A better remen soup than others
Very good fish soup.
Excellent, though their varieties like black and spicy are better to look at. Their house ramen with charred pork is amazing so just eat that.

For me, it’s not bad! It would be better if they have enough stocks for their customers. That day when i went there, they didnt have 角煮, spicy veg or even cold beer….

I ordered super sized black Ramen, it claims to use garlic to brew the broth, but the only sensation of the whole ramen is salty, nothing else, no garlic, no complexity; The pork meat also very flat taste, they could have marinate pork meat into sake for the extra taste on the meat itself. Noodles is a bit overcooked as I ordered hard noodles, pretty upset as I have high expectations on this journey of trying.

拉麵湯底正宗，不太濃亦不油膩。叉燒選擇了灸燒五花腩，肥美可口。拉麵選擇了硬直麵條，保留了足夠堅韌度。唯獨是溏心蛋不夠熟，變了流心溫泉蛋。
一間日式的拉麵, 位置不多，需要等候，等候時可以先點餐；店員很有禮貌，食物不過不失，算是不錯的。

Very good ramen but a bit expensive as most of the restaurants in HK. CANNOT EAT THERE AND HAVE A DRINK FOR LESS THAN A 100HKD and it is unreasonable to have to spend that much money for tasty but simple food.

Just enjoyed a really nice meal here. Strong flavoursome broth, well cooked noodles and the pork was not fatty at all. Will come back again. 3 x Ramen + Gyoza + Beer ~$383 HKD

This is one of the most awesome ramen Bistros in Hong Kong. The very moment you stepped into the shop you feel like you’re in Japan. The ambience is excellent. I and my wife ordered ramen, dumpling, pork rice and grape wine. All of them were wonderful. Very much to my surprise the pork rice was excellent even more so than the renowned Raman. It’s a must-eat.

The pork is extremely delicious.
Excellent ramen – heavier broth than usual bu really delicious. Juicy slices of pork that are also thicker than normal.
好吃的日式拉麵! 中上環來說價格算可以了
在上環路過此間拉麵店，入來一試之後有很高水準的表現。叉燒豚肉好好味非常之林，近乎入口融化。玉子即是溫泉蛋，做得非常之好流心效果一流。麵質有彈性不硬不軟。可以一試再試。誠意推薦的一間日式拉麵店。
好食，湯底掛麵，難得。冰水提供，夠正宗。
同級之中，質素頗一般，份量也一般，但唔值。

Good portion, tasty broth. The noodles are al dente. Overall a good simple meal. The filling in the gyoza was juicy and moist.
High quality ramen in a cosy environment. The staff are really nice and friendly. To some extend, they are tailor making your noodles as you can choose the texture of the ramen and the amount of ingredients that you want. They have many choices of ramen that you can choose from, also Don’t Miss Out thir limited season special ramen. Their ramen soup is rich in flavor, and you can tell it is the real deal, and not some powder mixed soup. Their special marinated egg is one of their must-try. Their eggs are actually from Japan. I am sure you will find a ramen that you like over there just as I did. Itadakimasu !!!
This is an excellent ramen shop.
The pork bone broth is deep and had an excellent creamy/silky texture. Broth was the best thing here, toppings & noodles were good, but perhaps not at the standard of the broth. Worth trying was the special seafood bowl that came with oysters – these were excellent and this soup had a light oyster flavour.
Finally the gyoza were ok, but not brilliant.
I will definitely return to this place. I rate it as being as good as Butao King.

粗製濫造，味道欠佳。整店有臭味，好似係油煙翳臭味，嚴重影響食慾。
兩碗拉麵湯底完全無鮮味，黑蒜那碗得油味，魚介熊那碗係普通湯底，無魚味。拉麵、肉、配菜都唔好味！食過最差的拉麵。
侍應有禮貌是唯一優點。
湯底香濃，搵翻九州的風味。餃子好飽滿，值得一試。
