making the folds soggy! The croissant was flaky and buttery. The lobster bisque was rich.
Iberico pork belly with pumpkin puree was delightful. The pork had a crispy skin with nice sear. The layer of fat was soft and exploded in my mouth. Tender meat. The texture of risotto was creamy and not too thick.
Wagyu cheek with classic sherry wine sauce was a dish I tried here for the first time. Served with a lot of sides like yam fries, mashed potatoes, long beans and cherry tomatoes. Beef cheek had a good amount of collagen with tenderized meat and gelatinous tendons.
Really appreciate that they make their own dessert as many restaurants only serve frozen/packaged stuff.
Sou-vide creme brûlée was creamy but not too heavy. Homemade cheesecake had a fairly soft texture which didn’t overload my stomach. Coconut gelato, served next to both treats was the perfect way to complete this satisfying meal!

Came here for weekday lunch.
Super recommend the lobster bisque lava croissant, as the soup just flowed out of the flaky croissant.
The signature crab meat e-fu noodles in lobster sauce was also very unique, as the soft and spongy noodles were really flavourful.
The sous-vide desserts both had a playful spin on the classic recipe, so we were pleasantly surprised.

Made a reservation through Eatigo for 8:30pm last night. Google said that they closed at 9:30pm, but we found out this wasn’t true later. We arrived around 8:38 and were told we had to order immediately because we were late. Other than this, the dinner started out ok and our food came out quickly. The food tasted ok, and the presentation was nice, but more on this later.
However, promptly at 9pm they turned off the music, turned the lights up bright and started mopping the dining floor! As we were still eating the mop was next to my feet! Why do they offer reservations for 8:30 if they want to close promptly at 9? I’ve never experienced service like this in my life. The food is too expensive to have service this poor. It was incredibly awkward and I wanted to walk out. Even with the 50% Eatigo discount, I would not eat here again. Really shocked by this service.
To add on to this, my dining partner ended up feeling very sick around 10pm and actually threw up at 11pm. We hadn’t eaten/drank anything else so it must have been the food here.
Absolutely do not recommend. They have no standard of customer service.

Located on the upper level of Shin Hing St, it’s a bit hard to find for the first time. Search for Gough St when you get off from Sheung Wan station, and look for a yellow small entrance by the stairs.
As suggested by many, we tried their famous lobster bisque lava croissant, and it didn’t disappoint us at all. The bisque was hot and tasty, and the croissant was crispy on the outside, a very interesting combination.
The Hanger Steak with Foie Gras was just perfect. Btw, the waitress never asked how we wanted our steak. It came out just the way we like it, about medium. Steak was very tender and juicy, easy to cut. And the Foie Gras was a perfect match with the steak. Lightly seared on the outside, it just melted in the mouth with tons of aroma lingering.
Although my wife loved the Wagyu beef cheek with taro, I am not a big fan of its tenderness. The steak was still my favourite so far.
With discount, we paid $210 each (with juice or coffee). And with the quality they are offering, I think it’s worth a try. And honestly, I will come again.

非常差的體驗。首先很少到元朗吃飯,到商場後找不到餐廳,致電到餐廳詢問,店員一聽到我的問題立刻cut線,我想他是太忙碌了吧。
到了餐廳後,在open rice的booking他根本沒有登記,要我即場打開給他看,證明我book了枱。
點了三個不同味的流心牛角酥,是店裡的招牌。牛角包來了後,問店員哪一款是哪一個味,她竟然表示全部牛角包都一樣,只是另外會有一碗湯。她的回答簡直震驚了我,我上網看明明是流心的。正在爭論中,另一店員經過,淡淡的說三個牛角酥是不同的,但也沒有告訴我們哪個是哪款味道。
到埋單的時候,發現被餐牌誤導了,上面寫的跟餐飲品complimentary drink,竟然沒有一款是免費的,不知餐廳是否知道complimentary的意思是免費。餐牌上的熱茶/凍apple juice /凍橙汁都要加10蚊,落單的時候店員也沒說明。
最後回到家,發現open rice說我已確認缺席餐廳,真是一頭霧水,不知餐廳究竟如何運作的,不會使用open rice但又加入訂座系統,令人費解。本人不會再光顧這餐廳了。

Made a reservation on OpenRice on a Sunday evening. Shop was not crowded at all. Staff were attentive.
Tried their signature Lobster Bisque Lava croissant and it was interesting combining the crispy and juicy texture into one croissant. The Beef Wellington was well cooked. Yet overall the portion was quite small for all dishes.
