It’s an old Chinese Snake soup shop located at Central Business District. It still maintains its 60th decoration and showcases more than a dozen wooden snake cages. The snake soup is only provided from Oct to Mar in the following year. It is delicious but a bit small in comparison with other shops.
Traditional snake soup. Snake wine. Good for the cold weather, so they say. Delicious, gamey soup. Hard to describe. Definitely some of the best soup I’ve ever had.

This is an old snake specialty shop near prime Central. During the cooler seasons, they begin to serve the Chinese seasonal delicacy & health food, snake soup, in the shop, of which the taste is elegant & delicious. Unlike many of its peers, the soup is packed with snake meat instead of cheaper chicken meat or pork. Price per bowl is materially cheaper than any of those being served in a restaurant.
去買蛇胆川貝末，其它食品未知如何？
蛇羹味清鮮，多年的老店。未知在香港這租金瘋狂的地方，還能支撐多久。還有員工多已上了年紀，後繼乏人，若有機會遇到的，不妨嚐一嚐！
深沉的氣氛是最好的。顧客主要是女性。它的味道就像魚翅湯去掉了魚翅，加入了雞柳的堅硬部分。我不認為這是一個糟糕的形象。我一定會再去的。
你可以吃新鮮製作的蛇。很好吃。

Great snake soup. Even my western friends had a great time.
Very classic snake shop
A disappearing tradition of about 100 years old according to some news paper articles posted outside the restaurant. From what I know there are so few of these left in Hong Kong.
These are all managed by elderly people. Luckily one of them speaks English well.
The soup is needs some help from their vinegar for flavor. But the texture of the soup is a bit gooey. The snake’s meat kinda resembles eel but the texture is closer to a more chewy chicken.
The snakes are kept in the wooden boxes. They also sell snake wine which they sell per shot or bottle.
Surprised me how delicious how good snake soup could be. The friendly staff took a bottle of snake wine, walked around each table and asked whether wanna put some into the soup, no extra cost. I took some snake wine with the soup and it tasted surprisingly good.
Must come again.

小而有特色的非旅遊場所，您可以在這里以 65 港元的價格品嚐蛇湯，周圍環繞著裝滿蛇的大木抽屜:) 工作人員彬彬有禮，服務很快。湯不錯，有點膠狀，裡面有冬菇和蛇肉塊，肉質有點像水煮魚，整體感覺還不錯。餐廳的招牌是中文的，所以要找到它，請仔細觀察入口處的符號，多虧入口處的籠子裡有蛇，您也會注意到它。

Reasonable price
Quite good. And a lot cheaper than other places in HK island.
相對別的蛇羹而言，蛇王林這碗蛇羹的肉絲切得挺幼細，有精緻的感覺，味道自然，連檸檬葉都很用心地切成絲，老闆很好招呼，歡迎拍照，地方很乾淨，一塵不染，一座座裝載蛇充滿風霜的木櫃桶，木餐桌枱面凹凸不平但磨至圓潤的紋理，店東坐鎮的古舊掌櫃枱，後牆上大大塊木招牌，都齊齊展示它們經歷了漫長的悠悠歲月，走入這間店舖，也彷彿走進歷史。
經典蛇羹，湯底正宗，刀功細緻，一食難忘！快要消失的美食！
午間套餐十分扺食，有蛇湯、蛇羹和臘腸糯米飯，只是88元。另外叫的咖喱羊腩口感豐富，秘湯浸雞脾好滑。
