Great brunch offer, cheap drinks for first 7? Minutes of each hour (can’t remember exactly) and you can also draw a card which reveals how much each person will pay for the Thai buffet, may mean you’re all paying a small amount for all you can eat Thai food, the most you will pay isn’t exactly big though so don’t worry! Good selection of drinks and food.

The restaurant comes highly recommended, which magnifies the disappointment when you have a bad experience. It’s located on the 2fl of the Holiday Inn Express hotel, and as it was a wet night out, we elected to dine in. Bad idea. Firstly the air-conditioning was set to make Eskimo’s feel at home. Seriously, it was like dining in a freezer. Next, none of the waitresses had much English, so we had a point-at-the-picture ordering experience, which in turn, led to the very weird satay starter to arrive after the even more weird Thai green curry main course.
I tend to like simple food done well and Thai green curry is pretty basic fare, but in this instance, the attempt to make is special, didn’t make it better, just made it different.
This place proudly lauds its multi Michelin recommendations as you enter the restaurant, so perhaps we stumbled in on a bad night, but in my opinion there was too many things wrong for this to be an isolated off night.
So if it’s raining, get an umbrella instead.

To adult, especially during the weekend, it has reasonable price and good Thai food. The food is good for children, has watermelon and a bit of dessert.

I would definitely recommend Moon Thai to all of you. First of all, reasonable price point with quality food and service. Especially the salad bar, it is a out of my expectation, they can even call it a semi buffet, food from there was good as well! In terms of environment, it provide outdoor and indoor area which are pretty comfy.

It’s pretty hard to find. It’s not on the street, but in the Holiday Inn Hotel on the second floor. The food is really delicious, the red curry a really big portion. The service is attentive but not penetrating. Very good.

Nice spacious seatings offers each table privacy. Yummy Thai cuisine
One of the better Thai lunch options not only in Sheung Wan but in HK. Appetizer/ salad buffet with an option for a full main course that is under $200, with a drink and dessert. In the fall and winter, the outside seating is pretty comfortable. Gets packed so best to book for lunch!

自助午餐 $148有兩款湯，四五款沙律還包括生菜包，還有蒜蓉包，兩款糖水，生果和餐飲，加$40 可加主菜。味道好，地方寬敞舒適。
Honestly quite disappointed at the food selection, very vegetarrian to the point that the only meat was some small amounts of mince. So if you’re a meat lover like me, its better that you look else where.

Good Thai food with reasonable price
Birthday dinner with my sisters, tasty and comfortable environment, we can chat for some time. the pumpkin cake in the dessert platter is delicious!
午市semi buffet ，4個人share 2-3主菜也足夠
As well as drinks and lunches, they do great Thai food for the evenings.
Located on the second floor of the Holiday Inn hotel, they have lovely dining outside as well as nice tables indoors which are spaced out nicely.
I like the steamed fish with plum juice.
The steamed fish was really nice because it was heated with with a candle beneath keeping it hot.
I loved the plum juice because it was really sour and when the glass noodles soaked it up, the noodles were so nice.
The fish was really delicate and tasted great in the plum sauce.

located on 2/F of Holiday Inn at Jervous Street In Sheung Wan, Moon Thai is a Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant. Lunch menu is reasonable. Food quality is high. service is prompt.
My Chinese friend recommended me it due to high rating on Meituan (a China’s leading rating platform). It was not bad – spacious dining room, helpful staff and nice food. Overall, good value for money.
During the virus outbreak, they offered the buffet directly on your table without taking yourself. Great arrangement!
