Super salty and very delicious! The egg was the best I ever had. but it’s not $85 good..
This is my usual ramen spot, they have seasonal specials and a few regular options. Free lemon water on the house along with febrile tissues, pickled veggie and spicy marinated bean sprouts. Choose the diced charsiu over the lean slices if you prefer lean meat with your ramen.

日式拉麵店香港太多品牌，熊拉麵其中之一， 論湯底， 我只係可以話同其他拉麵一樣濃郁，有骨味，為有看其他細節，葱花落咗特別醬油撈，所以有特別嘅香辣味 ，但係叉燒畀我感覺上唔夠滑，麵條中規中佢，整體我只能被三粒星，因為論香港嘅日式拉麵實在太多啦

The food there is fabulous. The ramen is simple and delicious. The service is absolutely wonderful, the food comes efficently. That shop couldn’t be better.

想食拉麵通常會黎公司附近呢間良心小店，每逢午市都有約10人排隊，食過四次，質素穩定。最鍾意佢自由度高，可以揀梅頭瘦叉燒或火炙肥叉燒，麵都有唔同粗幼。之前見人飲晒啲湯會見到碗底嘅熊仔圖案，好奇嘅話可以試下。
🍽招牌熊拉麵(火炙肥叉燒，中幼麵，普通硬度，健康無油) ($88)
招牌的豬骨湯底不油不膩，小杰，味道濃但唔會好鹹。叉燒只有一片有點小失望，但肥叉燒唔會過肥，而且非常入味。普通硬度中幼麵口感彈牙，份量頗多，掛湯力不錯。溏心蛋流心，另有竹筍同木耳絲增加口感。
🍽黑熊拉麵(火炙肥叉燒，中幼麵，普通硬度，健康無油) ($83+10溏心蛋)
重口味嘅可以揀黑蒜湯，呢碗會比豬骨湯油少少，聞落好香黑蒜味，食落無想像中咁濃但都OK，其他選項一樣就唔重複啦。秘制醬幾香微辣，如果可以畀多少少撈麵就正。
🍽自家製辣蔥餃子 ($43)
外觀好吸引，蔥粒多到滿瀉，有炒過唔係全生所以唔會好難入口，餃子幾香口，當日嘅餡料係芝士雞肉，咬開仲有少少拉絲，芝士味幾明顯，配微酸嘅餃子汁。記得要即食因為啲蔥同汁好快會浸淋餃子皮。

Tasty ramen. The sauce is really amazing and thick. A secret tip: try the slightly spicy bean sprouts the have as a condiment on its own. Very very tasty
嘩，不得了，拉麵實在太好味。

I got the limited cow tongue soy edition ramen this time. Cow tongue as a ramen topping has really surprised me I would say, would try it again if I ever see it in other ramen shops!
