好客山東(Ho Hak Shandong 好客山東)

好吃是好吃，但味精多令人口渴。

Taste good for those who like this kind of cuisine, but price is slightly above average ($4x-5x).

價錢是上環的價錢啦，只不過不是很好吃，普普通通，就嫌略貴了。

價錢相宜，餃子和羊肉飯口味不錯。

蔥爆羊肉飯50蚊，味道可以，不過略貴

I went with my mom, brother and his gf and we tried a couple of dishes: two orders of dumplings (watercress with pork and the beef with celery), the noodles with black bean sauce, noodles with minced pork and spicy sauce and the shandong chicken slices. I really enjoyed the dumplings and the shandong chicken slices. The dumplings were nice and juicy and the chicken appetizer was soft and moist. The two noodles were a little disappointing, they were a little under seasoned and the noodles were soft and maybe overcooked?

香港少數山東菜館之一，之前吃羊肉湯麵和餃子，餃子不錯。今天嚐了京蔥羊肉炒麵，現點現做，味道可以。後加酸辣湯的味道則挺失望的。

食物環境都很好

又同老友食飯, 兩個麻甩唔知揀乜好。行到上環文咸東街附近既食肆, 見到「山東好客」就決定試呢間聞名已久既餃子店🚶‍♂️

地點係橫街中間, 但人流一啲都唔少。好彩係12點前已經趕到, 舖頭仲係九成吉枱。不過一到12點, 唔駛10分鐘已經FILL滿個場。全場都係坐圓枱, 估計全店坐到三十零人。坐位就係迫架喇, 中價美食, 上環地點, 都好難比你大枱靚櫈慢慢嘆🤷‍♂️

餐牌有麵、餃、小炒、飯、冷盤、飲品。偷偷話你知🤫早黎唔算太忙, 其實店家係肯幫你混搭水餃, 唔駛10隻一樣味🤣

雞煨麵既濃湯鹹度適宜🐥襯番秋日涼意有少許暖胃。白色湯入面隱藏住碎雞肉同清翠既蔬菜, 店家一啲都唔姑寒, 配料十足✔️ 麵底都超夠, 最後係食唔晒😁

今日混搭左羊肉餃🐑同韮菜豬肉水餃🐖記住要試下佢辣椒醬🌶️仲有醋同生抽比你溝。水餃皮厚薄OK, 內部饀料都仲保持到肉汁, 係包工既火喉✔️

另外仲有加多個葱油餅, 炸物係要等多陣先浦頭, 但饀就唔太多, 算係一般啦👌

山楂茶都係即場斟出黎比你, 少少酸甜味可以開胃👌

埋單兩個人216, 嗌到OVER左先至呢個價💸臨尾走人個陣已經係爆場加排隊。唔怪得之夠膽話自己好客, 前提係你要有客🤘
