禁晚巿堂食期間，晚巿可外賣餃子、定食，拉麵不外賣
拉麵湯底濃郁，麵條堅韌度恰好，芝士魚條好味!
濃厚湯底拉麵
呢間隱世拉麵小店去到排長龍，等咗大約半個鐘成功入座。小店非常貼心，有得揀麵嘅粗幼度 (1.25mm/1.5mm) 、軟硬度 (軟/普通/硬) 同叉燒款式 (肥/瘦/角切) ，仲有得自行加配辣芽菜同酸菜！
🍜魚介熊拉麵 ($89)
魚介湯底香濃，唔會太鹹同油膩。麵質彈牙掛湯，配料有木耳、酸菜、蔥花，叉燒食落去一啲都唔鞋口，有少少脂肪連住。秘製溏心蛋好流心同入味，係拉麵店應有嘅水準👍🏻
雖然地方比較淺窄，但店員服務態度好，經過呢頭真係值得一試！

湯底濃而不鹹，餃子好味，足料拉麵
整體黎講拉麵正常水平，魚介熊拉麵既湯底好食過招牌既湯底，招牌麵既豬骨湯底偏淡，加左木魚既魚介湯底就味道豐富d，但只係合格水平，唔覺得有特別好食。火灸叉燒我覺燒得幾香，幾好食。溏心蛋無咩溏心，味道一般。
粟米豬肉餃因為個人口味問題，我唔太鐘意粟米拎黎做餃子餡，我覺得都係一般，可以唔駛叫。
味道不錯，價錢合理

The pork broth was flavorful, not oily, and not salty. The portions are a bit small for $95. The homemade gyozas (stuffed with Spanish pork) were heavenly.

The broth is really rich in flavour! My friend thinks it’s too salty – but I love it. Definitely recommend to heavy tastebuds!

Just came back from dinner there. Went at 8pm and there were seats available. I had the seasonal Truffle ramen with an additional lean charshu meat … should have ordered the complete add on set @ 58HKD i think instead. Total is 140HKD.
What can i say … I just came back from Japan 2 weeks ago and the ramen here is authentic. The pork broth is savoury but not salty. The roast charshu is tender and with a good char. The lean charshu is savoury and sweet and tender as well but not as tender as the roasted one which is fatty.
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a reasonably priced authentic ramen.

One of my favorite ramen shops in HK. The broth is flavorful and nice consistency. The egg is always cooked perfectly. Not the biggest fan of their new regular dumplings with corn in them as I don’t think the corn complements the flavor that well but I know other people really like them. The okonomiyaki dumplings though… delicious with the bonito flakes, okonomiyaki sauce and kewpie

個人覺得價錢抵食，喺歌賦街行落少少都有啲有質素嘅拉麵
行過路過見冇人排隊, 叫了熊拉麵, 湯、叉燒、麵味道一般, 未必會再幫襯.

Although I am not a big fan of Japanese ramen but I am willing to try and include this type of food on my set of reviews. First I am confused is “Kura” or Kuma Ramen🧐At this end I think Kuma should be the correct name. The soup tasted a bit salty for me but I’m sure lot of people will still love it. The pork is super tender but super thin…. Not sure if this is supposed to be, as it’s abt 1/5 thickness of what I normally eat from the other shop, not sure the egg is also not supposed to cut open to serve or it’s a new style to serve🤔.
Overall I think it’s a one time visit restaurant for me.
(ps. If shop owner/management see this review, pls clean your ceiling A/C more regularly, the thickness of the dust is way beyond the standard)

$34 又真係性價比好高
勁多角切叉燒粒
個碗睇落迷你 但食落都好多
仲有半隻我最愛既半熟流心蛋
配埋個拉麵湯底又真係無得輸…

相約係附近返工嘅舊同事食飯，慶祝星期五終於嚟到啦🤓天氣仲涼涼哋，最終決定食拉麵。平時見佢好多人排隊，我都早咗少少出嚟等位。我㨂咗魚介豬骨火㶤半肥瘦叉燒，湯底還可以，有重重嘅木魚味，叉燒軟淋甘香。另外，再叫咗一份餃子，有點無言…..全部餃子皮都煎爛咗，餡料接近無調過味。整體而言不過不失，但要排隊就唔值得。

The time of my visit was not good… (Before 9pm) The pork bone soup was already oxidized and did not taste satisfactory. (It was still edible..)
The seared flavorless chashu pork is only bitter. Doubles are thinly filled with soy sauce, but it is not on the table, so it is not possible to make the taste stronger.
It wasn’t real Japanese ramen.
